Chapter 1White Tiger Lackey

In the bustling streets of Shanghai, a notorious thug named Chen Jun Hao ruled with an iron fist. Known for his strength and ruthlessness, Jun Hao was feared by many. The year was 2022, and he had gone up from being a lackey to the right-hand man of the boss of the White Tiger gang.

"Jun Hao! Boss wants to see you," Bo Wen, a bald-headed friend, said.

"Where is he?" Jun Hao asked.

"In the warehouse. He wants you there now."

"I'm going," he responded.

Jun Hao let go of his cigarette and went to the warehouse. He passed by his underlings as he walked. They were bowing their heads in respect. Jun Hao was pleased. After serving as the lackey—running errands, cleaning toilets, and doing dirty work for the past eight years, he was finally promoted to become the boss' right-hand man.

It was well-deserved. Jun Hao helped the boss obtain the land he had always wanted.

He arrived at the warehouse. The stench of gasoline and blood mixed in the air, making his nostrils burn. It was dark—like it always was when he met the boss. Jun Hao still didn't know the face and identity of their boss, but he knew he had a distinct white tiger tattoo on his left arm.

"You called for me?"

"Ah, Jun Hao. It's nice seeing you after a while. I heard you're doing well these days."

"Yes," he smiled. "The territories are under control."

"That's good. How's your sister?"

"She's still crazy for those Korean idols. She begs me every night to fly her to South Korea, but ya know, I don't have enough money for that," Jun Hao chuckled.

Jun Hao's sister, Mei Ling, was the only family member he had left. Their father was Chinese, while their mother was Korean. As a result, Jun Hao knew how to speak both languages since their mother used to talk to him in her native language when she was still alive. However, his mom died after giving birth to Mei Ling, and his father overdosed on drugs not long after.

At the young age of 8, he had to take care of his sister and live in an orphanage. When he turned 18, he started looking for jobs but couldn't find decent-paying ones since he couldn't finish high school.

When he was fighting off bullies one day, the boss took him in and made him a lackey. He was taught how to fight, negotiate, and manipulate other people. He knew the boss was a bad person, but he rewarded Jun Hao with decent pay.

The boss chuckled. "That's good. At least she's of legal age now, right?"

Jun Hao frowned. "Yes," he answered slowly. "Why did you ask that?"

"No reason," the boss brushed it off. "Did you close the deal with the Thunder Dragons?"

"Yes," Jun Hao boasted. "I got the briefcase you wanted."

"Give it to me."

Jun Hao shook his head. "My pay hasn't been given this month, boss. I need it so I can finally pay for my sister's tuition. I'm sorry to withhold the information from you, but I'll give it as soon as I get my pay."

The boss was not pleased by Jun Hao's answer. He had been wary of Jun Hao since becoming his right-hand man.

"Give me the briefcase," the boss insisted.

"Give me my pay."

The boss had enough of Jun Hao. He heard rumors from other members that Jun Hao was becoming stronger, and he was threatened by that fact. The boss had to take the briefcase by force if Jun Hao didn't want to give it to him willingly.

Just then, Jun Hao felt a chill run down his spine, followed by footsteps entering the warehouse.

"Bo Wen? What are you doing here?" Jun Hao asked.

Bo Wen remained silent as he pointed a gun at his head. Jun Hao tried to get away, but another member held onto his arms, making him unable to move.

His jaw clenched as he looked at the gang members he once trusted.

"What are you all doing?" Jun Hao shouted.

"Such a shame, Jun Hao," the boss coldly said. "You're a good man—a very good man, indeed. But I can't have my right-hand man disrespecting me, do we?"

Jun Hao struggled to escape their hold, but he had no fight against five people. He was merely one, and the boss was right before him. The boss pulled out a gun and placed it on his temple.

"Don't do this, boss. I did everything I could for the gang."

"You did," the boss said. "And I'm afraid you'll only get stronger. So, it's better to eliminate you now before you become my enemy."

Bang.

