That was it all I heard this morning, when I passed through the Patengola and stopped by because I overheard them. Basically, now I know that the another members were doing something bigger behind us while we were learning only, not even help them.
	However, I did not have any time to think about it right now because I had to focus on the Pre-Test of Language. It was only already fifteen minutes since the session started in this room, but I have chosen answers for fourteen questions.
	Inside the room where I was sitting right now, there were only fifteen people without including the teacher. There were six classrooms on the second floor used for this thing, occupied by six classes.
	Each session ran for three class each time, and each class separated into half of their pupils number according to their presence number, separated in odd and even. In other words, I was in the even group, and there weren't much in this room that I already understand well at least what do they don't like to hear.
	When I looked at the wall clock, I found that this was just half past ten, leaving one hour more for the test in this session. The day already turning into late morning, but the sun was being blocked by stratus clouds so the hot atmosphere hadn't created.
	The climate these last two years had changed a bit, moved two or three weeks earlier than what's explained in the national encyclopedia. Originally the rain and foggy atmosphere should start in the September or October, but it doesn't close the opportunity of that they may cone in August and ended up in January instead of March.
	Season of drought should starts in March or April while February and March is the transition of the climate, nevertheless they started in that month, but ended early last time. According to the lesson I've learned, each season should last for five or six months, with one as a transition which means that the last one usually a bit weird.
	The ended lately phrase was that the drought ended in June and turned into the transition for many months while it should have ended in September. What a transition phase is the time when the rain happens each three or four days and happens more than once a day for some very short terms.
	I did not want to spend any more time on thinking about the current situation, so I threw my eyes at the test papers again. There were six more normal questions and two short attempts to make an essay based on a paragraph.
	As I keep working on them, and I tried to relate each of them so that my accuracy could be increased, I noticed a pattern of each two questions were related except six first questions. After I knew that pattern, I somehow became more confident in making an answer to each question that remained there.
	I left two last questions of the first but actually could be the second part and went ahead to the essay part because I wanted to write more than writing some awkward scratches on the sheets of the question. On the first answer, I had to make a list of the wrong verbs or adjectives and give corrections to them, and tell the wrong part.
	For me, there were six words which were verbs and adjectives and they were written wrongly, because they weren't same as in the dictionary. As example, there were 'have learned' while it should be 'have learnt' or 'am learned', so I decided to change the 'ed' with 't' instead.
	Right after I finished the first one, I moved on to the second essay attempt, which was asking me to write an interpretation paragraph about what had I just read. Basically, I only need to copy one or two sentences from the real text and add some self-made sentences.
	Since I had done with the essays, I moved back to the previous part to check, from the first ten questions, and then the other. At first I did not notice the two questions that I hadn't chose an answer for, but a mark on their questions number prevented me from forgetting them.
	The first question was asked me to make a decision to complete the sentence with a correct adjective, or in another word, an adjective which could carry the meaning of the noun without making a misinterpret. Nevertheless, because of the internet era where everyone could change the world by single binary line, conjunctions sometimes referred as adjectives which mostly same outside, but so different inside even though sometimes they share the same use.
	'Pesu run quickly to the marketplace', 'Pesu run fast to marketplace', those were the options that I had to choose between, and they weren't adjectives but adverbs. However, it was still better than the mistake of referring conjunction as adjectives and vice versa while we know that conjunctions are connecting each part of a writing.
	'Quick' literally has the same meaning as 'fast' because they are synonym, but 'quick' is used more than 'fast' just like 'shortly', and this was the problem of dictionary and thesaurus. In the last time I read an article about language on a magazine, usage of word 'fast' was the direct referring to the condition of an object, not an activity, an adjective and not an adverb.
	Without thinking any further, I chose 'quick' over 'fast' based on my mindset which trusts the sentence example more than the other things in the question. If I were to be chosen a wrong word, then it wouldn't be a very big deal that I was still able to adapt to the better language user.
	The second one wasn't a big deal, only asking what's happened in the sentence in the last question specifically. That should be a closer for the whole part, and the first round of the working on the Pre-Test, answers them on the question sheets, not including the essay part.
	Right after chose an answer for that question, I did not directly copy the answers to the sheet where I had already written the essays part. Firstly, I would like to review some of the answers so that I could see if I had made a mistaken option.
	While I was reading on the second part again, I noticed something that was a bit ridiculous ti be, for sure, not noticed. It was a bit different from the other questions that it was so boring, not like the others which were mostly fun.
	All the way things were going stopped just as I read this, because it asked me to tell what was the easiest complete subject to recognize. Complete subject is a subject in a sentence which is already added with adjective or any other information which can specify the subject referring.
	'Ricardo himself never heard that word from the mayor. Nevertheless, that social department mayor with the whole department even never thought about that.'
	It was an easy attempt to make because the second sentence written clearly, with a long reference to the subject, a social department mayor. Choosing 'Ricardo himself' wasn't so wrong but 'himself' was a multiple referencing, so it should be a simple subject.
	Now that I had chosen an answer for each of eighteen questions and made answers for the essay part, I only need to do something, copying the answers. Firstly, I looked at the wall clock to see what was the time.
	I still had thirty minutes left to finish the test, so I normally and peacefully started copying my answers to the second sheet. I would like to have some relax time for this time.

