'I was right! It's one of those systems isn't it? God hasn't abandoned me yet!' Excited over his new discovery, Trent wanted to immediately see what he could do. But how?

"Do I just say something like, open sesame?" Nothing happened. Racking his brain for ideas on what to do, the system responded.

'Does that mean that I could just will it open?' Thinking as such, Trent thought about opening the system menu and a prompt appeared in his vision.

Welcome Host! You have started your journey onto the path of a superhero! Or villain if that's how you do things. Nobodies judging! I am a Digital Interface System created for your personal use and to help ease you into getting out there and surviving! My system product key is b3RN13! You can call me Bernie!]

With the startup of the DIS, the voice changed from a mechanical one to a happy one. The voice actually reminded Trent of a certain steward bot from one of the games he played before. Deciding that he needed more information on what kind of system this was, Trent decided to ask "Bernie" about itself.

"What kind of system are you Bernie?" Asking an obvious question, Bernie immediately replied.

[I'm so glad you asked host! This system was designed using the information from your own mind to set up a system tailored specifically to you! This system pooled information from something you call "comic books". This system allows you to assimilate with the powers of some of your favorite heroes or villains from the Marvel and D.C. Universes! Isn't that great? But be warned. Host current body is unable to handle assimilation of more than two heroes or villains! Host may suffer from a mild case of explosions if warning is ignored!]

That's terrifying! Taking the information given to him one piece at a time, Trent began to get excited, even with the warning from Bernie, Trent still felt excited.

I can get superpowers! I could have a secret identity and everything! Micah and Arielle wouldn't believe it. Wait a minute. Pausing a little from his happy trip, Trent began to realize that he hadn't asked the important questions.

"Bernie, am I still on Earth?" Fearing the answer, Trent still felt that the way things were progressing, he would be disappointed.

[Unfortunately, Host was transported away from Earth using a convenient spacial tear near him before the car crushed Host into a patty! Host current location is unknown so Host will have to acquire information so that I may have more knowledge!]

As he thought, Trent was no longer on Earth, which means that his family thinks that he died. Standing up from his spot near the tree, Trent felt a sharp pain shoot up his leg, causing him to sit back down. Realizing that he was still injured, Trent thought about what Bernie had said about a spatial tear.

Does this mean that I didn't die but instead was pulled through that spatial tear or whatever? So I didn't leave a body? That's good. My brother and sister are very skeptical and nerdy. They'll probably come up with an answer that's as close to accurate as possible.

Feeling depressed thinking of his family back on earth, Trent made a decision. He will get back to his family by any means necessary. But first, he has to figure out how and he knows the perfect way to get started.

"So Bernie, how do I get this system thing started?"

[Well host, all you have to do is use your IMAGINATION! If you think it, it will come!]

Thinking hard, a large amount of words spread across his vision.

"Holy shit, I'm getting dizzy. Is there an easier way to handle this, like an app?"

A light suddenly shined in his pocket and his phone floated to his face. The words were absorbed by the still floating phone. As the letters, numbers, and symbols continued to float into the phone, a stinging pain shook his mind. The characters converged into a single point of the phone and became an app.

[Using the app, Host can access the power shop.]

"So I have to pay for these powers?" Trent felt sad that he wasn't gonna have a super cheat experience like he thought. Well nothing in the world is free. Trent clicked on the app and it opened to features similar to the AppStore itself. There were many powers to choose from with a lot of major heroes on the front like Superman, the Hulk, and many others. Something else also caught his attention in the store.

"Hey Bernie, what is this static and growth definition supposed to mean?"

[Well in the case that host buys a power at static, you can choose from Beginner level, Intermediate level, and Advanced level. Static levels are unable to grow from the strength level it is bought at. Growth levels go from Beginner level thru Intermediate level, Advanced level, Expert level, Master level, Lord level, and finally God level. The cost of a growth type power is equal to the static Expert level cost of the same power.]

So I can either pay for a power at a stronger initial level but lose the ability to grow or buy a power starting off slow for the same price. Well that's a no brainer! With this new information in order Trent asked one more question.

"Now Bernie, there has to be more to this static and growth thing, otherwise I wouldn't buy the static at all."

