The story of a Comic Book Collector who is brought to a world where he finds out that he is one of the special people who can earn experience and level up to become a superhero.

I sniffed a smile, I don't know I was between happy or sad or hate. 
"I'm fine" I texted back
He quick replied "Don't lie"
"I know how it feels, Ani. Really.. but you just don't know the complete answer" he texted again.
"What complete answer?" I asked.
"It might hurt your head so badly if I did, cause I wasn't allow to bring that memories back that quick"
What does he mean? Amnesia didn't work that way.
"What the heck" I replied.
"Just trust me.. you need Vivi soon for that"
"I'm sorry" he added.
I clicked my tongue, didn't reply him anymore. I was either mad or in love with him. I don't know the reason for sure but I will find out soon. I hope Vivi will cooperate, so I don't need to struggle too much.

"YES" I yelled, I took a glimpse of my glowing digital clock, it's 9.17. Vivi is finally here!

I give him a smile, a stiff smile, accepting his breakfast. I don't know what does he buy me, all I can see is white plastic and a Styrofoam box inside. 
"Bye.. gotta go" he said and wave his hand, I saw his back went farther then he turned back just to remind me "Lock your door". I waved back at him, I don't even got the time to thank him. 
I turned my head and startled by a tall and thin figure, "WHOA!"
"VIVI! YOU SCARED ME TO HELL!!" I yelled.
Vivi fold her arms on her chest, giggling "dating too much, you don't even realize when I stepped in"
"but how could, you.."
She shrugged her shoulders,
"Now what"
I clicked the door locked and step inside, put the breakfast on the countertop and leaned my body on the sofa.
"I remember my past things.." I said as I looked away, feeling not so ready all of sudden. Vivi sniffed a smile, "I know it gonna happen" she mumbled, like whispering but not really a whisper cause I can hear it clearly. But she didn't look concern or disturbing at all. 
My eyes popped up wide, "What do you mean?"
"Since you two reunited" 
"What so important about that? Right now I want to ask you a lot of questions"
She stays steady "Then ask""Did I really cheating on Jason?"
Vivi threw her gaze away, "Look, Alana.. You are going to regret this"
"You two seems to be destined. But I don't recommend you to dig out your worst past you had" she said with a shrug.
"But I must know!"
"If you want to live in peace, this is the best for you"
I rolled my eyes, "There's no use for me to live this life without the truth"
"Truth hurts, Ana"
"But I don't care, Vivi"
She exhales a harsh breath, "Ana, the truth will never bring you peace. Believe me you won't like it at all"

Vivi blew a harsh breath, holding my hands, I can feel her warm palms. Now she looks worry, "Alana. That time when you cheated…." she closed her eyes, like such a horrible ghost story to tell. Vivi seemed concern all of sudden, I can feel it. 
"He was not angry. But he was so sad, I even blamed you that time" she replied, "And when I know you cheated, I was so disappointed" she admitted. "I didn't know how to react, I know you were wrong. But besides that, you are like sisters to me. So I tried so hard to persuade you, to leave Andrea instead"

"Things happen?" I repeated. I quirked an eyebrow looking at Vivi's frowning in depression all of sudden. 
"That was the worst moment in our life, Ana" she added. 
"Now, eat your fucking breakfast and take a rest. I am done talking and will head back to my office" she stood up, adjusting her skirt. 
"Wait" I hold her hand. 
"Are you leaving?"
"Yes.. don't be a clingy puppy" she looked at me in disgust.
"Bye" she added and rushed out, "Lock the door". 
I leaned my head on the sofa facing the ceiling of the room, my heart filled with love, a past love. But somehow it hurts me a lot when I know I cheated on Jason. It's awful. I close my eyes and suddenly I feel sleepy. 
 