He had only been doing tasks, administrate data, and try to talk to anyone. Everything become normal after the extracurricular starts, after the Pre-Test passed, but it was revealed many things that actually happened during extracurriculars, even before the Pre-Test. Due to the fact that he doesn't have much knowledge about what is going on before him, he has suddenly stuck in the guild problem.

Homer's The Odyssey. It is one of the most beloved pieces of literature of all time.

The story itself. One of the things I found extremely interesting and fascinating is some 

of the things the characters have done or thought up. This essay is all the cleverness 

the deceit and the intelligence of 3 characters. These characters are Odysseus, 

Calypso and Penelope.


The first Character I am going to be talking or writing about is the man the myth 

the legend himself,  Odysseus. All throughout the story this character has been 

incredibly clever but, I am not gonna lie here he has also has been an incredibly giant 

Dumbass excuse my french. One example of him being incredibly stupid is when he 

Was escaping the cyclops and he told him his real name because of his hubris. Now 

Onto my example him being very clever and deceitful. When he landed onto the 

Cyclops' island he went into one cyclops' cave with his men. Inside this cave all sorts of 

Panic ensues when they find out about the hostility of this creature. This creature eats 

six of odysseus' men and drinks 3 bowls of his wine before sleeping. During the first 

Drink the cyclops asks for odysseus' name which odysseus replies " 'Cyclops,you ask my 

honorable name? Remember the gift you promised me, and I shall tell you. My name is Nohbdy: 

mother, father, and friends, everyone calls me Nohbdy.'" now onto the reason this was smart.

This was an iq 400 play because later in the night they stab his eye and he starts 

Screeching and screaming for his life which causes other cyclops' to come to his cave.

When they arrive they asked him what's wrong bruh then he's like nobody stabbed my 

Eye and nobody caused this and this is nobody's fault. Then the other cyclops' were like

'Uh ok whatever man just chill and stop screaming'. Later they escaped and like I stated 

A while ago he revealed his name only to be cursed again but this time instead of 

Poseidon it was his son the cyclops.

Now onto my next example Calypso. To be honest we didn't get much of her in 

The story but in the short amount of time we read about her we learn she is very smart.

She shows her smarts and experience ( she is an immortal so tons of experience) 

When she throws Odysseus a deal he can't refuse ( she thinks so and most people 

would as well) like she was a scammer who got on shark tank. The lady offered him

Herself immortality and all the riches on her island. "her seductive charms—even her 

promises to make Odysseus immortal". Now some of you might be thinking 

Raijuu explode to be honest, I was too. This man was getting like it was his birthday and

Christmas. Well anyways he declined. The immortality part at least cause this man 

Was cheating on his loyal wife left and right but no commitment. From his end at least.

