Alignment: Neutral Evil Final Score: 3.5 DISCLAIMERS: The rating given is my own opinion of the novel at this time. And may be subject to change later. The rating given is relative to the material on this site. Meaning a 4 or 5 given on Webnovel is not a 4 or 5 given on Amazon. ----------------------------- "A Diamond in The Rough" Few stories are able to capture their readers. Whether that be through its excellent plot, characters, or world-building (There are some freaks of nature that manage to capture all three). Unfortunately this is not one of those stories. There are periods in the novel that seem utterly benign. The author seems to be desperately eager to share all their wonderful ideas for the world and its power-system. However, this process is neither gradual nor subtle. It's akin to drinking water from a firehose. The info-dumping is simply terrible. It's info dump after info dump, words and sentences that string along together that make coherent sense but aren't meaningful in any way to the reader. At times I can't be bothered to care for any of the characters in the novel, including the protagonist. Simply because we don't spend meaningful time with him at all. It's constant P.O.V changes and lore/world building that's taking up the precious time of the main character. The protagonist is supposed to be the catalyst that brings the world building and other characters into play. At times I feel frustrated with this, at times I wish to no longer waste my time, at times I feel like forgetting about this novel forever....... ------------------------------------------------- Is how I previously felt about this novel. Before a certain point in the story I felt tired of this novel and had serious misgivings. But the author seems to have listed to the criticisms, and made some changes. They started to put more effort into telling the story of the MC! There were moments in this novel that were genuinely exciting to read, but I was always overwhelmed by the info-dumping. However now since the author made the necessary changes, the readability of the story has increased by at least two-fold. There are still info-dumps but they're more manageable and do not get in the way of the MC's journey. ------------------------------------------ The world of "Greed: All For What" is vast. The power system is both simple yet complex (in a good way). There are clear denominations, and each stage is given it's own unique trait. However, there are unique ways in which one can find loopholes (or exploits) in order to gain more power. Our MC's cheat is practically based on finding this exploit. ------------------------------------------ The protagonist is simply a breath of fresh air compared to the generic cultivation mc template. This guy is willing to do whatever it takes to reach his goals. If he needs to sacrifice someone or something he's willing to do so. However, there are very few moments where the MC is willing to prove his "dao" so to speak. When they do pop-up in the novel they're always a treat. There are times when the MC is overshadowed, and relegated to a minor role in the story. Nevertheless, the author seems to have learned their lesson and made efforts to make these occurrences few and far between. --------------------------------------------- The author's work ethic and discipline are truly commendable. They release on a daily basis, and sometimes twice a day. ------------------------------------------- What I would like to see in the future: 1. More "Dao Affirming" Moments. I want to see the reason why there's an evil mc tag. 2. More dialogue would help (although finding the right balance may prove difficult). -------------------------- Overall: This story suffers greatly due to the excessive information dump that impedes the protagonist's journey. However, underneath all that is a story worth telling. In my humble opinion, I think others should read this story. There is a soul here, and the author is very passionate and willing to change. Despite the author's mistakes, this story is worth reading as long as the author never loses his way.

Reincarnated To Evolve My Bee Empire

"Now, go forth, my mortal champion! Conquer this world—or else!" I lived a painfully average life and died by a stupid, stupid accident, but a goddess interfered, giving me a second chance in another world. There, I became royalty—the lazy kind with almost no obligations, free to live in peace and luxury for the rest of my days. Sounds like a dream, right? In reality, it was anything but—because I became *BEE* royalty. A Drone Bee, doomed to die of old age in 2 months! (A humanoid bee, thankfully, but still a bee in all the ways that matter.) The only way to increase my lifespan is to develop and grow my bee colony—a deadly task in a vicious world like this one. There are murderous insect monsters, colossal beasts trampling the earth, other civilizations, natural disasters, and the bitchy patron goddess who absolutely hates me. But as long as I have my brains, my bees, and the powerful genes my system gives me, my Bee Empire will be unstoppable! === For those who want to know more: This is a wholesome comedic story, but it has some dark moments. The focus is on kingdom building, survival as an empire, and interacting with MC’s beautiful bee wife and adorable bee daughters. The bees are all humanoid (see pictures) and human-sized. However, they are still bees in their ways of life and mentality. Although there’s a system, real growth comes from putting effort and time. Nothing happens in an instant in this story, unless it’s trouble. MC acts like an idiot sometimes (oftentimes), but he’s not actually stupid-stupid. When it comes to strategic decisions, he uses logic and reason. Even if you might disagree with it. Also, there will be no smut (ecchi is a fair game), incest, NTR, harem or BL. === Discord is up! Find it at -> https://linktr.ee/Garessta Updates: 2 chapters/day, right after the reset (with a 5% chance of running late). Reply to author's pinned review if you have questions. Also, although I realize the futility of this aim (at least right now), if this novel reaches top 15 golden ticket ranking (and stays there for a few days, obv), I will mass release 10 extra chapters! (within 30 calendar days)

