The plot is interesting and somewhat unique. It borrows from tried and true popular themes and stories but adds its own spin to it. Initially, I had this novel reviewed at about 3.5 stars, but with the author's revision of their chapters making it a much more enjoyable story to read, I've changed my review as I said I would. I hope to see more good things for this author in the future!

This really warms my heart. Thank you do much for acknowledging my hard work bro. ๐Ÿฅบ Also, I want to ask you how you got your book so many views so quickly ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿคง. I'm still at only 80k views Would appreciate some tips ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘

It helps that I've been a writer for twelve years. I've got 8k+ Instagram followers and a couple thousand Twitter followers. I stopped writing for a couple of years while getting my life on track, and since many people were waiting for me to say I'm writing again, that bumped up my numbers a little.

You're welcome! Good luck! You've got a lot more reviews than me, though, so you're doing well! โœจ

I haven't managed to publish any novels, sadly. But I've done short stories a bunch of times, won a couple of small competitions, and shared the short stories with my fans. The biggest part of it is networking โœŒ๏ธ

Lol ๐Ÿ˜… You have waaaay more collections than I do tho. But thanks anyways... I'm still looking for ways to promote by book, but for now, I'll just let nature take it's course and write to the best of my abilities...

That's true.... Do you have any ideas on how I can go about this? Or is it just something that takes time and experience to go about?

I started networking and marketing myself from when I was about 18, so two years after I started writing. I joined groups for writing, networked with a lot of readers and writers, and built a pretty obscure brand over time. I used to have 15k followers on Instagram, but when you drop off the grid, people lose interest in you. Only start marketing yourself when you know you can keep it up ๐Ÿ’ช

Well, I'm 18 now, so I guess it's not to soon to start something like that ๐Ÿ˜…. But I'll try to do my best. How exactly does this networking thing work? Also, should I just focus more in writing and worry about it later, or try to juggle both at the same time?

I studied economics, business, and marketing from 16-18, which helped, but I just like algorithms and math; it wasn't about the subjects themselves. Think of it like this: Will marketing take time from more important tasks in your life? If so, then don't do it yet. Can you drop some less important tasks in your life and use that time for marketing? If so, then go for it. Twitter is a good place to start, as Instagram is more imagery-focused. Try to stay out of political and societal disputes, and just boost other authors while promoting yourself occasionally. Join in on some fun memes or whatnot occasionally, and make sure to follow other authors. Build an account solely for your writing and make sure you give some personality and life to the account. Don't just post links to writing, but talk about how things you've recently read impact your life, and talk about your writing process occasionally. I could give you a TED-Talk, but I don't have time ๐Ÿ˜…

It's okay, just like I've been saying to the author, it just takes a little effort each day and that influence/clout will grow. I believe in you! โœจ

Thank you. There are a lot of things that are just useless to me, so by cutting them off, I'll have more than enough time. I'll take your advice Also... You really are something else ๐Ÿ˜… Learned economics from 16 to 18... Was it in school or elsewhere? I'm good at Maths as well, so if that's all there is to it, I doubt I'll have much of a prob there. Sorry if this seems incoherent. I'm currently really sleepy ๐Ÿฅฒ๐Ÿ™

As for Marketing and business, I try to avoid them as much as possible ๐Ÿ’€

Yeah, it interested me in years 11 & 12. They were the only classes I managed to get good grades for at the time. Just think about how much you'll improve over the next ten years!

Marketing is significant in the writing world. It's not as deep and complicated as people would let you believe, either. You just need confidence โœจ

So firstly I just wanna state that this is actually a good novel, could even be great. I have issues with a few things though. 1stly too much exposition, way too much exposition. This novel could actually benefit from breaking up and expanding the first few chapters to flush out more intricate details and better character development and such. I feel as though the Author loves this novel and has a great many ideas he wants to implement and it shows by coming off as if he's rushing the development of the story. There's a distinct difference between withholding information and slowly trickling it in after hooking the reader with great action beats and giving information dumps to get critical information out of the way. There are some grammar errors as well as spelling flaws, but by far the biggest issue is the exposition. Sometimes it even rips the reader out of immersion of the story. We gain information that could easily be told to us in more creative ways. Overall the author is creative and even though this is a systems novel, I feel they do a great job of utilizing it as a tool rather than the main focus. The main focus is the world, and there's thought put into this world, which is why the exposition drives me up a wall because you are taking away from truly expanding the beauty of the world. I know this may seem like a rant or bashing but I'm only being tough because you gotta gem here, slow down and polish that baby. If you establish that beginning right all that juicy tid bits i know your rushing to get to will pay off even more.