Well besides the story said he was miserable being there in an island all alone filled with

With beautiful women and good food and wine. I know right very ungrateful but anyways 

He missed Penelope and Ithaca. But well something unexpected happened to Calypso

She fell in love with him. I mean who falls in love with the person you're sleeping with 

And live with for pretty much a decade shocker. Well that all went downhill when 

Hermes sent his message that Odysseus was supposed to be sent home. This 

Message was sent from the big bad himself, the pettiest and most arrogant piece of sh-

God himself Zeus. Then well then he left and don't hear anything else of her in the 

entire story.
 

Now onto the last character. Penelope the reason odysseus has commitment 

Issues The wife and queen of the big bad play boy himself mother of Telemachus the 

one the only Penelope. Now in the story Penelope is very clever but to me she is kinda 

stupid. I mean come On really 20 years of faithful waiting only to get a cheating 

d***khead of husband and king Odysseus. Yeah whatever I don't really like him too 

much I wonder if you noticed. Well back To the essay Penelope showed herself to be a 

very smart character multiple times in the story. The example that I will speak about is 

when she set up the challenge of Odysseus' bow.  "Like many unwilling princesses of 

fairy tales and legends, Penelope proposes an  impossible task for those who wish to 

marry her. By so doing, she causes the bloody events that lead to the restoration of her 

true husband. The test will involve Odysseus's  huge bow, which no one could string 

except Odysseus himself."  This was a test for the asshats *ahem* suitors where the 

Winner gets Penelope. Thing is no one can even bend the bow not mentioning the fact

Of shooting through 12 axe handles. Well guess what happened. Odysseus happened 

He came in looking like an old beggar because of Athena who they should appreciate 

More. anyway Odysseus passes the test kills all the suitors (finally does something 

right) while no one is there except Telemachus (not calling him his son cause he wasn't 

there) and his servant who helped him. After they clean the place up and give him a 

Bath he speaks with Penelope. She tests him on how their room looks like. Then 

She takes him back then they have a happy ending. Only after they get done with army

Of the suitors and their families.

Now think to yourself 'isn't the author handsome, awesome and smart.'  wait 

Wrong question. Now ask yourself 'weren't those smart and witty characters' Well I think 

The lesson learned from this is Odysseus doesn't deserve to be taken back. Besides 

That I learned you shouldn't take things at face value and shouldn't trust random people 

Or odysseus. Now I am not gonna add any more to exacerbate this essay any more.

Body paragraph 1
Assignment essay tasks are set to assist students to develop mastery of their study subject. Firstly, assignment tasks enhance understandings about subject matter. Yang and Baker (2005) reason that "to master your learning materials and extend your understandings, you need to write about the meanings you gain from your research" (p. 1). Secondly, research (Jinx, 2004; Zapper, 2006) clearly demonstrates that students learn the writing conventions of a subject area while they are researching, reading and writing in their discipline. This activity helps them to "crack the code" of the discipline (Bloggs, 2003, p. 44). Thus, students are learning subject matter and how to write in that disciplinary area by researching and writing assignment essays.
Body paragraph 2
Using assignment essays for assessment supports student learning better than the traditional examination system. It is considered that course-work assignment essays can lessen the extreme stress experienced by some students over 'sudden-death' end of semester examinations:
If we insist that all students write about everything they have learned in their study courses at the same time and in the same place (e.g. in examinations), we are not giving all of our students equal opportunities. Some students are not daunted by the exam experience while others suffer 'exam nerves' and perform at the lowest level of their capabilities. (Wonderland University, 2006, p. 4)
Additionally, Jones et al. (2004, pp. 36-37) propose that assignment essays can be used to assess student learning mid-course and so provide them with helpful feedback before they are subjected to the exam experience. Exams only provide students with a mark rather than specific feedback on their progress. Therefore, setting assignment essays for a substantial part of student assessment is a much fairer approach than one-off examination testing.

