I have only read up to chapter 23 but i feel like i might have a guess on how this goes but at the i will have to say this story is great even to me who hasn't played genshin impact but the thing i have a main problem with is that the mc is got wayyyy to much pressure on his shoulders at just 6 years old i know so far it hasn't been shown on how he feels about it but really he has 2 worlds to save with each contain unnumbered amount of people he has the expectations of his summons to live up to which some are fallen gods also he has to deal with nobles and has to always be thinking about his next step since a slip up might cause his early demise. and to make it the worse he would have to deal with the royalty yes i may have not read a lot of chapters but it is very obvious they would hunt him down or pressure him or even out right take one of his summons away and i got to remind you he is 6 a still developing brain dealing with stress and pressure not even people who are doing surgery can compare and he just shrugs it off .

LIKEi got to ask does the author hate the mc since i feel like most of the authors attention and character development is on his summons while the mc just seems like a gambler who would get cucked a lot also over 40% of this FF pushes how old men target girls as young as 10 as partners in your face also just have to say this is the first time i have truly ever felt so stressed and livid reading a book i dont know if this means i need to touch grass or get a life but i swear i am really pushing my self to read this since i feel like the mc is not really a mc but a push over and compared to the people around him weak like come on i believe the author gave him the system way to early should of done when the original ran away since it would a more smooth and better timing
all of your assumptions are incorrect, and the whole focus thing is fixed a few chapters down the line

as for the old men lusting after girls, i too was a bit stressed by the whole setting, but that's just how mushoku tensei world worked, regarding the emphasis on it, it passes by pretty quickly as the mc grows, and it is mentioned less than 5 times iirc, am currently on chap 150