[Thank you for your attention to detail, Host! We can only thank my genius intuition to pick you! Growing your power has great benefits, but also comes with some pretty pricey demerits! You're powers also come with the same demerits as the person who's power it belongs to. As your power gets stronger, their weaknesses become even more apparent, except for the God level of course! God level has the same strength as Lord level except, God level takes away your powers' weaknesses! A God has to have no weaknesses of course! Buying powers at static also voids the weakness of the power. Of course there are powers without weaknesses but there are more with than without!]

"Oh shit that sucks." As he took in the information that was so happily given to him, Trent realized what the Static powers had over the Growth powers. While the Growth powers could grow him to the level of a God, it also came with all of their weaknesses, and he knew quite a few of them had some terrible weaknesses, like Superman. Although this place most likely didn't have Kryptonite, His second biggest weakness was everywhere here, magic.

Although he would have to deal with quite a few of the weaknesses as he got stronger, the Growth stages seemed to be the best bet for Trent.

"Two more questions Bernie and I'm done. First, how do I earn money for the system and how do I level my powers?" As any gamer would do, Trent wanted to learn everything he could so he can power level.

[That's easy! As long as you give me this worlds mana to the great I, then I can change it to currency to use! Although you can't use this worlds magic, you can still absorb it yourself, although it would give you a negligible amount of money! The best way to earn money is by taking mana from objects or people! The people of this world are able to filter the mana around, making the mana richer and giving you more money! That only works for no-attribute magic, by the way, so don't think of jumping head first into a fire ball or you'll diiiiiiiiieeeeeeeee! As for your growth, just take some monster crystals!]

Taking all this information into account, Trent once again looked at through the store for the power. He had twenty thousand crystals, which is the money the system used. Although the seemed like a lot, it was actually enough for two high level growth power. Looking through the long list of powers, one name finally caught his eye.

'Looks like fate has brought us together again', he thought as he pressed down and the twenty thousand crystals became ten.

After a freak accident, Trent wakes up in a new world of magic. Along with a system that gives him the powers of heroes and villains from comic books, Trent fights monsters, bandits, and nobles to find a way back home and to prove that powers are better than magic. (Note: Uses strong language throughout the book so if any are offended, just know that this is the way the character's personalities are made.)

This one's premise should be pretty evident, but I'll be making sure I give some information on what specifically I'd like to see from this. It's been kind of hard seeing Pokemon getting all the love on this site, while Digimon is left to suffer. I hope to see this written in the future, but I hold that desire for all my ideas.

Let's talk about the functions of the system first, as that will be the bulk of what this is. Summoning, , Store, Storage and Travel are the four parts of the system. Summoning is the main feature, and one of the most accessed. It is used to "Summon" the various Digimon the MC will command, and will have its own form of currency. These "points" are gained by either converting cash or by exchanging materials. To start with the MC will have a free summon of one In-Training Digimon, and that will be his main partner. The lower the stage of a specific Digimon, the cheaper it will be to Summon it. Of course, the Digimon won't Digivolve like normal, the Summoned Digimon have levels and need to reach the max before it can be moved to the next stage. The lower the Digimon's stage the more time is needed to get it to Ultimate. In addition to levels, the MC will also need a Digivice, which can only be obtained from the Store.

The Store is where the MC will be able to buy items and materials to aid him in his journey. Obviously the items for sale will mostly be those found in the Digital World but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Equipment in the stores is mostly things like Digivices and other such electronics as well as things like the Crests and Digimental. Also sold is Digizoid, the extremely strong metal that occurs in the Digital World, with Chrome Digizoid being the most durable. The store will use currency in exchange for the new items, rather than needing points like the Summon function.

Storage is, of course, his place to store various treasures as well as his Digimon when they are not in use. It will start off very limited, only being able to hold three Digimon and maybe a cubic foot of other items. As he grows so to shall his Storage, eventually being able to hold countless Digimon and a near infinite amount of miscellaneous objects.

Travel is merely a gateway to the Digital World and back. The main reason to head to the Digital World is to attempt to recruit new Digimon without needing to spend points to summon them. Digimon gained this way will cause their Species in the Summon List to become free of charge and can be called upon at any time.

So now we need to talk about the plot, which will be pretty easy this time as their is only one possible route for the MC to take. It's technically two but can be counted as one as they are extremely similar. Reincarnation/Transmigration, the protagonist dies or is about to die, and is moved/reborn in to a new world, one where the land is steeped in Fantasy. Obviously the MC gains this system in order to more easily survive in this harsh new land.

