IDK if ya read the story at all mate, first, the MC comes in wearing sealed Artifacts because they will disguise him. So his soul would seem "average." He couldn't have known a Sealed Artifact had a "soul", since it is only a characteristic. LOTM didn't say anything about them having souls. Secondly, if you read LOTM properly this time, to advance he would need the help of another beyonder, for example, the Error pathway needs him to steal the ascencion to godhood to another. So this was a smart move from the MC to plan ahead a ascension, and also to build his organisation. But since he didn't mention this and it was only implied, your ape brain might've missed it. Third, he only messed up his name 1-2 times in the story and it wasnt even vital. Fourth, it was said in the latter chapters that the experience he recieved was being "guided" from one of his sealed artifact, that blade which drinks wine. That's why even though he seemed to fight with beautiful swordsmanship, he was reckless, cowardly, yet brave and also crying. It was mentioned that he was really "contradictive" by Ryuu herself. Fourth, if you read to the end. Ryuu actually only accepted him because of his lies and his selflessness that seemed to be "for her" (it wasnt, and only really to make use of the situation.) She treats him like an enemy/villain after she find out some of his lies. Fifth, read the previous lines about him getting the "experience" filled in his head from the Sealed Artifact. Sixth, the thought process of the MC isn't explained as in the earlier chapters to make the MC seem more "mysterious" and also make hype for him. This same technique is used in LOTM, where Klein's thought process stopped being explained. Though I doubt you could understand that, since you want everything explained to you. To the last thing you said, you again, forgot that he has too ALSO level up and the Dungeon seems to be connected to a sefirah somehow, (conjecture by the MC from the information he has gotten.)