Jun Hao's vision turned black.

[System integrating.]

Jun Hao gasped for air as he woke up. He looked around and saw himself in an unfamiliar room. It was small—even smaller than the beat-up apartment he used to live in with his sister.

How did he get here?

Did somebody save his life?

Jun Hao's fists clenched when he remembered what happened. After slaving his life away to the gang for eight years, this was how his boss repaid him?

At least he was still alive. He didn't know what would happen if he died and didn't get to look after his sister.

Jun Hao stood up from the bed and felt lighter than usual. His stiff muscles felt more nimble. It was as if he had aged backward. His skin was fairer, too.

"Mei Ling?" he called for his sister but stopped when his voice sounded different. It was more delicate, very different from the husky and gruff smoker voice he had.

Everything felt foreign and weird, so he washed his face in the bathroom. He washed it thoroughly, his collar and sleeves getting wet.

After washing his face, he looked up and stared at his reflection in the mirror.

"Ahh! Who is that?" he took a step back and held onto his face, feeling the soft skin of the young lad.

[System has been integrated.]

Suddenly, a vibrant holographic display appeared in the center of the room, projecting the image of a sleek, futuristic AI system.

[Congratulations, Chen Jun Hao! You have been chosen.]

Jun Hao's eyes widened in surprise, his curiosity piqued. "Chosen? Chosen for what?"

[You have been selected as the host to embark on a transformative journey to become a top idol.]

Jun Hao's jaw dropped, a mix of fear and disbelief washing over his face. And just like that, everything turned black once again.

Strongest Mage with the Lust system

[ Warning: Mature content R-18 ] Is death a new begining? For Max, it was. Max, a twenty-year-old virgin, got attacked by a bear in forest and died an untimely death. Fortunately for him... that wasn't the end to his story. In the next instant, he found himself transmigrated into the body of a noble's youngest son in a world full of Magic, wonders and... beautiful women. As if God was making up for his untimely death, he also got a system -The Lust System. "I can become stronger just by having sex?" Join the journey of Max and watch he have the time of his life and become the strongest mage the world had ever seen before. ______________________________ [Things to be noted] 1. From the title, you should've guessed it already but let me tell you the story will be filled with many sexual adventures. So... you are welcome to enjoy them..... 2. However... don't expect MC to have sexual relations with every woman he meets. I'll be focusing on the story, and would 'Try' not to blindly throw sex scenes left and right. 3. Most importantly, this is my first time writing so the the quality of first 50 or so may be a bit lacking (But it would cause you no problem if a few minor errors don't bother you). 4. It is a slow paced story. If you want everything to be explosive and fast, maybe this isn't for you. Important Note: If you enjoy the story then don't forget to vote your GTs, Power stones and also if you can, send some GIFTS too. This poor soul would appreciate it. Also check out My other work: [ Rise of the Strongest War God ] & [ My perverted devil system ] Happy reading~ ________________

