After a long time, a Chinese novel that is not racist. The story is immersive. The translation quality is good, would have said top notch but don't know if it is me or everyone also felt that, so far many rare words have been used. Many of which were unnecessary. Cannot say that my vocabulary is highly adequate, but not shallow as well. Alas, had to google quite a lot of words, which in turn did enhance my wordstock. But, since it's a web novel meant for all type of audiences, would prefer if common words are made use of more frequently. Another notable thing is, you can see that the author has improved his writing style and quality over the writing period of this web novel.