As an assessment tool, assignment essays have some disadvantages for lecturers and students. It has been found that assignment essays consume a great deal of staff time and money to mark and student time to prepare (Sankey & Liger, 2005, p. 192). A consequence of these problems is that feedback to students is frequently delayed, and this is much less useful to students than rapid feedback (p. 294). It is partly because of these disadvantages of time and expense that other assessments such as multiple-choice tests and short answer questions have an enduring place in the tertiary learning environment.

To conclude, it seems that assignment essays continue to have a prominent role in tertiary education as an assessment tool. This is mainly because they are very effective in developing knowledge and writing skills for subject areas. Also, assignment essays can be less stressful than examinations as they allow students to show their understanding of content in less pressured circumstances. On the other hand, the time consuming nature of writing and marking essays points to some disadvantages that also need to be considered. The weight of evidence, however, supports the writing of assignment essays for student assessment because this approach has such positive and proven effects for improved student learning.

Analyse an academic essay
Most students really appreciate seeing a finished product. If you are to really benefit from model essays, you need to learn how to read the 'techniques of the writer'. The following exercise helps you to get started with developing your 'read the writer' skills.

(Commas) Commas are ALWAYS used to indicate a break in speaking. It is commonly used for talking about several different nouns in the same sentence. Only use the comma when there is more than 2 nouns. Use "and" to connect two nouns.
For example:
"I have pistols, snipers, machine guns, and shotguns. Which one do you want?"
I had to kill goblins, orcs, and demons to get home.

(Commas) Commas can also be used after short phrases that describe the situation. Which should then be followed by an action or event caused by that situation. Essentially the phrase is the cause, and the following sentence is the effect. Used generally with "so", "but" or a noun.
For example:
My sister was extremely mad, so I stayed quiet and avoided agitating her further.
After the heavy storm, the court was filled with huge puddles.

(Commas) They are used when talking about the date depending on which format is used.
In a month-day-year format, the comma comes after the day. However, the comma is not used when speaking about the date in a day-month-year format.
For example:
July 19, 2011, is my birthday.
The deadline is 11 November 2020.

(Commas) Commas are also used in order to interject thoughts or statements in a sentence.
For example:
The essay, filled with grammatical errors, was not going to get a good grade.
This girl, who I hated, turned out to be the fiancee arranged by my grandfather.
"Mom, where is my stuff?"

(Commas) Depending on which audience you have. American English has a comma at the end of every quote before the quotation mark. While the British English has the comma after the quotation mark. However, this only applies if and only if there is not an exclamation mark (!) or a question mark (?) at the end of the sentence already.
For example:
"Why are you still reading this?" the author asked.
"This is my life," stated the monster. (American)
"Aside from this, I have nothing else", said Joey. (British)



There are plenty of other specific usages for the comma, but the above mentioned points are generally where they are used the most. In summary, I would say the best way to learn comma usage is to focus on comma usage in lists and interjections as they are the most prevalent in English writing.

