ch.21: first show

So it was almost time for us to play and I am fucking nervous. But I was ready and I was just finishing my makeup and I did a kind of different but I did it so my eyeliner made it look like my scar went over my eye. But I was nervous as hell. I felt like I was going to puke my lungs out.to be honest. And violet came over to me and asked, " Haley are you okay? You are more pale than usual." I looked over to her and said, " no I feel like I am about to puke my lungs out." She widened her eyes and said, " do you feel okay other than wanting to puke your lungs out?"

I nodded yes. " yeah I am just nervous as hell." She smiled and said, " Haley look at me. You will be okay. And you are going to rock the house tonight, so let's think of the good things, you are on tour with black veil brides, Juliet sims, and asking Alexandria. So you do not have to panic, we will try to support you. Besides I will be there by you. And by the way you are on in ten."

I felt dizzy but tried to listen to what she said. I knew violet was right, but I felt slightly okay but not the greatest. I will just try to imagine me at home practicing, and ghost is cuddled up to my pillow. I will imagine that. That might help but violet started to set up and I went to help and it didn't take long. So she then got behind the set and gave me a thumbs up. I just took a deep breath and went to a world of my own. But I think this was going to be good. But hey this is my home town now, and I was happy about that.

So we got through three songs and it I felt like I was on top of the world. But I said, " thank you guys, so m Haley and the coolest girl who plays drums is my best friend and manager. But we met at the roller coaster capital of the world. So this next song is lost. And well I don't know if this is a true meaning but I still have a dark cloud in my head. Here we go." I started to play and this went very well.

But we had a good set and I was slightly dancing around but I felt good. But we got through this song and the next one was angel eyes, so I said, " okay so this next song is by New Year's Day. And it is called angel eyes." I smiled. And we started to play.

But I just had a big smile on my face. And I was out of breath, but asking was next and black veil after them. But me and vi finished and we were both happy yet vi was kind of sweaty. I laughed and she tried to give me a hug, I laughed and said, " no hug your sweaty," she laughed and I stepped away. But I saw the aa boys, and they were talking then saw me. I said, " hi guys. Good luck." They smiled and Ben said, " thanks. And nice set. You did great." I looked down and they went on and I wished them luck even though it would be amazing. I grabbed my case and I got my stuff off already and it was really easy to get.

But I grabbed my bottle of water, and I needed a monster, I have not had one since I was home so I am in slight need of one. But for now it can wait. But I put my guitar back in the case and I was tired, and I asked violet, " hey violet, can you drive tonight. Please?" I gave her puppy dog eyes and she said, " fine but I choose where we eat." I said. " fair enough. Now I have to get this back in the car."

So I grabbed most of it and violet grabbed the rest we got outside and went over to my car and I opened the truck and put the stuff and equipment in the back, and I was tired as hell. But we had to head over to the next venue since we are going to have a few breaks in the way. But I got in the passenger side and violet the drivers.So I had my pillow with me and once my head touched it I was out like a light.
