She was laying down there and looked up at the couple who had also been staring at her. The man was smiling at the woman and the woman also giggled while looking at her. Her thoughts were in a messy state. She really didn't know why she had ended up in this state.

"I really pity you, you know. You really don't realize what has happened to you, don't you?" The woman began to speak. "Really pity." She added.

Yu Qi really did not know what had happened to her. She remembered eating with them but after that the blank memories. The man whose fiance wanted to have dinner with her and the woman beside him. The woman nodded to the man. '' Yu Qi dear, we are getting married."

The sentence from the woman made Yu Qi's eyes bigger. ' What does she mean by that? Is she getting married? With whom?' The man hugged the woman's shoulder and smiled. Now she knew. 

'But why? He is her fiance.' She stared at the couple.

"What? Why? You..." She could not finish the sentence because the woman suddenly grabbed her hair. She yelled in pain.

"Because he loves me, not you. You just, what people call, yeah, a stepping stone to us. You are the heiress of that company. Has a lot of money, so we can just use your money to help my man. Be happy, you are useful to us." The woman released Yu Qi's hair. 

The man pulled out the handkerchief and wiped the woman's hand that had grabbed Yu Qi's hair. He was very delicate when he did that. Yu Qi never saw he could show this side of him. 'Why? He probably doesn't love me.' She answered that question herself.

"Don't think much because you will never survive after this." The woman was giggling.

"What?" Do they want to kill her? If he doesn't love her, it's okay. She can let go of him and let him marry his beloved. But why do they want to kill her?'

"Many people are happy if you die. Your uncle, your aunt, your cousin, all of them want you dead. We also want you dead. You are an obstacle for us to get what we want. Ah, I forgot to tell you that your grandpa has already been taken care of. Sooner or later, he will be joining you." The woman kept this arrogant look on her face.

"What are you going to do to my grandpa?" She asked. 

"Since you will die tonight, I will tell you the truth. Your uncle's family kept feeding your grandpa a slow-acting poison about 2 years ago. Your uncle has told me that the poison has already destroyed his organs. That's why he has been sick all the time." Yu Qi felt shocked when she heard this news...