Weakest Beast Tamer Gets All SSS Dragons

"Dragons and their spawn rule the skies, the land, and the seas... humanity survives in the cracks, dreaming of a comeback." _____ Power comes from the beast you tame. Wolves, hawks, snakes, spiders, chimeras, the stronger your summon, the brighter your future. Too bad for our protagonist. When everyone else summoned salamanders, eagles, troll dogs(not doge) or tigers, he got… Well, let’s just say the only thing lower on the food chain is dirt. Laughed at, bullied, and living as the butt of every joke, he’s not exactly winning. But giving up isn’t an option... His aging parents sold everything for his "failed" chance, and he won’t let it be for nothing. But hey, this is his story. The weakest beast tamer? Here’s the thing about being at the bottom: it teaches you how to climb. And dragons? Turns out they start small too. As kingdoms crumble under greed and external threats, the weakest tamer begins his rise. Follow his path as he unlocks a potential so rare, so terrifying, it leads to dragons… Every evolutionary line leads to the strongest ‘SSS Dragons’. _______ Warning: Contains world-ending dragons, ridicule-fueled underdog revenge, dragon-scaled protagonist, morally questionable nobles, insane creature evolutions and enough twists to make you wonder if weakest really means luckiest. A MC who’s out to prove everyone wrong… even if it kills him. Spoiler alert: It won’t. For those who love a whole lot of fun, this one’s for you. If you’re looking for a darker story, look somewhere else (Maybe Utopian System (;) This one’s about having fun and taming expectations. _______ If you want to know more about the cover: Yep, that's Luna, the FL... Her skin and clothes are morphing into shimmering scales from her dragon power. Remember Sailor Moon? Magical girls? Now imagine if the magical outfit wasn’t a cute dress, but an actual dragon! The dragon is the dress... It’s not just fashion; it’s fusion. High-level beasts tend to leave their mark, and Luna wears it like a boss, pulling off the ultimate power move. _______ We will use the same Discord from my first book, come join! https://discord.gg/W3CjfC2cw4 _______ Silly tags that seem to matter a lot to some readers: No Yaoi, No Yuri, Possibly Harem (Vote! I can write either, and in any case, there will be multiple girls. The only difference is whether he chooses one in the end or goes the "liberal" route.... democracy is yours!), No NTR.

Young Master's PoV: Woke Up As A Villain In A Game One Day

"Now you see?" she shouted in a mix of annoyance and disappointment. "You can't outsmart Scrients! They're the most intelligent beings across the two realms." "You're right," I muttered, averting my gaze with a heavy sigh. "I made a mistake. I was too arrogant to think that a mere human like me could fool them." —BOOM!! "Heik! Wh-What was that?" "Hmm? I'm not sure. Maybe you should go and ask the most intelligent beings across the two realms. Oh wait, you can't. I killed them all.” ______ My name is Samael Kaizer Theosbane. On the last day of high school, I got into a fight with a kid I used to bully. It was a stupid, pointless scuffle, and in the middle of it, I tripped and hit my head on a rock. That’s when the memories came flooding in - the memories of another life, of a different world. Suddenly, everything made a twisted kind of sense. I realized two things. First, I was in a game I used to play in my past life. Second, I was a villain. A villain! Not the cool and mysterious kind, either. No, my destiny was to be manipulated and die a dog's death! I was the worst type of cliché: an ungrateful, privileged, insufferable young master. The sort you'd find in those poorly written fantasy stories. The kind everyone hates — a snobby brat from a powerful noble family who thinks he owns the world just because he was born with a silver spoon lodged in his mouth. You know the type. The one the hero beats to a pulp to prove his worth. Yeah, I was that guy. And the hero? The hero was the kid I’d been bullying all this time. The same one I got into a fight with. He was the supposed savior of this damned world. A world teetering on the edge of destruction, beset by wars, calamities, and a grim future that only I knew. And at the end of it all, the final antagonist of the game, the undefeatable boss… the Spirit King, was waiting. But could I even make it to the end? Could I conquer a game where defeat was the only certainty? A game that was now my reality! “Ah, fuck it.” I had no idea if I could, but I sure as hell was going to try. Extorting extras, manipulating main characters, twisting the story to my advantage, stealing the hero’s cheat items, killing villains before they could become threats - nothing was beneath me. Would the main characters be affected? Who cares! Would the story change? Even better! All I cared about was me—my survival, my life, my choices. “I will live this life with no regrets.” …But as I soon discovered, fate was not easily changed. And the price of altering one's destiny was steep. ========== Discord Server: https://discord.gg/VjFQtDUaTR
