Drop in chapter 28, The MC is an insufferable hypocrite, but what made me drop was the nerf to the system when he goes on a mission to another world. The nerf is unacceptable, it reduces the whole story to a ridiculous joke.

Is it about the magic thing? It's not a nerf if you read further. He just can't kill with magic, it doesn't say can't use any magic. So he use that as loophole
Haven't read the story yet, but giving a temporary nerf when world hopping is rather reasonable if MC at full power could just stomp everyone in that world. As mentioned "being unable to kill someone using magic" is not that bad as it forces MC to fight using his physical body and use his brain to solve his problems instead of brute forcing throught them. But yeah. Nerfs are pretty common in webnovel because people cry for no reason when MC gets "op" too fast while forgetting about how fast the canon characters grew in power, so I can somewhat understand the your pain.