So, I have these ideas float around my head constantly. I figured since I'm not using them, someone else could. If you read them and feel like writing about it, feel free. I'd rather focus on my own novel, so they are fair game for anybody. I'd love to read them if they are ever used.

My name is Brendan Hunter, 15 years not who lives with an abusive parent and siblings.

I got treated badly because of my supposed father ran away. My mother got remarried and I ended have 2 older siblings which are both males

It all started when my older brother dropped my mother vase. But he blamed me for doing it.

My mother believed him and immediately slapped me.

And that is the beginning of their abusing towards me.

Every day I will not escape from being bullied by my older siblings and parent who did not even care about me.

At school, I will be bullied and the teachers will not care about it. My life got worse when my favourite car is named Tom got cruelly murdered by my older brothers when he cruelly them it to the middle of the road and a car hit my beloved cat.

But that is the moment when I let my anger consume me. I remembered how I pound my older brother along with the second brother.

I remembered how they tried to fight back but I punch kick their balls. They fell to the floor and I kept punching and kicking them until my father kicks me away.

I looked at the state of my older brothers. They got bruises with their mouth are leaking blood. My parent scolded me but I ignored their scolding.

At school, I beat up those bullies until they cannot walk anymore. Their parent made a report that ended with my family got sued.

My father dragged me to my bedroom and beat me up but I used a hidden knife that I kept stabbing his knee and seize the chance to beat him up when he kneels down.

I punch him many times ignoring the scream or my mother who told me to stop.

The next thing I knew, the police locked me up in jail.

They kept me in jail for a month before I got released and I am back into the shit house.

Before I got back to my house, I decided to buy a Manga book at the local comic store.

The Manga book I bought is My Hero Academia. I did not fancy the main character who has a nerd and coward attitude not to mention his stuttering when he spoke to others.

I read those because of those villains especially Shigaraki Tomura.

His quirk is overpowered with only one touch he can turn anything into dust

And I also liked 2 characters from DC. They are Blue Beetle and Reverse-Flash.

Weird right, considering many people will like Batman, Superman, Green Lantern, Flash or Wonder Woman.

The reason I like Blue Beetle mainly due to his Blue Beetle Scarab which I found cool to have shapeshifting abilities that can turn into various type of weapons.

And the user also many different kinds of modes so yeah, it is cool equipment to have.

And I liked Reverse-Flash because he is the reason The Flash exists. In the real-life version. Plus I liked his character which is a very smart and cunning person. He is able to tricks everyone during the first season of The Flash as a man who cannot walk.

Plus he is the true arch-nemesis of The Flash. Able to recreate the incident which made Barry Allen become the Flash. And more importantly, he is able to create his own Speed Force which he called Negative Speed Force.

Of course, there are many different kind version of Reverse-Flash, but I like Eorbard Thawne and Hunter Zolomon. Hunter Zolomon is mainly due to him have Sage and Strength Force.

Now I am walking to my comic store which is open all day with an old man is sweeping the floor. 

But the moment I entered the Comics Store, I see a man who is wearing a mask is holding a gun to the owner of the comic book store.

I act by instinct and tried to rescue the owner but sadly the man shot towards me. The bullet pierces through my forehead and my vision goes black.

BRENDAN POV

"So this is how my life ended huh? Never able to feel happiness or find someone precious." I thought in my head.

"If only I can live in another world, I will live my life to the fullest." I thought in m head.

"Your wish has been granted. What do you want when you go to the next world?" I heard an ancient voice sounded.

"My own Negative Speed Force," I replied.

"Granted. What are other powers that you wish to have.

"Shigaraki Tomura's quirk but I wanted to control the quirk. I did not want to kill anyone with a touch." I replied.

"Then I want to have Blue Beetle Scarab with no negative effect from the suit. Make the Scarab able to communicate with me. Next, I wanted to use Logomancy perfectly.

"Hmm. Your wish has been granted. Now before you go to the next world, there is 1 Force that has taken an interest in you. It is the Strength Force.

You will also be the conduit of Strength Force when you reached into the next world. Have fun in the DC World." The ancient voice sounded and I can felt my body moved.



GENERAL POV

A child body shined and the body moved.

"W-where am I?" The child asked while noticing he is in a room.

Then a foreign memory invaded the child mind. He holds his head while gritting his teeth at the sudden rush of many memories entered into his head.

