The first one wouldn't have any grammatical problem if punctuations were used properly to extend the time between 'Use' and 'Must', And, if you are not gonna use punctuation to extend the time between the words then you have to change the verb 'Use' to 'User', as it sounds more consistent.

After a long time, a Chinese novel that is not racist. The story is immersive. The translation quality is good, would have said top notch but don't know if it is me or everyone also felt that, so far many rare words have been used. Many of which were unnecessary. Cannot say that my vocabulary is highly adequate, but not shallow as well. Alas, had to google quite a lot of words, which in turn did enhance my wordstock.