Li Xiuying: "Do you know anyone who you would trust to take a knife to your carotid artery?"
Yao Changying: "If anyone else asked I would think it was odd. Since It's you I'll just take it as normal. Some type of neck surgery?"
Li Xiuying nodded: "Carotid endarterectomy?"
Yao Changying: "Under GA[1] or local with sedation?"
Li Xiuying: "Local."
Yao Changying: "I know a few surgeons from overseas as well as other hospitals but not that well. Mmm at Unity there are 3 surgeons who are willing to do awake procedures, 4 including yourself. The one I would trust the most would be Ceoi Dong-Hyun. He looks sloppy, has a poor attitude, and loves money. He would probably even sell his kidney and extract it himself for the right price. His skills are impeccable, I would even say he could be better when it comes to vascular surgery. I haven't seen him operate for a while though."
Li Xiuying nodded if a person who dedicated themselves to a particular specialty wasn't better than someone who only performed a few when necessary then there would be a serious question about the future of hospitals.
Ren Daiyu: "At least you know what makes him tick. It's the ones with hidden motives you need to worry about."
Li Xiuying: "True."
Yao Changying: "I'll forward you his number now. "
Li Xiuying: "Thanks."
Ren Daiyu teased with a smile: "Why do you have his number? Hmm? Is he a secret boyfriend?" And Korean too huh? Are you dating?"
Yao Changying said seriously: "His mother is Chinese and speaks Cantonese, his father is Korean and moved here years ago for work. We used to date. It didn't work out."
Ren Daiyu: "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to..."
Yao Changying: "Don't even finish that sentence nothing to apologize for. It feels like it happened a lifetime ago."
Li Xiuying: "His loss."
Ren Daiyu: "That's right! He lost the dark alpaca from his life."
Yao Changying smiled slightly: "Tell him I gave you his number and remind him he owes me a favor and I'm cashing it in."
Li Xiuying searched in her purse and took out her business card and gave it to Yao Changying. 
Yao Changying was confused: "Erm I already know your name, number, and where you work. It's a nice card though. Thank you?"
Li Xiuying glanced either side of her, spoke coldly, and paused for dramatic effect: "Contact me if you need him.... taken care of."
Yao Changying and Ren Daiyu burst into laughter. 
Ren Daiyu said through tears: "You're ridiculous." Li Xiuying pretending to be a hit-man trying to be stealthy and even using her hospital business card was just so out of character and hilarious.

Tu Nianzu was anxiously staring at his phone. His eyes were bloodshot, his hair was a mess, and even had unidentifiable fluff and dirt in it, he had bags under his eyes. 
*Ding*
He quickly rushed to open the email.
Tu Nianzu mumbled as his rage started bubbling inside: "Just on time? Numerous corrections? outcome pending!!! Fighting young man?!!! What is this bs response?!"
Tu Nianzu started typing a response [Is this some sort of Joke? There is a life on...] 
Qilin leaned against the doorway of Tu Nianzu's room: "Well aren't you a ray of sunshine?"
Tu Nianzu turned his gaze to the door: "Uncle! This woman is ridiculous. Absolutely unreasonable and arrogant!!
Qilin: "Oh? How so?"
Tu Nianzu: "She said that I handed in my essay just in time but I handed it in 30 minutes before the deadline. She stated there are numerous corrections to be made, but from spelling to grammar to content everything is of the highest level; she is just insulting me. It said outcome pending! How can she just play with someone's life?!"
Qilin smiled as he listened quietly to Tu Nianzu's rant: "Finished?"
Tu Nianzu: "Uncle how can you smile? Grandfather's condition..."
Qilin: "Is sorted. The details of his operation will be finalized by this evening."
