COTE: A boy with a system

I give my honest opinion, a lot of comedy, system with unnecessary consciousness only for plot, the MC is a boy below average, he sees no difference between program and reality, he is the lapdog of ayakanoji, everyone lowered their intelligence to give the reason to the MC, the personality of the MC is weak, shy, naïve, there are many scenes of him speaking based on his future knowledge without arguments, as nagumo is mentioned without having met him and as soon as he enters, he does not ask the system Since he managed so that the school would not be suspicious of the points extracted in the system, he did not use the things he was given in the amount.

As of Ch 36. No pairing, author is developing several different options but he’s confirmed it’s not a harem regrettably. Anyways onto the review: Pretty good writing quality. I don’t know how to describe it but it’s a bit whacky at times. 4 stars Is this a rewrite or something because 26ch/week is crazy lol. 5 stars Story development been great so far. No insta system OPness BS going on here but he does get suitably stronger. Schemes and such are thoguht out and decent. Nothing much to say, just enjoy the story. 4.5 stars The MC is quirky as fk. It’s not my go-to. I Don’t know I have never really enjoyed psychos like that but he’s… interesting at least. Not a deal breaker for me. The author has given him some hidden layers as displayed at the end of V1. 3.5 stars World background: I’m glad he’s interacting with the second years from day 1. The authors done his reading etc. 5 stars Valid COTE Fanfic.

Well, you’re definitely not suited to make novels that people enjoy, but you do have one talent; making the main character extremely unlikeable.

Shameless Author review! I hope you all enjoy this! It's just a bit of fun for the family and I don't know if I will update regularly or at all. Really just had a feeling the I wanted to write about cote today and decided to do it during class! I really should study harder... I even feel asleep in class earlier this week! Maybe I should go to Advanced Nurturing Highschool? This whole university thing is way worse then high school was!

Well for the first five paragraph I read its good an mc has a unique personality comparing to other fanfic story is going in good well but you writing ayanokoji's part can improve ( but that's not a serious problem because ayanokoji's character is rather complicated and hard to write when we have some changes in story

Just finished reading until the latest chapter (56), and I have to say I'm amazed! While the chapters aren't too long, they have great quality. The humor is also quite good, but has become just a tad bit repetitive. There are some small differences in this FF from the original novel, but they are too small to be a problem. The only part I didn't like so far was when Syl stupidly ate the devil fruit, but it was fixed later (and this is only my opinion). The chapter are uploaded at an amazing rate but I don't know how long that will last. So while I really recommend you to at least read 10 chapter, it might not be for everyone.

I've read twenty-seven chapters. The story is really funny and the author does a good job. The frequency of updates is great. The only problem is that the main character is so underestimating himself, he always thinks he's behind Ayanokoji even though he has a system. If this problem gets fixed, it's a great and unique story.

As of chp70 this is … this basically a disappointment , it begun with a somewhat inlikable beginning with alot of " comedy " now if its actually funny or not is another story , and it became quit very .. very clear in the last chapters yhat the author doesnt really take this work serious anymore and is starting to get ready for the infamous " umlimited hiatus " , so yh if you're here expecting some sort of serious and enjoyable read then just make a 180 and go back unless you want a mess of forced "comedy" , unlikable mc and not very smart very smart characters

Well at the beginning it was okay or toloratable but around chapter 30 it got so stupid that I just could not read anymore. Best luck in the future.

No doubt a 5 star story for me. Unique Character, with his chaotic personality, choices, flaws and powers. OP yet not overbearing, fun to read and not always an edge lord like most of the mcs' these days. As for the story, well its up for debate really, For one, I definitely enjoyed the story, the buildup the choices. But many wouldn't even get past 10 chapters due to the unique view of the MC, as most people nowdays are used to card board characters. As for the story itself, its interesting, engaging and going at a good pace, Mind you not everyone will like the plot, as it has it's own unique points that are rather debatable. As for the update, its rocket paced. So you wont have to wait for long for the updates, unlike my own fic (Opps?) The world background, now look this is a fanfic of an almost established world, so nothing to see here. Finally, this is a fic worth reading and to keep in your library. Lumi out o/

Current chap 96: The MC is a high-energy, charismatic guy that makes me laugh. He is like a flirtatious goofball fanboy that got into COTE and I love him. This might not be for everyone, but I easily bingged the entire novel in 2 nights. It was a genuine fun read, I do not regret a thing.

This is what we call a crack fanfic, it focuses way too much on comedy.

The story's pacing is not too fast nor too slow, it's perfect. The main character does not take things seriously which is a big + since every other cote fanfic has serious characters that try to be overly clever but they ultimately fail, The story itself is not very serious and is more comedy based which is also very refreshing. Updated on this is insanely frequent so that's nice. The only downside to this is that he gets op fast really but it's that type of story so it's easily disregarded Rating; 4.8

Great story, great read. Love the OC and the jokes. Great timing on uploads. All in all the story is great and is 100% worth me reading it.

The best COTE fanfic on the website and I love the MC's personality. It is also filled with jokes, stereotypical but ok I guess. Keep up the good work

It was going great until MC decided to kick off Kushida. I would still recommend this but after that it's not worth it knowing a bitter taste in my mouth.
