I began to do all the exercises I can think of push-ups, squats, sit-ups I even began swinging my katana for as many times as I could, my arms eventually gave out. I lay there in a puddle of my own sweat. Even still my body had to be much stronger if I wanted to use Sun breathing, as I got up all of my muscles were sore maybe going to the extreme on the first day wasn't the right move. A lot of things have happened during these two years, one of them being that I master Total Concentration: Constant this took the longest but in the end I got it done and I seriously underestimated how much of a boost this gives you. If Total Concentration give me a lot of strength and speed then mastering Constant increases that by a lot, and my relationship with the Band of the Hawk is a lot better now. And there was one time when I got ahold of the crimson beherit when Griffith was injured after a battle and he was in a coma for a two days. I threw it into a forest as hard as I could, then when Griffith woke up another member of the band of the Hawk gave it back to him.This is when I began thinking, if the eclipse is fated to happen then there's nothing I can do to change that but I can alter the details a little bit one of those things is teaching Guts how to do Total Concentration this will help him in the long run.
