Fairy tail: Magic General

*Earth Land, Ishgar, Magnolia* *Year 771*

In one of the orphanages of Magnolia, in the backyard of the orphanage there are 20 children playing. However there is one strange child that is about four to five years old that is separated from his peers.

If you get close enough to him, you can hear him muttering something.

"Sigh, It's been five years since I reincarnated in fairy tail yet there's still no sign of my golden finger." You can get from his muttering that this child is not from Earth Land.

If you're wondering why I'm here, well for starters my name is John Osborne. I was just an average teenager that likes anime and novel, that you get to see in your life. Unfortunately or fortunately? I got the luck to be ran over by truck-kun.

Then I got reincarnated to Earth Land or the world of fairy tail at first I was excited, because with my cheats I will finally rise to the top. That's until five years later and there's still no sign of my cheat.

In the days where I'm still waiting for my cheat to come I meditated and trained my body to the best that I can without leaving any hidden injuries that can resurface later on.

" Hey John! Come here let's play tag with the others." Said a boy about the same age as me.

" Can't you guys play without me?" I asked Frank, Btw Frank is a kid in the orphanage that did not appear in the cannon.

"C'mon let's play, I feel bad seeing your all alone here" Frank said with a toothy grin.

" Sure, why not" I said to him.

While we are playing, I suddenly feel a great pain in my head and then I fainted.

When I wake up I feel that I'm lying down on soft grass, wait grass?

I stand up and look around I saw myself in a space around 1,500 sq. Ft. with a 300 ft in diameter pond in the middle. I feel that the ethernano (mana in fairy tail) in this space is 3 times as thick than the outside.

I look inside the pond and estimated it's depth to be around 8ft. I saw my reflection in the pond, and no matter how many times I saw it I must say I am so damn handsome.

In the reflection there's a boy that has black hair, sharp eyes and sword like eyebrows. The color of the boy's eye is a black sky. It's for sure that he will be a lady killer when he grows up.

" I see, so this is my cheat" I murmur to myself.

" So my cheat is like the realm of the violet jade immortal. Later when I go out of this space let's test it's time dilation. And let's also see if my body goes into this space or only my consciousness is going in." I murmur.

I look around again and I saw a big gray tree that require 3 grown men to hug around it's trunk, and it's height it's about 13 meters tall. I guess it grew to that big because the environment in this space has 3 times the ethernano than the outside.

Suddenly I receive memories from my mind. When I took a look at it, I saw words that explain a type of magic to me.

From what I see in the memories, the magic that I receive in is called [Human Possession] it's a type of Seith magic. From my memories in fairy tail, this [Human Possession] is the magic of Bickslow from the thunder god tribe.

From the anime it is said that [Human Possession] Is a magic that allows the user to seal souls inside objects and manipulate them as he wish. In the anime Bickslow uses this magic to seal souls inside of totem like things made of wood.

It can attack physically by charging with the momentum from flying through the air and firing beams at the enemy. It can also be used in different formations resulting in different effects.

From the memory that appeared in my head this gray tree is called an Iron tree. I know right sound like a tree in a cultivation novel. Funny jokes aside this Iron tree is a great material for my dolls or soldiers yep soldiers dolls sound girly.

"Anyway let's get out of this space and see what's happening outside"

I wake up outside and then see that I'm in my room in the orphanage. The room has two bunkbeds and four drawers, two on the side of a bunkbed each. I lie down on the bottom bunkbed while looking around.

'Looks like I was carried here' I thought.

I get up from the bed and go outside the room. Outside is well a hallway, anyway I go down to the first floor of the orphanage since my room is on the second floor.

In the first floor I see Frank, other kids from the orphanage and a middle age woman chatting at the table.

As I go down the stairs Frank is the first to notice me among the crowd. He looked at me and said "John you finally woke up!". The rest of the crowd started to notice me as he yelled.

I go down and sat by his side on the table and asked. "How long was I out?"

He look at me and said " You're out for about two hours."

Then the matron barged in our conversation by asking. " Are you Ok? You suddenly fainted at of nowhere."

"I was fine I just found some new knowledge about magic inside my brain." I said to her.

"So you awakened your magic huh. What type of magic is it?" She asked me.

" It's [Totem magic]. I will be able to seal souls into totems and used it to fight" I just said. And you might ask why I didn't tell her that my magic is [Human Possession]. Well the name of [Human Possession] magic is kinda misleading.

It felt like I'm gonna possess someone so I change it's name to totem magic where it's more easier to understand.

"[Totem magic] huh? So are you gonna need wood to carve totems?" She asked me.

"Yes, That's why I was hoping to borrow an axe and a chisel to get the materials and to carve totems" I said to her. If I remember correctly there's a forest east of magnolia. That's where I'm gonna get my materials for my first totem and probably some plants for my space.

"Sure, it's in the utility room, be careful when going outside and return before dark ok?" She returned.

"Anyway set out tomorrow, let's eat dinner first." She said as she brought out food from the kitchen.

After a satisfying dinner that composed of pork soup. I went to bed early to prepare for the adventure tomorrow.
