Ugh I made it to chapter 15 and gave up. Writing Quality: Yeah It's pretty good for this website, but overall nothing particularly special. The author has this nasty habit of writing really, really long paragraphs that are pretty rambley and hard to read. The worst part of the writing quality is that it reads more like a history . com post than a novel. Like... Things happen, and there IS a connection between them and coherant story... But that's it. It's like the author types up a series of events and that's all. Stability of updates: This is fine. Chapters are long enough and have good enough grammar that waiting for a bit for a chapter is fine. Story Development. Here's the meat of the issue. Even after the MC comes to his senses because a loved one dies before his eyes, he refuses to really do much of anything. He trains... I guess. But there's really no payoff for it. He gets his mangekyo for basically free at the same time as he unlocks his Sharingan, which STARTS as a 2 tomoe. I wouldn't have an issue with the MC being super strong if he actually engaged in any form of conflict, but he just hides. I don't think a single thing in the Naruto world has been changed from the original except that academy students commonly learn C Rank ninjutsu (despite Kakashi saying that's not a thing that even Genin can usually do). Reading this is like rewatching Naruto, but from a decade earlier and worse. Character Design: No character is likeable except his dad and Shisui, who are both killed because the MC refuses to crawl out of his own nihilst doomerism. His mom is annoying and a horrible person, he faces no repercussions for screaming at his Uchiha elite grandparents despite being an outsider to the clan. World background: I mean... it's Naruto... There's nothing else to say about this. Overall, I would skip this one and read Reborn in the Naruto World with Tenseigan instead.
