The shop assistants were doing their work when out of a sudden, an angry customer entered the shop with a middle-aged man.
"I want a refund!" The woman shouted to one of the shop assistants there.
The shop assistant smiled and greeted the woman.
"Yes, Madam. May I help you?" The shop assistant asked.
"Don't you hear me just now? I want a refund. Return my money." The woman shouted.
"We can settle this problem. Please calm down, Madam." The shop assistant tried to calm down the woman.
"Calm down you say... After scamming my money, you think I can calm down!" The woman shouted loudly.
Everyone took a look at the woman. They were interested to know more about what happened.
"Madam, can we talk in the room?" The shop assistant did not want the woman to make a scene here, so, she invited the woman to the room.
However, the woman rejected it. "So, you are embarrassed, right?"
