The boy woke up as a giant turtle in the Pacific Rim. This is a story about a guy with a good moral compass. If you want to read how MC destroys cities and sinks ships, then this fanfic is not for you. There will be no magical transformation back into a human. This is my first fanfic. English is not my native language, so I used a translator. In the first chapters, I used GPT for some paragraphs of text, but the result is not satisfactory. Then everything is manual work. I do not own the rights to the universe and characters in this story.
BOOOM
My fiery breath created blasts of hot air. Every time I launched a new attack, the wave formed from the hot temperature and was devastating enough to knock those white creatures off their feet.
With my arms out to my sides, I flew at top speed and burned everything in sight. The entire territory that was captured by the White Thorns was exterminated. I tried not to miss any small Kaiju and turned around to attack again if I saw one that managed to escape.
They hid behind the trees and in the rivers, but from the sky I could see everything and vaporized the rivers and even the lakes were vaporized when I saw the White Thorns hiding in them. I hovered over the lake and rained fire on it until there was not a single White Thorn left in it. When the lake was too big, I brought it to a boil and after a while the monsters floated out cooked.
It was a terrible sight, but I had to burn everything. I wasn't sure if White Thorns could reproduce on their own or if they needed a queen to do so. To me, every Kaiju was a potential carrier of infection that needed to be burned.
Nature and even lakes can recover over time, so I burned everything without regret. Sometimes when I saw human settlements, I had to land and check to see if anyone was alive. But besides the White Thorns, who were hiding there, I found no one. This made me even more angry, and it only raised the temperature of my fire.
ROAAAAAHHH
I shouted as I released my fire. The White Spikes kept shooting at me, but I didn't pay attention. All I had to do was squint my eyes to keep their spikes out.
I flew from one end of the continent to the other. The device on my arm that people gave me showed me where to fly. There was always an arrow, like a compass needle, and I flew by it. People could see from satellites where the Kaiju were most abundant. They could not find individual individuals, but they saw when they gathered in a swarm. Where there was a swarm, I was.
Flying over the continent and burning it, I blew a lot of smoke into the air. Smoke and hot air rose to the sky, and thick clouds began to gather there. The satellites eventually became useless when a storm cloud gathered over southern Africa and rain began to drench Africa as it had never done before.
It was a hurricane similar to those that form over the ocean. Strong wind and rain prevented me from doing my work.
So I decided to go back to the island to refuel my jet pack. The kaiju ran away, not knowing where to hide, they would not attack humans just yet. But when I was already flying back, I noticed a clone on the ground.
He was standing in the middle of the crater from the nuclear explosion and was looking at me. I decided to land near him and see what would happen. I had mixed feelings about clones. They killed people, but they stopped the advance of the White Thorns.
BRBRBRBR
BOOM BOOM
I flew low near the ground and reduced the power of the engines until I came to a complete stop and my feet were on the ground. When my feet touched the ground, it caused the ground to tremble. My whole body was hot, and the rain falling on me was quickly evaporating. Even the body of the jetpack was hot and also evaporated the water that fell on it.
It was dark because of the dark clouds in the sky, and sometimes lightning lit up the space.
BAH GRRRR
Lightning struck my shoulder and a loud thunder sounded, but I ignored it as I walked towards the clone who continued to stand motionless in front of me. I approached him and the closer I got to him, the more the difference in our sizes was felt.
The clone was only 50 (164 ft) meters when I was 130 (426 ft). He took a few steps back as I approached him. He raised his head and saw my angry face. I was really angry because I knew the clones were burning the cities around their territory.
'Do you understand me?' After a pause, I asked him this question. Whether to kill him or not will depend on what he tells me.
GRRRR
There was another flash of lightning, and I could see his frightened face, but he was silent. Just when I thought he couldn't talk, he said, 'Yes.' It's a good thing he could talk. Then I can ask him something.
'Did you kill the people who lived here?' Speaking as a Titan, you could not only convey words, but also your feelings. Therefore, the clone understood that his answer depended on whether he would live or not. This clone was similar to the previous one. He had pale skin and looked like an old me.
'No.' The clone replied with fear. But I knew he was lying. Lying using the language of the Titans was very difficult. It's hard to lie when you're communicating with your hearts and emotions.
When he lied to me, I already knew what to do with him. As I was about to kill him, I felt another clone approaching us. He was exactly the same. So I decided to ask him the same thing.
The clone came soon enough, and it was a little bigger. I even noticed blue neon spots on his body. Most likely he got some kind of mutation from eating the White Thorns.
"Who are you?" asked the newly arrived clone. Although I could sense a drop of fear in his voice, it was more respect than fear.
'You were created by people from my blood.' I answered him.
But exactly the clone standing next to me answered my words: `These cursed people! They…'
KREECK
Before he could finish, I grabbed his head with one hand and crushed it. The clone's dead body fell backwards as its heavy armor dragged it to the ground.
BOOM
There was a loud crash as the dead clone's armor hit the ground. He was lying on his back, and red blood dripped from his crushed head onto the ground.
I looked at the clone with the blue spots and asked him: 'What do you say? Did you kill people?'
'Yes. Forgive me. They created us and then sent us to fight the white creatures.'
'If you are intelligent enough to feel that people have done you wrong, then why did you do the same to them? You are no different from them. You killed people who had no part in your creation. You killed innocents.' Saying this I started to approach him.
'I... I will not do this again. It's won't happen again.' His answer stopped me in my tracks. I took a closer look at him and he really said those words honestly. He really changed his attitude. His heart and eyes did not lie to me. He won't kill people anymore.
'Fine. You can live on. You were created from my blood without my permission and if you want to live in peace with me, you have to live in peace with humans.' The least I wanted was for my conscience to gnaw at me for clones doing. It was better to destroy them than to let them destroy the cities.
These clones are weak now, but in the future they will be a force to be reckoned with. If they don't learn now, they never will.
Taking a step back, I gasped for air and screamed at the top of my lungs.
RROOOOAAAAAAARRR
That was my alpha cry. In this cry I called all beings to me. Everyone who had at least a little sense and understood the language of the Titans had to come to me. I called both the clones and the half-titans who lived in Africa.
