I didn't even think of the cloning tech, I was going to have shield dissolved and integrated into a new organization led by MC and his people but that might be a better option.

And the sad thing is, the goverment agencies would be this stupid in comics. Waller has potential. at least the Waller from DCAU after she stopped trying to destroy the league she became one of their biggest supporters. at least that is what it looked like from the last episode of Batman beyond/justice league. Trask, well someone has to show people what happens when you push the MC too far. Fury is alright but SHIELD as a whole is a corrupt mess, I perfer the ultimate Spiderman Fury bu5bwe will see.
