"Naruto, we will try to control the chakra of the Nine-Tails. Are you ready?" Jiraiya said to Naruto.

"Huh…" Naruto looked ahead, his gaze distant.

Before him stood a familiar face. He had seen this face countless times, not in person, but on TV. Naruto found himself facing the legendary Sannin, and his expression shifted through a range of emotions: from dazed to curious to understanding.

Jiraiya noticed the change in Naruto's demeanor. He couldn't quite pinpoint it, perhaps chalking it up to fatigue from their training, which had begun in the morning and stretched into the noon.

"Huh… Pervy-sage, I'm feeling tired. Can we postpone this training to tomorrow?" Naruto asked, his eyes meeting Jiraiya's.

"Sure, you can rest. We'll start training with the Nine-Tails' chakra tomorrow," Jiraiya replied, his gaze fixed on Naruto.

"You head back to the inn. I'm off to town for some research," Jiraiya added with a mischievous grin. A small drop of blood appeared on his nose, lost in thoughts that remained a mystery to others—though perhaps everyone could guess.

"I know what you get up to in the name of research. Do whatever you want. I'll be at the inn," Naruto said, his steps leading him toward the inn.

Jiraiya's gaze followed Naruto for a moment before he turned toward the town, a big, unsettling grin on his face. "The women in this town are just average, but they'll serve their purpose. Hehe… Now, let's go for a, ahem, research."

Naruto entered the inn and found his room. Sliding the door open, he stepped inside. The room was simple, featuring a table at waist height for sitting, a bed, and gray flooring. It was a traditional Japanese-style room meant for accommodations.

He took a deep breath and let out a sigh.

"So, I really am in Naruto's body. God truly transmigrated me into Naruto," Naruto exclaimed with a wide grin.

"This is exactly what I wanted. Thank you, Truck-Kun, for giving me this chance. And thank you, God, for sending me into the Narutoverse." Naruto clapped his hands together in gratitude, thanking Truck-Kun and the deity.

"Now that this is settled, I'm training with Jiraiya. This is the time when Jiraiya trained Naruto for three years, preparing him to face the Akatsuki and find Sasuke… Ugh, forget about Sasuke. Let's focus on the challenges ahead of me," Naruto mused to himself.

"How long will it take, and what happens to the original soul of Naruto?" Naruto inquired about the system.

Naruto stood up and left the inn, embarking on a stroll toward the town.

He took a deep breath, relishing the refreshing and pure air. "No wonder people here live longer. This air is invigorating."

Navigating through the town, he encountered various stalls—some large, some small—offering a diverse array of goods.

As he glanced at the stalls, Naruto noted how no one treated him with hostility, a stark contrast to the treatment he often received in the anime. "Perhaps I'm not in Konoha anymore," he contemplated as he continued to explore the town.

An hour passed, and a message echoed in his mind.

Naruto felt a growing sense of control over his body, along with the gradual resurfacing of memories from Naruto's childhood.

"This is quite different from what I read in fanfiction. Memories don't flood back all at once, causing unbearable headaches," Naruto reflected.

"Well, that's a relief."
