New Citadel

Floating in space was a cube with a transparent surface, inside of which three people were discussing something around a floating piece of paper.

"Seriously!"

"As if I needed that house! It's true that I designed it and it had special technologies and stuff! But... It's STILL JUST A RETRO BUILDING COMPARED TO WHAT I'M GOING TO BUILD!" Rick shouted with excitement, in front of him was a unfolded blueprint.

It is the citadel now modified to have a modern school the size of a Shaolin temple in the center of a floating city.

"Are you sure you want to modify your divine planet into this?" Whis asked, looking over his shoulder.

"What do you know! It's a planet where I'll be resting most of the time, if I live far from the citadel I won't be able to control the progress of the school." Rick replied to Whis' suggestion.

"But... Aren't you afraid they'll quickly surpass you?" Vados, who was looking over the other shoulder, asked with a smile.

"If that's what Miss Vados is saying≈. I mean! Why are you saying that?" Rick's voice fluctuates with his hormones when Vados asks him the question.

Whis just shakes his head at the clear change in attitude.

"That's because the divine planet subtly changes the existence of the beings who inhabit it." Vados continues speaking.

"So what do you suggest? I need it to be close so I can use the stay as a VIP training ground." Rick fiddles with his hands, imagining what kind of business he could get out of it.

"Your divine planet is created exclusively for you, because you will be the most important acting god in the universe, having the duty of the god of destruction and god of creation.

Why don't you just create it somewhere in the universe and control it with another god in charge?"

Whis, seeing that he was still undecided, proposes.

Which Rick immediately rejected

"That's not going to work, this time I have to personally guide the school to fulfill my dream and new goals."

"Again with new goals! How ambitious of you, Lord Rick!" Vados gently stroked Rick's ego.

"Hehehe, that's just how I am≈" Rick couldn't control it, at this age his body demands action and Vados is literally the most beautiful woman he has ever met, the fact that she is both close and polite at the same time gives Rick the feeling of when he chased stars in his previous life.

"By the way! Lord Rick, why do you want to build a school? And what are they going to learn?

After all? In an almost empty universe your students won't be able to do much besides fight each other"

Whis couldn't keep quiet, while Rick fantasized about a bright future with Vados, Whis intervened with his present curiosity.

"That's simple to explain! Since the original order has been broken with me occupying two positions. Why don't I organize the whole universe to my liking? It would be something like creating jobs for the benefit of the universe, such as an expert in rating planets, potential developments, etc."

Rick thought for a moment, his eyes scanning the blueprint of the floating city. "Maybe we could turn the city into a learning center for all subjects." he finally proposed. "A place where the elite selected in the multiverse can come to study and develop their skills.**"

Whis and Vados exchanged a significant look. "That's an interesting idea, Lord Rick, to be honest, we thought that you wanted just live in a school or something and not teaching anything" Vados said with a smile. "It could be a way to rebuild the universe and create a better future for everyone.

But I hope you don't think about sending them back outside the multiverse force field you created, Lord Rick. It could anger the gods of the whole"

Rick cheered up at Vados' approval. "Exactly! We could create a school where all kinds of disciplines are taught, from science and technology to martial arts and philosophy!"

'Of course, my philosophy≈'

Whis and Vados laughed at Rick's obvious vanity. "No doubt, Lord Rick," Whis said. "Your experience and wisdom would be invaluable to any educational institution."

Rick stood up and walked to the center of the cube, observing the vast space that surrounded him. "Imagine the number of students who could come here," he said enthusiastically. "They would come from all corners of the universe, eager to learn and grow."

"It would be a truly impressive sight," Vados added. "A beacon of hope in this desolate universe."

Rick nodded. "**I'm sure this school will be a resounding success. It will be the best school in the universe!**"

The angel duo like to teach capable people, I suppose out of necessity living with two super lazy cats.

That Rick has the same hobby and takes his work seriously is gratifying.

"Alright! Let's get started!"

With that said, the three from the cosmic cube sat down in the air to pull something out of their pockets.

It was a mini universe. In order not to alter the energy proportions of the original universe, the mini universe was used as a resource producer.

This way they wouldn't have to resort to the power of creation.

The three of them enlarged their mini universes to the size of a basketball and with the help of the angels' staffs, they were able to carry out the production process.

The mini universes began to spin rapidly, releasing a surge of energy that filled the cube. Rick, Vados, and Whis watched in awe as the energy took shape, transforming into raw materials and resources. That were clearly seen from the outside.

With a wave of their hands, the two angels directed the energy towards the blueprint, bringing Rick's vision to life. The city began to take shape, with towering skyscrapers and bustling streets. The school, located at the heart of the city, was a magnificent structure, its design blending modern architecture with traditional Shaolin elements.

Vados and Whis shared Rick's enthusiasm. They knew that this school had the potential to make a real difference in the universe. With Rick's leadership and their guidance, they were confident that it would be a success.

As the final touches were put on the city and school, Rick, Vados, and Whis stepped back to admire their work.

With a smile, Rick turned to Vados and Whis. "Thank you for your help," he said. "I couldn't have done this without you."

Vados smiled back." It was our pleasure, Lord Rick."

Whis nodded in agreement.