The child is Brendan Hunter, he got transmigrated into the body of his doppelganger in the Marvel world.

His doppelganger's life is different from him as his parent left him at the orphanage.

But the same thing happens as his doppelganger also got bullied due to his unnatural hair. His hair is blond with him having red eyes.



BRENDAN POV

"I got transmigrated like in that webnovel, fanfiction and light novel that I read. That means the ancient voice I heard probably any omnipotent being who granted my request to have those quirks I wanted.


But I remember I am also a conduit of Negative Speed  Force and Strength Force. I remember reading it in the Flash Comic. And I have my own Negative Speed Force. So that made me a speedster and I can run to any timeline freely and without any side effects.

Strength Force meanwhile grants you super strength and your defence will be increased. It will also grant you gravity manipulation. 

Those are the only information I knew about both force." I thought in my head.

"I am probably in the Marvel world since I remembered that ancient voice said I will be going to the Marvel world."

"The world of tragic superheroes. A world where many past superheroes still exist. A purple skin alien who is on his conquest to have Infinity Stones. A world of many mutants, one who is a good person but at the same time hypocrite, with the other tried to bring Maurice to mutants. A spider-themed superhero who did not kill his enemy when they deserve to is killed. And lastly, a billionaire who then turns into a hero."

I said before a smirk appeared."They can do whatever the fuck they wanted but if they ever stand in my way" red lightning appeared on my left hand"I will kill them."

I did not know how I got transported into this world full of mutants and secret organizations. What I know is that I have a blue beetle alien who stuck on my back.

As Austen had predicted, Seyla awoke a little over five hours following their conversation in The Cortex, by which time night was fast approaching. She moved gingerly upstairs and into the Dining Hall and found everyone sitting at the laden table, helping themselves to a feast of roast chicken, mashed potatoes, fat sausages, bacon, fries and pudding, each with a different drink in their hands — Austen was a wonderful chef, though he often said that he was nowhere near his mother's level. Malik pulled out the empty chair beside him and Seyla sat down.

"How are you feeling?" Austen asked.

"Fine." Seyla said, though she looked rather pale.

Austen looked unconvinced, but before he could voice his uncertainty, Malik said, "Choice drink? We have lemonade, pumpkin juice, coconut water or you can have a glass of what Austen's having."

"Watch it." Austen said, pulling his glass of red wine away and casting Malik a dark look.

"Don't be stupid." Claire said sharply. She needs something hot, not cold." She disappeared into the kitchen and returned a few minutes later with a steaming mug of chocolate milk. "Here, take this." Seyla drank; heat flushed through her body. She could feel the stiffness of her limbs caused by the cold burning away as she swallowed.

"Better?" Claire asked.

"A lot better." Seyla said, colour returning to her face. "So what did I miss?"

Raul explained briefly; Austen's orders, how he and Malik teamed up to defeat Stronghold and the white rhino, how he took her home and returned for Malik, how they knocked down Ryu and the pale skinned girl, how Metal Maniac and several other heroes showed up, their conversation in the Cortex about Sinistra and finally, Metal Maniac's message — he left out Malik's strange behaviour.

For a moment Seyla said nothing, then she spoke rather softly. "Sinistra, huh?"

"Yeah," Malik said, taking a swig of his carrot juice. She fell silent again. Raul thought that she was now thinking over what he said about Austen.

A few more moments passed, then, when he was sure that she was going to explode on Austen about his ridiculous decision to choose Malik over her, she simply stated that she was feeling chilly again. After several seconds of staring at Seyla in utter disbelief, Raul sped off, knocking over Malik's glass of carrot juice, and returned, clutching a thick fur coat that he threw to Seyla.

"Where did you get that?" Austen asked, his eyebrows raised.

"From a store in the city called 'The Wool-E Mammoth.'" Raul said coldly, refusing to look at Austen. He watched as Seyla, somewhat flustered, put on the coat. Surely she would deal with Austen once she was feeling a bit warmer? To his surprise she simply tucked into the meal, not saying another word or looking even slightly troubled. He gaped, open-mouthed, at Seyla, oblivious to the fact that Malik was staring at him, trying to resist the urge to rip him apart for spilling his drink.

After dinner that evening, Raul went to bed swearing loudly and muttering that girls were the strangest creatures he'd ever seen, while Austen, looking quite unbothered, recommended Seyla stay under dimmed thermopanels that night.

