As days passed Edward's dreams were exacerbated and he started seeing her more often. The virgin maiden set his soul on fire for he truly believed that she was the one for him. Eric was much more athirst to meet the maiden for he grew edgy as days passed. One sidereal day in summer as he returned from patrolling, he dozed off and there she came like a dew drop on the grass. "Edward we are mates" she said and for the first time he heard himself say "Ella you are the treasure our moon goddess has given me", but soon he saw bloodshed and she was standing with an unknown man, as she told him with a determined face "Until the end my Alpha" he jolted back from his sleep like he was struck with lightening.

He started panting as if he was deprived from breathing for he could sense the pain in her voice though he could not see her face. Even after walking up, he started shivering as the memories of her which started as the first flower of spring were turning into a blizzard. He felt as though somebody stabbed a knife deep into him for the pain was past his bearing. As the summer breeze hit him, he felt something chill on his cheeks and so he touched his cheeks to feel it was wet with his tears. Be did not know the meaning of it as he felt her pain and misery. He wanted to go to her and hold her in his arms and wanted to fight alongside her. His heart ached and hands trembled as he said "Where are you Ella?"

Eric took control over Edward even though he was in his human form and said, "Why do you care so much for Ella, it is because of you my Eva is still locked up". This astonished Edward even more and their savvy battle started. Eric and Edward though they were each other's counterparts, behaved as rivals for a long time. "Why do you speak now for you have ignored me all these years? " questioned Edward to Eric, while he got an astonishing yet threatening reply "Just be happy, I did not tear you apart. You filthy humans follow your mind but I follow my heart " he raged. Though Edward was angry, he tried to reason with Eric as he wanted to know more about Eva , so he started an actual conversation which Eric neglected.

Dave and Jacob reached Edward and could see what was happening with their Alpha- to- be. Though both of them tried to help Edward, Diego and Jake hid themselves from Eric as they knew what was coming. Just as everything was about to go downhill, an omega came to them to give news of a rogue attack. Eric who wanted to unleash his anger rans towards the direction of the rogues. Dave and Jacob changed to their counterparts and rushed to accompany their leader-to-be and friend. Before they could reach the place an ear piercing howl was heard and all the two wolves could see were dead and destroyed bodies of the rogues and a calm Eric.

As Diego and Jake approached Eric he signalled them he was fine but his strength was very much drained out. His wolf was a pure white, big and majestic wolf with deep blue eyes and twice as huge compared to Diego and Jake . He had a golden chain around his neck, which would appear only in his wolf form and completely vanish in his human form. But this majestic wolf felt feeble at the present moment. Diego and Jacob took care of the remaining rogues who attacked later. They recovered after sometime and changed to their human counterparts. The news about the rogue attack spread among the pack and so Daisy and Jane came rushing to help them. Eric was very much triggered to see the ladies for he wanted to go somewhere other than being in their company.

They could not see the agony Eric and Edward were undergoing and determined to get some answers from either of them. Only if things were settled between Eric and Edward that could be possible and the riddles were piling up with unknown answers. "You have to open up to us Edward" said Dave and Jacob followed him by saying "If not us , then who will you tell". Daisy and Jane stood there not knowing how to control Eric as they have tried many times but in vain. Since they do not have a wolf counterpart, they may get hurt more if Eric's wolf was unleashed so they kept their distance.

The quinary did not know they were watched by a pair of eyes with trepidation as it was none other than Tauriel. More than her, Talia grew anxious as she could sense Eric's motives better than others. At the same time, she also knew that Eric was bound to a spell and as a result he cannot spill out anything. But what is next shocked her as Eric approached Daisy and Jane and asked an unexpected. Dave and Jacob were completely stunned when Edward suddenly shifted revealing an angry but majestic Eric and they too shifted back to protect their mates, but Eric slowly went near Daisy and Jane and said, "Don't you remember what happened to Darla and Julia".

Who are they? What is Daisy and Jane' s relationship with Darla and Julia? What does Eric know about them? How comes their own mates do not know this? Why was Talia more anxious than Tauriel? Why did Tauriel follow them? Why didn't Eric wanna be in Daisy and Jane's company? Why does Eric hate Edward? With whom was Ella standing? Who is Eva? Where is she locked up?