For Author’s view only. Rating 3/5: This book is in my library for 2+ months. I started reading but stopped after reading 8 or 9 chapters. I don’t have anything to read now So I gave it a push. I’m the type of reader who says for what it is. I READ A LOT(WN, Kindle, P*treon, Ibook platforms etc). So I believe I have expertise to provide technical comments on books. The book is good(kinda). Well the review is divided into pre 150 and post 150 chapters. The first half is good. The second half started good but it is going downhill real quick. Lots of folks might have mentioned positives but I’m concentrating more on cons of this book. These are my issues with the book. 1.) There is actually no growth in MC skill wise (singing, production etc) meaning he is heavily system reliant. The Author failed to show how the MC is improving by relying on system PLOT ARMOR. 2.) For an ex mafia member MC is WAY TOO PASSIVE. I mean at certain point you feel like he is a PUSHOVER. He also acts STUPID. I mean who tells the villain about his impending doom only for villain to rectify it? He might have a SAINT behavior in mafia gang but after spending so many years, he need to have that knack feeling similar to 6th sense. A different author who wrote similar genre book has implemented that 6th sense to the MC really well. If you want I can elaborate on that. We do not want a COLD BLOODED MC but MC who has a genuine head on his shoulder. 3.) Author likes to create too much UNNECESSARY AMATEUR drama. There is no point in creating that UNNECESSARY AMATEUR drama only for MC to come out unscathed. As a reader we like plot progression with main characters personal growth. Not this type of plot progression by creating unnecessary amateur drama only to get resolved few chapters later. Some drama is necessary like the 2 characters from original Joon’s past as it is presented as a necessary thread but the other stuff like the Moon/Xin is UNNECESSARY. This line of writing is predominantly written by asian authors as it gets traction from local populace but from a global WN perspective only certain section of readers stick with book and the other drop the book VERY quickly(I’m also asian BTW). Global audience LOVES DRAMA but the drama should be CREATIVE, TENSE, NAIL BITING. This style of drama is implemented by hundreds of other authors previously and most of those books failed. They wrote 1000+ chapters but all of them are a pile of junk books that folks don’t read. There are ways to rectify the point1 and 3. For point2 I already provided how. If you want to use that 6th sense thing do it subtilely and don’t force implement in a single chapter. Point 1.) In order to make MC less reliant on system, you need to portray MC in a way that he is actually putting some effort like listening to multiple genre music, going through production scores, dabbling with instruments etc. All these things at least on a macro level should be shown to readers. Your goal is for MC to become a top idol. No one becomes top idol if they are messing around and you need to show it. Point 3.) This is kinda difficult to put into words but I will try. June is the face of the book. Not Lin Zhi. Not loufa(White Tiger leader) but June. These Lin Zhi, Loufa, White Tiger gang are categorized as sub drama threads meaning they are just canon fodder drama aspects. The real drama should be how MC struggles to become an Idol like his learning process, how he gets his creative concepts, how he gets new opportunities etc. Audience aspective should be secondary. The primary concern is how he fights to get the limited opportunities as an independent artist. Currently he is in a label but his end goal should be owning his own record label and producing his own songs. I don’t know your thought process but if you want him to become a top idol, at certain point he needs to step out of Korea meaning he needs to become a global star. Honestly speaking, If comparing same genre music there are 100’s of western artists who could wipe the floor skill wise compared to asian artists because hip hop/ pop/ r&b etc are predominantly used in west similar to Basket Ball and Soccer. You can show more drama here by how MC is struggling to break into a global artist. I’ll also join discord(If available). You can ping me over there and you can also reply me here if you read the review.

The first few are good, but around the 100s, it started to go downhill, which I don't think I'm the only one noticed. I'm even questioning if this is an IDOL show or a life and death game? Because it wasn't giving an idol show, it's giving death and schemes. I did expect there's gonna be some action scenes because he's apparently a "gangster," but wth is this. You should have upgraded him into an assassin for the scenario to fit better. And wth is with the villains? Can't there be one villain at a time? Because they're too many, like a cockroach. All of their character design is also shallow and ridiculous. For the main character, I think he hit his head and thinks he's a gangster in his past life. Because he doesn't act, look like, and think like a right-hand man of a gang leader. He's acting innocent, naive, and a saint. He's probably lucky he survived that long if he is not delusional that he's an ex gangster. For his so-called "friends" in show? They're bs. Their actions is really a red flag, especially when only one of them stood for the MC (during the Choi incident) after what they all went through. I would immediately drop friends like that. Those kind of people are not worth your time, efforts and feelings. I'm not only talking about fictional but real life, baby. This is an advice. And, this novel probably contained more drama than the televisions my mom watched. Like, wth. This is a SURVIVAL show. What are we doing with this drama? It just doesn't match up. I'm already exhausted with all the drama happening. Overall, this is not a good read for me. For a more detailed review, I suggest reading RealBanana19's review. It's comprehensive and detailed, and I quite agree with her/his views. I also suggest the author read that review as it can make the novel better.
