Dragon warts

Short idea.

I love the fighting style of mages in dragon age 2, just the basic staff attacks are really cool, in close range or long range.

The mc is reincarnated as himself or as a character, I personally like them being properly reincarnated and not stealing a child's body.

Example when Harry was convinced instead of a new soul forming the mc's soul is slowly reincarnated but by bit until it is complete at his birth, boom no stealing a body from a baby.

Also I've always thought that it would be awkward when the character dies because the true body's soul would be there, everyone who knew them would find out they were lying.

They took baby Harry's body and lived their life, had kids and died of old age. They go to the after life really excited to see their mother lily and father James again, and boom there tge are with baby Harry in their arms and an unhappy look on their faces.

Very awkward.

Anyway back to the idea, the mc is born in the Harry Potter world with all the knowledge and talent of a mage Hawke from dragon age two, this includes all specialisations you can get as a mage and the spells from all three games.

The knowledge includes how to make staffs, including legendary staffs from the three games, how to blacksmith to the highest level so you can make any armour set or robe/clothing set from the three games.

If you feel it's needed knowledge of how to make artificial lyrim. And whatever else you think they will need. Maybe they can have a message for them from a 'ROB' that says

"when you turn 18(or whatever age you want) the veil of death will change into a portal just for you, if you choose to use it you will find yourself in thedas(dragon age)"

"there will be the character creator from dragon age origins, you won't be able to change your appearance but you can change your race, though if you choose a dwarf you will lose your magic"

"You can choose a new class, such as warrior or rouge, and you will keep your mage class as well or you can double down on magic which will double everything to do with being a mage; your talent, magic reserves, etc"

"You will gain the knowledge and skills that are expected of your chosen origin, you will also gain memories of your life so far, the time it takes for your soul to travel through time and space is the same as you have lived in Harry Potter"

"What I will do is reincarnate a small part of your soul into your chosen origin character and they will follow a script until the rest of your soul enters your body at whatever age you currently are, good luck"

That's the idea, if you choose a younger age you could influence a few things before the start of dragon age one. Good luck and have fun haha.