It's an empty white room something, but I see no wall no ceiling no floors. Like nothing in this place. Scarlet didn't know how to react and cried. You're very talented, Scarlet. I'm hoping to see more of your future works, there's nothing much I can teach you at this moment."
Scarlet hugged Debbie and thanked her from the bottom of her heart. Being offered a writing contract meant a lot for Scarlet. It meant that she was acknowledged and more importantly, this was something she didn't accomplish using the influence of the Wilde Family's name. Could this be the way she could repay Mrs Wilde's kindness of accepting her into their family?
The good news couldn't remain a secret forever. When Alex and Jasper returned home that day, Scarlet told them the good news. Claire bowed with Tina and Sue behind her. The lady butler was impressed by Claire's management of the household. The head maid did a great job despite the lack of manpower. Also, due to the short notice, Jenna was expecting some difficulty in being able to accommodate such a large group. Claire didn't seem to struggle with the new guests. The dining table was quickly modified with the table extended to fit the extra people for dinner. The maids under Claire's care were also quick to whip up extra dishes and make enough food for everyone, not neglecting to add a touch of classiness to them befitting of the Wilde Family's prestige.
Alex announced that she won an art competition that she was secretly participating in and was going to have her work displayed at an exhibit. Mrs Wilde and Jenna revealed that they would be moving over to live in Singapore for a more permanent period of time from now on so that they could spend more time as a family. Jasper's parents would also visit from time to time when Mr and Mrs Wilde had to fly for business trips.
Wilmer was all smiles as well. He had received news from Benjamin earlier that afternoon that the evidence the children collected was enough to permanently ruin Cody and Larissa. The verdict will be out next week. Danny and Elfie were here to deliver news about their findings of Anastasia.
Danny smiled and congratulated the Wilde's. "I have a favour to ask."
Immediately, the joy and laughter melted into silence. The children looked at their teacher oddly. Jasper knew about Danny and Wilmer's special relationship but Scarlet and Alex were slower to catch on. Whatever favour Danny was asking for didn't feel like something a teacher and parent could easily talk about.
"I would be taking a short leave of absence from the school due to personal reasons and in that period of time, I would like to entrust my son, Elfie, in the care of your family."
Wilmer's warm expression grew cold at once. The jokes and laughter erased from his eyes. "It's about that, isn't it?"
Danny nodded. Orita didn't look pleased but her eyes softened when she saw Elfie tense up.
"You're going to be personally acting on it?" the CEO asked and Danny nodded again, not daring to meet his friend's eyes.
Wilmer's lips thinned into a line, his eyes hard. "Orita and I don't mind taking care of Elfie for you. However, I won't accept it if you don't intend to come back for him."
Elfie looked fragile at that moment and it was Alex who held the hacker's hands to comfort him. Scarlet didn't know what was going on either but she gave Elfie a small smile trying to reassure him that everything would be alright. The adults could be relied on and even if things didn't work out, Elfie still had them and a group of very reliable friends.
Danny bit the insides of his cheeks. "I'm not abandoning him, Wilmer. I didn't adopt Elfie with the intention of abandoning him. He is my son."
Orita decided that the tension was scaring the children a little too much and quickly diffused the tension by asking Jenna to bring out the alcohol to the study so the men could talk over it. At the same time, she expertly diverted the subject away from the serious discussion by asking the children how they met Elfie.
Everyone had good news to share and interesting stories to tell about their time spent together at school. When Scarlet told everyone that Debbie sent her manuscript to an agent who found a publishing house interested in contracting her book, Orita squealed like an excited schoolgirl and immediately placed the first order of five copies that she wanted Scarlet to sign.
"You need to start practising your signatures now," Alex joked and Scarlet blushed.
Elfie smiled. "What is the story about?"
The young writer launched into details about the inspiration she took and the hacker had a good laugh over some of the scenes Scarletdescribed. Scarlet's vivid imagination and good sense of humour had successfully woven the personalities of everyone in the E.C. Class into her book.
"I want to read that book, I really do. It sounds very interesting that you managed to capture everyone so accurately!" he praised.
Scarlet squirmed in her chair, embarrassed by the praises.
"That's it!" Alex declared. "I'm going to draw your first book into a comic!"
Jasper raised a brow. "Do you know how to draw digitally? I thought you were still trying to understand how paintbrushes work."
Orita laughed. "Oh, Jasper dear... there's no rush. Alex can slowly pick that up. We can employ some art teacher if she wants to speed up that process. Also, Wilmer might be planning on an internship rotation for the three of you."
That news got their attention and the heiress smiled. "Don't tell Daddy that I said this. However, Wilmer has been working hard to negotiate for the departments that would interest you most to accept you and teach you the trade. Alex will have plenty of opportunity in the future to get acquainted with digital brushes. Scarlet will have a lot of chances to learn different writing styles and the practicality of it. Jasper can discover the secrets to how money flows within an organisation."
All three children had their eyes lit up. Elfie watched them with envy. He didn't know what an internship was but it sounded fun. "Mrs Wilde, can I join them for the internship too if I'm going to be in the care of the Wilde Family for a while. I think my programming skills might come in handy. I'd also love to have a chance to study a network and create a network system set up on a large scale."
Orita looked at Jenna who bowed at the hacker. "We will do our best to make arrangements. I'm sure many of our software developers and engineers would be thrilled to meet the mastermind behind the most recent underground raids in person. We will inform Wilmer about your wishes."
Elfie was flattered. Not many people knew about his official job or talked about it apart from Danny. He knew that Danny and Wilmer were close friends but Wilmer had never once spoken about Elfie's accomplishments before.
"Underground raid?" Alex asked and Orita smiled.
"That's a secret between your daddy, mommy and Danny. Elfie is a very talented programmer and he sometimes helps adults who need his skills which is why he is often not in school. Elfie travels a lot to help others so he hardly has any time to make friends."
Alex put a finger to her lip to indicate that she understood this should not be so easily revealed to others outside of the family. Orita smiled at her daughter's simple-mindedness and gave the other two children a sideways glance. Jasper nodded slightly to indicate that he understood because his eyes were unreadable behind his hair. Scarlet met the heiress' look with her own full of acceptance but also curiosity.
Claire knew that look. There was no mistaking it. Her young mistress would definitely find a chance to catch Elfie and interrogate him for information. Who knows, this might be the content Scarlet needed for her new book.

