Heavenly Intervention

[ Third Person POV ]

Numancia Flamingo

Slowly, but surely the Marines began to appear on the deck of the Numancia Flamingo. Kuzan didn't seem to mind it, but Sakazuki seemed suspicous. 

"What the hell are you all doing here?! You're supposed to be maintaining the perimeter!"

Kuzan took a closer look at them as his eyes flickered red a bit with Observation haki. It was then that he began to notice the strings that were attached to them. His eyes widened as he was about to turn to Sakazuki and tell him of his findings, but it was too late.

Doflamingo smiled as he tugged on his strings. The controlled Marines all fired their weapons at the three Vice-Admirals. Naturally, the bullets fazed through the three of them because of their Devil Fruit ability. However, the sudden turn of events had caught them momentarily off guard. 

This was more than enough time for Diamente, Pica, Trebol and Doflamingo to take advantage of the situation and launch a sneak attack on them.

Pica immediately appeared behind Sakazuki before grabbing him from behind, and delivering a devastating german suplex. On the other hand, Trebol sent another slimy bond at Borusalino, and Diamente managed to raise his sword and send him flying. Before delivering the same combination attack on Borusalino like they did before.

Doflamingo immediately appeared in front of Kuzan before push kicking him in the gut with a foot that was clad in Armament haki. Kuzan momentarily stumbled back for a bit, and Doflamingo immediately raised his string and concentrated it with intense heat, setting it on fire. 

"Overheat!!"

His attack immediately aimed at Kuzan, but right before it landed, Kuzan let out a sigh of cold air, and Doflamingo sensed something forboding happening. He immediately jumped back a couple of meters away from Kuzan, and it was then that he was able to detect what exactly Kuzan had just done.

There was nothing but Ice right in front of him, it was as if Kuzan had self imploded himself into an icy explosion that encompassed the small surrounding that they were fighting on. Moreover, Kuzan was nowhere to be found as Doflamingo tried to look around for him.

His Observation haki flared as he immediately ducked to avoid a swing coming from behind him.

"Ararara.....Didn't expect you to dodge that, you know?" Kuzan said as he stood casually behind Doflamingo.

Doflamingo was furious, he had never expected Kuzan to pull off a stunt like that. Even though he had already known that the three Vice-Admiral was way stronger than them. 

Looking around, he slowly began to see that the rest of his crew was falling one by one. 

Pica, who had given Sakazuki a german suplex, was currently lying on the ground covered in lava. Diamente and Trebol, who were facing Borusalino, were also lying on the ground. Parts of their bodies were smoking, as Borusalino rested one of his feet on Diamente. The only one left standing was Doflamingo, who they were slowly beginning to surround. 

At this point of time, the rest of the Donquixote family wouldn't matter because they would all fall soon to the three Marine monsters. Things didn't look so good for him, and he needed a way out, he quickly thought about manipulating the rest of the Marines to attack the trio. However, before he could, Borusalino appeared in front of him and kicked him right in the gut. 

Doflamingo soared right out of the Numancia Flamingo and landed on the icy terrain outside of the ship. Streaks of Red, Yellow and Blue appeared from the ship as the three Marine Vice-Admirals landed right in front of him.

'Is this the end? I haven't even fulfilled my revenge yet!! Fuck!' 

He looked at the three of them with a hateful glare. He knew that it would be impossible at this point of time to get them to fuck off, so Impel Down was the only destination next for him. 

He was about to concede, but he sensed something coming from the skies and looked up. It was hard to see it at first, but something was falling down from the sky. The Marine Vice-Admiral trio also looked up, and sure enough, something was falling on them. 

The object in question was small at first, but it slowly was getting bigger and bigger the closer it got. 

"Hm~ That's quite the large object.....Is that a ship?" Borusalino inquired curiously as he kept looking at the ship.

"It doesn't matter, I'll just destroy it before it causes too much damage," Sakazuki muttered as his fist let out a burst of lava.

"No, don't the falling debree could cause even greater casulties for us. I'll redirect it to somewhere else," Kuzan commented as he let out a cold breath and raised his hands towards it. 

Doflamingo immediately took the oppurtunity to launch himself back on to the ship. Borusalino had already seen this coming because he immediately appeared and tried to stop him. However, Pica appeared right in front of the approaching Borusalino and tackled him down to the ground. 

Kuzan and Sakazuki immediately turned to the duo that had momentarily took down Borusalino, and they were about to attack when Trebol and Diamente appeared in front of them. 

Knowing that the approaching object took precedence, Kuzan raised his hands and was about to freeze the object when Trebol rushed behind him and covered Kuzans midsection with his mucus. Trebol wasted no time setting the mucus on fire and detonating it. This momentarily disoriented Kuzan's focus, and he wasn't able to follow through with his initial intention of freezing it.

By now, the objects collision with the battlefield was inevitable. Everyone's top priority was to move as far as possible from the point of impact. Sakazuki raised his fist to try and smash the object in, but Diamente attacked Sakazuki and landed a pretty large slash on his back. It didn't do much to someone as tenacious as Sakazuki, but it was more than enough to disorient him for a bit.

The object landed on one of the ships surrounding the Numancia Flamingo, causing a devastating explosion that completely encompassed the entire battlefield. Marines and Pirates alike were immediately sent back due to the shockwave, and others flew from the icy ground and found themselves submerged within the turbulent sea.

The shockwaves lasted for a bit before everything settled down. Borusalino, Kuzan and Sakazuki along with Doflamingo and his crew looked at the intruding object. In the midst of the now settling silence, a tiny child like voice could be heard from the smoke.

"You crazy bastards!! Are you that suicidal?!"

A mature woman's voice was then heard after.

"Pato, that's not nice to say, you know? You might hurt our feelings."

"Ugh, I don't feel so good," A young man's voice echoed from the smoke.

"Staying up there for a while might have had some side affects for you, and you might not be the only one," the woman informed.

It was then, a familiar voice that sent shivers down the spines of Kuzan and Sakazuki rang out from the smoke, and as it was clearing. Cold traces of sweat began to appear on both of their faces, and Borusalino's eyes shone with a trace of caution, fear and apprehension.

"It'll take a while before they fully adjust back to our normal atmosphere, rest for a while. I want to have a bit of fun."
