Gundam System in Multiverse

POV MIKE

Mike opened his eyes, squinting against the bright light.(What happened last night? I remember falling asleep watching Gundam seed.) Mike looked around in confusion and then panicked as he heard what sounded like an explosion.

Mike looked around the building where he had woken up and saw he was in an familiar looking town.(Are they fiming a movie, this looks just like the final battle in Thor.) Mike then saw a Man in armor weilding a hammer crashing against a giant robot as the robot shot beams of heat out across the town destroying buildings.

As Mike watched, he saw the fight play out in the same way as the movie he had watched so long ago. Or almost the same, at least. Midway through the fight, a red and blue blur slammed into the Annialator, breaking it into little pieces. "Superman?" Mike said in confusion. "Is everyone alright? Superman asked. Phil Coulson looks just like in the movies approached. "Yes, Superman, we are ok. If you don't mind, SHIELD will take care of the cleanup." While he phrased it as a question, it was clear that he was stating that this was his jurisdiction and warning the boy in blue to stay away. Superman nodded," I was just passing by and wanted to help."

Mike watched this interaction with fascination before it dawned on him. (This real, I've somehow been brought to a different world.) What confused him was is it Marvel or DC? checking his pants, he found his wallet, in it was $500 that he had withdrawn to buy a PS5 now that they were showing up in stores.

Having read his fair share of novels, he thought, "Don't people who go to different worlds receive some kind of system?" As if responding to his thought, he heard a sound.

Your Gundam System has several functions.

1. Missions will be issued. These missions will Reward Mission Points (MP) as well as Technology, knowledge, Mobile suits and various items.

2. The System store will allow you to purchase tech, knowledge, bases, Mobile Suits, Mobile Armors and Summons using MP.

'Simple system,' Mike thought before hearing his stomach growl. Seeing a diner open he said outloud to himself "I sure could use some breakfast."

"I agree after all that some food would be nice." A voice said from behind him. Turning Mike came face to face with Phil Coulson. "Mind if I join you?" Phil asked looking at Mike.

POV Phil Coulson

Before this whole fiasco with Thor and the Annialator began SHIELD had canvased the locals getting files on them to make the cover up easier. This kid was not on the report and that raised some flags with Coulson.

While waiting on their food Phil decided to gather what information he could. "HI I'm Agent Coulson with SHIELD, who are you?"

"My name is Mike, I was just passing through when I saw the smoke and wanted to see if anyone needed any help." Mike answered trying to not give too much info away. No telling what SHIELD might do to him, especially if HYDRA still infiltrating them.

"Any family or friends around here Mike." Coulson asked fishing for anything he could on the youth in front of him.

"None Sir, I have no family and as for friends I'm rarely in one place long enough to make them." Mike stated simply.

As their food arrived the conversation died off both of them focused on the food in front of them. Eating in silence they finished breakfast.

Standing up Coulson stated "you know you can't talk about this to anyone right?" The coverup was well underway with civilians being paid off and footage deleted.

"Who would I tell?" Mike said shrugging. "I'm a drifter no real home no family or friends to speak of. If I told people a giant robot attacked a town they would probably lock me up in the looney bin."

Coulson nodded vowing to look into the young man more later. Something about him seemed off. 'Well it's not like he can go too far the gas station got blown up in that fight.' He thought before leaving to finish cleanup.

POV Mike

Mike watched him leave while getting a plan in his mind. 'I have limited money. No way to make more, and I have no Drivers license or any other forms of ID." He made his way slowly to the edge of town.

'Open Newcomer gift.' Mike thought to himself.

When it stopped spinning the first time, he heard TAXI BIKE awarded. Mike was stunned Taxi bike, the motorcycle that was stored in the Gundam Exias foot and used by Setsuna F Seiei. Not much was known due to it having only been seen once in the anime. He looked forward to checking it out.

Before he could look at it he heard a second DING rewarding knowledge of Dr J.. Again he was stunned one of the 5 scientists from Gundam Wing who built and designed all of the gundams including the Wing Zero. wasn't the system being too generous? But then again he would need the knowledge sooner rather than later

DING Haro awarded. This Mike was not that excited about, depending on which Haro it was it could be extremely useful or little more than a mascot. Looking at it he seemed to have gotten a celestial being variant. It was hunter green and could open up to be used as a laptop.

Looking at the Taxi bike he found that it was powered by a miniature GN reactor and had a spot behind the seat for Haro to dock. When Haro docked he acted as a GPS system.

"Well then Mr Haro where do you think we should go?" Mike asked not really expecting an answer.

"NEED SHELTER, NEED SHELTER. RECOMMEND WE FIND SHELTER FOR TONIGHT WHILE UPDATING MEMORY ARCHIVED FROM THIS WORLDS INTERNET!" Haro responded.

"We will look for a place to stay in a few hours. I think we should put some miles between us and this town." Mike said back before getting on the bike and putting on the included helmet. "Which way is east?" He asked Haro

"LEFT LEFT GO LEFT." Haro answered.

That answered that. Mike thought before getting on the road out of town and driving away quickly.

POV Coulson.

A Few hours later...

Coulson was looking all over the small town for Mike. Something was off about him and he was determined to find out what.

"Where could he have gone?" Coulson thought to himself looking around the small town without any success. He had searched high and low and even checked CCTV footage unknown to both him and Mike, Haro had deleted all footage before they left.

'Something is not right about that kid and I'll figure out what it is.' He thought to himself.

'Something wrong Phil?" A bandleader agent asked approaching Coulson in a familiar manner.

"Maybe Jasper, found an odd kid earlier but when I went back to talk to him some more he is gone and all CCTV footage that captured him has been deleted." Coulson responded.

'Shit was one of our operatives in the area?' Jasper thought 'If some rookie causes SHIELD to get suspicious of us I'll have to make that fool disappear.'

"It's probably nothing Phil, the cameras were probably damaged in the attack and the kid will probably show up soon you know how kids are." He responded.

"Your right, it's just something was off about him." Phil said still bothered like an itch that couldn't be scratched he vowed to find out more about this kid.

"We better hurry the director will want our report, and he wants you to get back to stark about the avengers initiative.' Jasper stated Turning around he had his own bosses to report to.

"Doesn't help that Waller has been lobbying to gain control of the avengers. Like we need another team of lunatics running around." Phil said heavily. This was something they both agreed on though for different reasons.