Chapter one
 "YAWN' I wake up in my bed feeling tired and stressed out. I look around for some reason in my head. I'm like " I don't want to start my day. I want to be in bed" but I guess this is the last thing I want to do is WORK but I have to or else I'm going to get bad grades. I try my best to get good grades but the only thing is that even though no matter how much I study i don't get anything.
Hi there my name is I'm JuGyung  and I'm a high schooler. People say i'm ugly and bully me until i saw a post in social media of makeup i tried it and i looked completely different i couldn't believe myself i thought this was a dream. When I went to school with makeup everyone stared at me like for one in my life. I didn't feel invisible when I arrived at my class. All the girls were looking at me and all the boys. I heard whispers that Jugyung they were all surprised i feel uncomfortable and weird for some reason a girl named sua came up to me and said " wow are you really Jugyung the one we know " as time passed time i got used to people asking me for my phone number but i didn't want to be rude and i just said " no " in a nice way and for sure they said it's " okay".

        My mom works and comes late and does dinner. Sometimes I feel lonely and when I try talking to my mom she gets mad or says no to everything I say or doesn't agree with me. Sometimes I burst into tears and rush to my room and jump in bed and start crying feeling that pain in my heart. At night i go to the comic shop when i'm done with dinner it's down the street but at that time i don't wear makeup as i walked in i search for the other series of my book until i found it as i was going to reach out i felt a hand also reaching out i jumped into scared and there was a angry boy with a angry face he took the book that i've been waiting for days well, it always been there but i needed to finish the other book.

       I wake up and the first thing is do my makeup since I started using it it bringed life to my life. It never has been like this. I feel for once I got the opportunity to feel welcome in this world. In the time that i did not know about makeup i saw happy and beautiful women and i will always wonder how it would be i bring up those memories the ones who always make me sad but, i made a decision from now on i'm going to be brave no matter what. I had to get ready for school. I did my makeup fast and put on my uniform " were ready" I said in my head. I saw sua i hugged her when i got to class omg i saw the kid i saw in the comic shop. I was scared in my head there were a lot of questions " What if he recognizes me?" or " if he does then is he going to tell people my real identity?" But, my real question out of all of them is what is he doing with here?. 
      I acted normal. My heart was beating so fast that I couldn't stop. It felt like an alarm that couldn't control itself and ringing all the places it could. I took a deep breath and said " control yourself get it together" I said it in my head so no one can hear me. I was in shock. I thought I was dreaming. Is this a joke? I thought to myself I HAD TO DO A WORK WITH HIM well, thank goodness i had sua and a classmate i acted normal and tried being nice but, he just stared at me with her serious face and i just kept smiling. I knew and I felt something wasn't right.

                I went down the street to the comic shop and then i saw the dude again my heart was beating so fast i ignore him then he picked a book that i didn't liked so i opened my mouth and told him that the book he picked was boring and he just stared at me with his weird and angry face. In my head i was worried and my thoughts were going like crazy but i was like why did i open my big mouth. Then I explained how at first it started good but then it got boring. Then he looked at me with an attitude like I was just saying how it was then he asked me for a suggestion which book he should read. Then i suggest him a book and i hopped he liked it i arrived home and took a shower. I wake up and hear the birds sing with its melody i saw the sunny bright sun shine in my face and seeing trees it feels like nature. I stand up get dressed and do my make up i wish i always had days like this.
     I arrived to school i saw sua i hugged her so tight then i saw suho ( the boy with the angry face that was in the comic shop). My day was normal but just seeing his angry face just looking at me makes it weird and awkward. I went to the comic shop and i saw him like usually and unexpectedly he comes up to me and thanks me for the book and he said it was good i was so shock. But i just said " i knew you will like it" i recommend him another book and he left off. But, then i wonder at school he is just a angry boy with and angry face and in the comic shop he is just nice and kind?? whats going on.

The love comes from the heart not because of someones appearance out side true love comes from who you really are who u really are inside and because of your love everything is possible.