Tu Nianzu: "But how can that be? Then the essay?"
Qilin: "Your email doesn't sound like it was written by Li Xiuying. He opened the email he received and handed the phone to his nephew.
Tu Nianzu read [I have been involved in an accident, I had recieved trauma to my head and have several broken ribs. My current state my impact upon my reasoning and my endurance and may affect the operation. I am looking into a vascular surgeon called Ceoi Dong-Hyun from Unity hospital. If you agree with the change of surgeon this operation can take place tomorrow evening. I will be there watching all the steps of the procedure to ensure Elder Tu's safety. I will need a response by Midnight tonight.] It was short, concise and to the point. 
Tu Nianzu then looked at his email: "Who is marker 2?" 
Qilin: "You have a lot to learn."
"He does indeed" an elderly voice was heard by the two. 
Qilin turned and moved from the doorway; "Father."
Elder Tu went into the room and sat in a chair: "Investigate this surgeon. If he checks out, confirm as soon as possible. I want this surgery completed."
Qilin; "I've got people on it already. We should have a detailed report in the next hour."
Elder Tu: "Investigate Lu Xiuying's incidence." He didn't know if one of their enemies had found out about his condition and the operation and therefore injured Li Xiuying on purpose. Nothing could be taken for granted. 
Elder Tu: "The essay wasn't really of any importance."
Tu Nianzu sat there dumbstruck. 
Elder Tu: "She was always going to find a solution. You needed to be taught a lesson, not to the extent of sacrificing someone's life."
Tu Nianzu: "Then why did uncle tell me to work hard and how even cutting off my limbs wouldn't rectify the situation? I just wasted all my time and effort to be insulted my Li Xiuying's sidekick." He didn't dare to blame his grandfather. 
Qilin started chuckling. 
Elder Tu frowned: "Have you learned nothing? Or have we spoiled you so much your arrogance and ego have clouded your ability to think?"
Qilin sat down on the opposite end of the cough Elder Tu was on: "You may be academically smart but you aren't street smart. You clearly don't have the ability to see the bigger picture. You charge in with your arrogance and then get angry if you're met with resistance. If you only know how to ruin things then don't get involved in the Tu family business in the future." He had to take a hard line with his nephew for blaming him and still not understanding that his actions have consequences not just for him but for those around him. 
Elder Tu: "Nianzu. How can you blame us when we were doing everything for your betterment. This time because it was Li Xiuying there were little to no repercussions to us personally. Although, we lost a significant connection. No other families will have the ability to gain a way into Li Xiuying's life anyway, since she's always been guarded against them. However, what if you really affected my health or your actions had cost me my life? Just because you experienced one night of hardship in your otherwise smooth life, you want to blame everyone else. You have disappointed me." 
Tu Nianzu: "Grandfather I..."
Elder Tu got up and slowly walked out of the room. 
Qilin: "For the next 2 months apart from your tuition fee you can fund everything yourself. Good luck to you."
Tu Nianzu: "Uncle I..."
Qilin followed his father's example and walked out slowly without looking back.
*Ding*
He read his email [ Mr. Medical student extraordinaire. I must say your bad manners are as impeccable as ever. I will deduct some marks from your essay due to your poor attitude clouding my judgment. Fighting, Young master. Your favorite marker.]
Tu Nianzu saw the chain of emails and saw that he had somehow sent his earlier incomplete email.
Tu Nianzu rubbed his face and sighed. 'Who else is left for me to offend?"

