Why do authors love making main characters so disappointing? The guy reincarnated but acts like a child. If he had forgotten his past life and only remembered fragments, that would be understandable, but here he is—a full-grown adult acting like a kid. Chapter 21 is especially frustrating. He, his five-year-old twin sister, and another girl go through a portal. This other girl is taken by a flying creature, and here’s what the author writes: > "Nox and Nyx remained rooted to the spot, trying to come up with a plan. Nyx stayed calm, but Nox's fingers trembled. Why wouldn’t he be restless? Coming into this dimension had been his idea, after all. If anything went wrong here, it would be his fault, and he would blame himself for the rest of his life. ‘Do you still have any tricks?’ Nyx had a bitter smile on her face, staring at her brother from the side of her eyes." Notice that the five-year-old girl, who was just born recently, is calmer than this clueless idiot. Plus, the fact that he calls his twin sister his "older sister"… A grown man calling his *twin* sister, who’s five, his "big sister"? That’s where I draw the line.

LIKEHe said full-grown adult. He didn't either pay attention or know the Mc was 16. But you have to admit it's a bit sad, having the Mc get pushed around by a cat ( I get the cats powerful, it's still a little annoying to read about with how he tends to act.)
it was comedy and you should catch up to the early chapters
being realistic and being enjoyable are 2 separate things . nobody wants to read about a main character who frustrates/disappoints them over and over
I agree. Btw does the writting improve in later chapters? Like cool headed and mature mc? or still a child? I don't want to read child mc novel. Being in a child's body is one thing, but if mc also acts like a child, then it's not my type.
I dropped it, I can't say if it got better or not
These readers really act like a weeb who reincarnates would be super stable. They are weak in our soft world so they will be exponentially weaker in a world of true violence. It all comes down to kids are stupid but think they know everything. Stay true to yourself, you can’t please everyone.
Except he had a system and powers. So what if the world is more violent and has monsters. He has the ability to deal with that except he acts like his body's age. He acts like a timid and dumb 5 year old, even though he is almost an adult. Just because your brain can't handle a story with good and complex writing doesn't mean we all want 3rd grade writing.
idk sounds like you're projecting
so how old was the sister? 100 years? she was younger than mc's real age. The least you could do is admit your mistake rather than coming up with unrealistic excuses
Think whatever pleases you little buddy
how many of these readers actually went through or seen something first hand that would traumatize them I'm guessing not many i grew being shot at daily so I know what it's like and your first time no matter how old you freeze
