"Crash..."
Out on the expansive sea, a sloop sailed leisurely. Onboard, Alan, Luffy, Zoro, and the others were engrossed in watching Nami, eager to experience the power of the Teigu Magic Weather Rod.
"Magic weather is incredible! We're partners from now on!" Nami exclaimed with a delighted and hopeful smile, her hand gently touching the weather stick with affection.
In response, she felt a gentle tingle, a sensation that seemed to establish a connection between her nerves and the Teigu. A deep bond seemed to be forming between her and the Tegu Magic Weather Stick.
A blessing to her very soul.
"Whoosh!" The weather rod began to transform, slowly shrinking and shifting its form.
Before their eyes, the sizeable weather rod transformed into a delicate, radiant white-gold bracelet that adorned Nami's right wrist.
"Eh?"
"It turned into a bracelet!"
Luffy and Zoro exchanged astonished glances.
The fact that such a sizable weather rod could transform into such a dainty bracelet was beyond their belief.
"This is amazing! I can indeed freely reshape it as I wish!" Nami exclaimed, her eyes shining with a sense of wonder and excitement.
At this moment, she sensed a newfound ability to manipulate the Teigu, allowing her to perform incredible feats.
"Indeed, the name 'Magic Weather Stick' is merely symbolic. Its abilities are not confined to its appearance as a simple stick. That's just one facet of its capabilities," Alan explained with a smile. "The Teigu Magic Weather Stick is crafted using a novel shape memory alloy and infused with the Logia Yunyun fruit's power. It can expand and contract according to the user's intentions without compromising its effectiveness."
"The magic weather is fantastic! Somersault cloud!" Nami raised her arm and shouted enthusiastically.
In an instant, the bracelet emitted a radiant light, materializing a visible cloud. Swiftly, a cloud measuring a few meters in diameter formed and encircled Nami. In a blink, she was lifted into the air, hovering above the deck.
"Whoa!"
Luffy's eyes lit up as he gazed at the sky. "Nami's flying..."
"Is this real?" Zoro inquired, poking the fluffy cloud hesitantly. Its texture was soft, akin to cotton candy, yet it possessed a tangible form.
Nami, her eyes brimming with excitement, stood on the cloud as it soared through the air.
Impressed by the spectacle, the mischievous thief cat, Fang, returned to the ship, a bit less hesitant now.
With a joyful grin, he leaped towards Alan, enveloping him in a tight embrace. Fang hung from Alan's waist, his eyes glistening with happiness. "Thank you so much, Alan! Your magic weather wand is truly incredible!"
"It's my pleasure," Alan responded with a light chuckle. He gently detached the exuberant cat from his body, mindful of the true Samadhi Fire he carried.
"Nami, your new weather abilities are amazing. Can I give them a try?" Luffy's eyes sparkled with excitement as he approached, eager to experience the Teigu's powers firsthand.
Nami firmly gripped the transformed Teigu bracelet. "I won't lend it to you, Luffy. You're going to mess things up!"
"Why not?"
Undeterred, Luffy persisted.
"No!" Nami's response was resolute. She recognized the incredible potential of the magic weather wand and was wary of entrusting it to Luffy's unpredictable antics.
"Luffy's a bit greedy," Zoro noted wryly, observing Luffy's persistence.
Disappointed yet hopeful, Luffy turned to Alan. "Alan, do you have a Teigu that allows you to fly? Can I try it?"
"Some Teigu are too dangerous for you," Alan replied, firmly declining. While he wasn't against lending a Teigu to Luffy, he knew that certain Teigu abilities, combined with Luffy's carefree nature, could lead to undesirable consequences.
However, Alan's response only fueled Luffy's yearning for adventure. His eyes gleamed with excitement. "But if you can make something that lets me fly, that would be awesome!"
Alan chuckled, not denying Luffy's enthusiasm. "Teigu primarily relies on the special abilities granted by Devil Fruits, promising limitless potential. The stronger the user, the greater the Teigu's power. However, I've also created other unique items using materials other than Devil Fruits. While they don't rival Teigu's abilities or potential, they have their own merits."
He explained, "And for easy replication and mass production, I refer to them as 'official' items."
Alan acknowledged that there were exceptions to this in the world—unique abilities that defied common logic and understanding. One example was the Paramecia Replica Fruit, which he had sought but had yet to find.
With a gleam of anticipation, Alan conjured a jar-shaped object. Its surface bore the number "101," distinctly visible.
A sense of wonder swept over Luffy as he eagerly accepted the jar. "You're amazing, Alan!"
Luffy cared little for the distinctions between imperial or court furniture—he was simply excited about the prospect of flying.