Merida might not have been good at cooking, but on a horse she was truly unbeatable. Every move she made looked so gracious, it was as if she was born on a horse. As a result, she beat all of our times by such a large margin that it wasn't even worth asking the teacher what her time was exactly. It was clearly visible that no one was faster than she was.
A lot closer was the fight for place two and three. Unfortunately, Raven and I didn't even come close to being one of the fastest. She was an excellent jumper for such a small horse, but in her case that mainly meant she could jump very high and far. She didn't like making a lot of jumps in a row and she made that clearly known, sometimes trying to walk around the obstacles instead of jumping over them.
Zuko wasn't faring much better. If anything, he was doing worse. After the first obstacle, Pera just refused to jump any further and took a shortcut towards the end of the course. Well, that ruled out scoring any points for horse riding class today for the two of us. We only got one try after all.
Eventually, Killian ended up in second place and John came in third. The latter was a slight problem, considering the fact that they were currently the ones in last place. They would not have overtaken us yet, but it was getting pretty close.
After class, we took a quick look at the scoreboard before preparing for tomorrow's classes. As I said, it was starting to look very bleak for Zuko and me this time around. It wasn't the end of the week yet though. Anything could still happen.

The following day started with our *ahum* favourite class of the week: torture class. What would the teacher have in store for us this time?
Surprisingly enough, today's class did not involve actual torturing of any kind. Instead we were asked to write an essay on the subjectivity of pain. After all, what caused severe pain to one person may not have the same effect on someone else. This was even the case for physical torture, but of course more so for mental suffering.
As an example subject in our essay, we could either pick the 'criminals' that we had seen beforehand, or ourselves and our classmates. Huhm, that was a whole new level of crazy if you ask me. Right now, it was still on paper, but that sounded a lot like she wanted us to list our weaknesses and that of everyone we knew and I could only guess for what sinister purpose that was. She seemed to be the one that got to decide our punishments in this semester after all.
In other words, not going to happen. I guess I would just have to use Audrey as an example in mine then, instead of myself and the people close to me. Of course, I couldn't guarantee that our classmates wouldn't be writing about us though. I could write about my other classmates as well, but to be honest, I had no idea what their weaknesses were for most of them, not mentally anyway, so I decided against that.
The teacher told us that since this was a big assignment and she didn't want us to write it without thinking and all, we would get both classes this week to write it. By the end of next class, it would have to be completely done and she would grade them on Friday at the latest. That was one burden of my chest at least. This meant that there would be no physical form of torture in class this week, something I totally didn't mind. 
And sure, I would have to bullshit around the subject a little as I had very little experience actually torturing, usually finding a way around it in class, but I was good at writing, so I'm sure that wouldn't be a problem. In silence, I started writing an essay on how viewing certain techniques as torture completely depended on your perspective and how the repeated use of techniques that were not regarded as torture normally could also be viewed as inhumane in some circumstances.
After a short while, it was already time for disguises & cover stories, where we spent most of class discussing our answers on the test. Pitfalls, common mistakes and all that. Slightly annoyed, I saw that I had only scored five points out of the ten I could have scored. 
As I mentioned before, it wasn't exactly my best subject, but only scoring half was truly painful. Zuko hadn't done much better than me either, only scoring six. I had no idea what the other pairs had scored, but I knew I wasn't exactly happy with this result. We could check the scoreboard after dance class I guess. I'm sure by then the scores should be updated.
Speaking of dance class, we hadn't finished learning the dance that we had started to learn last week, when Jonas found it necessary to crush my knee. Luckily, this class we could continue learning the remaining steps of the dance into our own pairs, with a warning that we would have to perform the dance the day after. 
This time, the teacher did say we had free choice to pick our own dance partner for it, which made me very grateful. There were only ten points to be scored though, he mentioned. In other words, only one of the dance pairs would score points: five for each person. Well, at least I would get to dance with Zuko again, points or no points.

Involuntarily placed in a school that turns people into assassins in order to invade the neighbouring countries, Luna is not exactly the happiest person in the world. She is not exactly good at making friends and this is a world where making enemies may cost you dearly. On top of that, everyone has secrets they don't want getting out, but how hard is it to keep secrets in a place where everyone wants to find out what you're up to? Are friendships even capable of lasting in such a cruel world?

Read along as Luna and her classmates struggle their way through the assassin academy. What you do to succeed? What is the cost that you are willing to pay to keep yourself safe?

"You can't have both, you know. At the end of this day, you will have to ask a question. Them, or me. I can make sure that Taliyah and the others leave you alone, but you'll have to choose your friends." Was she really under the impression that I would drop them as friends just because she was asking me to? But rather than tell her that right away, I used the opportunity to find out what I wanted to know.

"How?" I asked.

"What do you mean ‘how’?" she responded. I was used to not saying much, but I guess I had to clarify what I meant.

"How can you guarantee that they will leave me alone?" Her response only brought more questions and I didn't really want to know the answer. Or deep in my heart I already knew.

"Taliyah promised me she would, so long as you... ehh, change your allegiance." Taliyah really had no reason to do that, unless...
"And why would she promise you that, when you are affiliated with us?" I inquired.

"I think you already know the answer to that," she started. She was right, I knew, but she continued anyway.

"If you aren't ruthless in this academy, you lose. You might be on top now, but in the end you will lose. That's why Taliyah's team is the safer option." No, it wasn't. Ruthlessness earns you a lot in this place, that is true. But I wouldn't want to constantly have to look over my shoulder to prevent being stabbed in the back.