Three days passed and he had still not forgiven Austen for what he had done. He didn't utter a single word to him when he could help it, and when he couldn't, he spoke with venom in his tongue. Austen however, remained quite cheerful and Seyla, to Raul's surprise and annoyance, was still not bursting with fury.

On the fourth day after, Austen had left to collect material he would be acquiring from a mysterious source for the repair of Malik's suit, and Raul began to rant — for the seventh time so far — about what a horrible decision he made and how he didn't care to apologize even once.

"Who does he think he is, honestly? No, better question, who does he think we are? His expendable playthings that he can just toss away whenever it suits him?"

"I'm sure that's not what happened, Raul." Seyla said in a bored voice.

Raul was so furious he couldn't string the words he needed together. How could she, of all people, take his side?

"Right you are, Seyla." Austen said, pushing open the front door and swinging a small black bag. "Though I'm willing to leave him be and let him vent his frustration for as long as he wishes."

"Yeah, only because you're not the one who has to listen to him!" Malik spat.

"Exactly!" He strode over to Malik, pulled a small, flimsy book from the bag and threw it onto Malik's lap.

"What's this?" Malik asked, bewildered.

"Your comic book." Austen said.

"What?" Everyone yelled simultaneously.

Malik grabbed up the book. "'Fist of Providence'?" He repeated incredulously.

Seyla, Raul, Claire, Vernon and Jayden all scrambled up and gathered around him.

Malik skipped through the pages, flipping them so hard he tore one. There on the pages before him, were detailed drawings of his fight with Stronghold, almost exactly as it had happened. Malik punching his face with no effect, him grabbing Malik and throwing him onto the ground, Malik escaping one of Stronghold's next blows narrowly, clutching his chest —

"What is this?" Malik asked.

"I'll get to that," he said, pulling out two more books and throwing them to Seyla and Raul. "There are some for you as well."

The stories depicted in their books ("Queen of The Dark Arts" and "Dash") showed their battles with 0-Zone and the white rhino almost exactly as they happened, as Malik's had done with him and Stronghold.

"What are these?" Seyla asked, repeating Malik's earlier question.

"Comic books, depicting very near perfectly — as I'm sure you've noticed — your various fights at the museum the other day. The authors, rightfully so, seeing as though they don't know much about you, have dubbed you "The Unknowns." The greatest mystery case in Phoenix City's most recent news."

"But —" Malik began, but Austen cut across him.

"Apparently, the author obtained a video of your respective fights between members of The Council and Sinistra, and were so deeply interested by what they saw that they decided to create their own original comic line, "The Unknowns." Quite popular in fact."

"Where did you get these?" Vernon asked, looking at Austen.

"From a comic book store in Tavern City called Rumbanks."

"You went to a comic book store?" Raul asked, so surprised he forgot to be cold and fierce.

"Yes. But not for the comics though." He added quickly, at the shocked looks he was getting. "The owners are relatives. It so happens, that they are the writers."

"You never told us that you had family near here." Malik said curtly.

"Yes. There are indeed a lot of things that we don't tell others, Malik." He gave Malik a significant look; he must have understood what it meant, because he fell silent immediately.

No one said anything, they were all looking at Austen with expressions of confusion and anger.

"Of course, you don't like this idea. I don't either — this type of attention is something that may prove very irksome to us. Unfortunately, I have no current fixes. I cannot go to my cousins in Tavern City and ask them to stop publishing these books, as I'm sure you can understand why. The only solution I can think of right now is simply to try to take off some of the pressure, "lay low" if you will."

"So that means no more going out to save people then?" Malik asked, with a hint of hopefulness.

"No." Austen replied. "It simply means you will be more subtle with your future missions. And look, you can start practicing right now! I have an assignment for you."

"Finally." Claire said, cutting across Malik and Raul's groans of protest. "I've been bored silly sitting here doing nothing. So, where are we going?"

Austen smiled broadly and strode towards the door leading to The Cortex, gesturing to them to follow.

The days of Heroes and Villains are over; Corruption runs where virtue once thrived, and empathy now resides in the minds of the unjust. In a world threatened by otherworldly danger, only 6 unlikely teenagers rise to the occasion. Under the wing of a rogue superhero, they must band together to face an oncoming apocalypse.
