From what I remember Yun che requested some items like beast core, crystals and some plants from his wife when she went to the snow Asgard, these would allow him to fully heal his cripplied managed network back to 100% No restriction, 100% use and all open profound entrances.
Boi, that is exactly the method i was talking about, to partially repair the profound veins, there is no other known methof except that that can repair disabled profound veins, and they would give Yun Che only 3 profound entrances
Might be wrong but from my memory, YCs veins were basically scrap, it would have been a full reconstruction. I don't know where you saw the bit about only 3 entrances can be repaired, I don't remember it being like that at all. Either way YC literally said that he can cure any condition no matter what it is there is a medical cure so I am 100% sure with those memories it can be done.
