Ten Years

In the months after choosing to go to the world of dragon ball next michael began thinking about the timeline of when and where he wanted to enter. The decision that he ended up making was to enter the world after goku had just crash landed and Gohan had taken the baby with him, choosing to appear in west city near capsule corps headquarters.

As soon as he appeared in this new world information did appear in michaels mind that he cannot use any local magical artifacts which included the dragon balls and the miraculous healing plants so over his first week in the world of Dragon ball Michael began by learning the language and enough knowledge about this world to create a identity, using that identity michael set up a interview with capsule corp to demonstrate his capabilities as a scientist and get hired in the field of medical science focusing on improving the world's current medicine, as a side objective michael learnt everything about the company's technology he could while using what he learnt in other worlds to provide advice with the aim of helping the organisation grow and expand towards a modern future.

Michael had been working at the company for a year before his intelligence and growing position allowed him access to deeper company secrets as well as the ability to collaborate with other scientists including Dr Brief learning everything he can. In two years michael working with the company proposed and supervised the the extraction of goku's ship which he began studying along with other Capsule corp scientists focusing on understanding the scouter that was found in the ship, learning what is KI, how it can be measured with these scouters and how to improve them so that they can detect any energy signature and not just KI.

It was over the next 3 years that michael had been able to achieve several of his goals, first replicating the scouter with his current technological understanding, second expanding its sensor capabilities into picking up other energy signatures, whether that was electricity or any of the other energy source used in this world he could find and lastly michael using the KI sensor as well as his biological and pharmaceutical knowledge to create drugs that interacted with a person's KI to help their energy grow or using said power to greatly enhance the effect of other medicines that when sold to the world the average health and strength of the people of earth did end up rising higher everyday with the expansion of the company and the increased sale of the organisations drugs.
