Chapter 2

(AN: The story is divided into two parts. First part, Paradise, will begin now)

BEGINNING OF PART 1 OF THE STORY: PARADISE

Ace was nowhere is sight unfortunately but I wasn't one to panic or anything. I knew he was in this world with me somewhere. Not only did he grab my hand and fell in with me into the abyss but the Supreme Being (Diana…what type of almighty God names themselves Diana?) Pretty much stated that Ace was here with me as well so that wasn't something to worry about at the moment.

What was important though was the current situation I was in. As I leaned against the back alley wall analyzing my current situation and what I am to do, I came up with a general list.

Find the location and timeline. Learn about this world as much as I can in a short period of time.

Examine what type of world it is. High crime-rate or Low crime-rate? Am I strong or weak…believed to be strong if not the strongest as Diana stated before.

To blend in, stand out, or disappear completely

Major forces in the world? Government, Corporation, or individuals with great power?

What is a quirk? What is Sans?

I was continuing to expand on my thoughts when I was so rudely interrupted by the most stereotypical isekai villains. Back Alley thugs who had no idea who they were messing with. 3 of them specifically.

Thug 1: Hey Little girl, what is a little thing like you doing here? How about you come over here and hand over ev—

Me: Hand over everything you have and grovel at my feet if you want to live.

I didn't wait for a response. Seeing into the future already, I could see that they would simply scoff and try to attack me. That meant a couple of things.

For thugs to so casually attack a little girl (at the moment, that is me) in this place, that means I can assume that I can safely so whatever I want without getting caught in authorities.

The thugs didn't even keep watch as they approached me and was rather confident in their abilities. In other words, there is a powerful crime family running this area away from any central organized power or this world is essentially a crime-filled world.

Thug 2: huh?

Using soru I was in front of thug1 before his brain registered the danger. Deciding the familiarize myself with the body, I stuck to the basics. A shigan (finger pistol) straight through his head. As I pulled my finger out of his forehead, I twisted myself and delivered a hand-knife straight across Thug2 and 3's neck.

I didn't wait for the head and body to drop and dirty the ground with evidence. They didn't have time to even blink as their heads were decapitated and placed inside my inventory to get rid of any evidence they were ever here. I was pretty sure I wouldn't get involved in any mess regardless but it was always better to make sure to leave no trace. Especially for someone who appeared out of thin air…I wouldn't want another World Government or Vegapunk/Casesar/Germa type madman trying to stalk and study me.

Now, let's see what they had on them.

I looted their wallets, phones, and whatever they had on them and stripped them bare before placing their bodies deep inside my inventory (hoping never to need them again) before taking a closer look at their belongings.

Me: Euros. Am I in Europe? French Citizen…strange.

Thinking back, I did hear French instead of the Japanese I had become so accustomed. Was it because the character of Big Mom and her children were based on French that I had naturally acquired the language without any problems? Or perhaps was it a gift from Diana. More room for thought.

Taking out their phones (not Apple unfortunately) I struggled with the password before getting lucky through some passive luck as I broke into their phone.

Me: Wonderful, Youtube and Google still exists. What is the year? Gentle Criminal? So Youtube algorithm is still shitty apparently.

I walked out onto the main street as I held onto the phone and surfed through the internet as well as feeling some nostalgia.

Year 2071. So this is in the future then, but surely this couldn't happen in just 50 years. Technology should have advanced so much more in this many decades, not to mention the strange people and vibes these monstrosities were letting off. Did aliens invade or something?

There it is again. Quirks. What makes it such a big deal such that typing in a completely different questions bring up answers related to these quirks.

Sitting on a bench by the side I surfed for hours on end through decades worth of history (thanks Wikipedia) starting from the first Quirk discovered in China and up until now with the recent formation of the Hero Program which started in America and began spreading across the world. Only a little over a decade old.

Me: So it's the beginning of another world controlling structure that's already been rooted into the foundation. Not very effective. is it though.

Not wanting to be traced by some unfortunate accident (through censorship or internet tracing technology while searching for the missing person), I teleported the used phone into an unsuspecting passerby before taking another from another civilian.

Organizing my thoughts, this was the conclusions I have come to.

Capitalism still controls the world…for the most part

Government has lost most of their power and control

Hero Organizations control most of the power

Crime is still rampant and is on the rise…mysteriously

Popularity of the Hero Program is giving rise to new promising Heros

Individual Quirks and abilities are oppressed by law and will be punished otherwise.

To summarize, it was simply another corrupted world with equally corrupted people. Death and crime being accepted as a natural part of life and people's freedom being oppressed as long as they weren't

Incredibly rich and influential

Fuck the rules —> Go Villain

Hide from the eyes —> Go Vigilante…but still follow the law in public eyes.

My actions or plans to fix this society? Nothing. Why should I? I honestly could not have asked for a better world.

A smile crept up on my face as I realized the potential this world had for me.

As long as I played my cards right, I could do whatever I wanted with no one with the knowledge or power to stop me. Was I going to go villain? Hell no. Being a public figure would only make things harder and annoying. I had enough of the fame and annoying flies from back home to have a repeat of that here.

Go Hero? Absolutely not. I already knew my moral compass was too screwed for any Hero work or motivation in general. Besides, I probably killed more than any villain out there to begin with, with all the fetching ingredients for Mama as well as committing genocides on entire nations for failing to pay the tribute as agreed upon.

Vigilante? In my own definition, no.

I was going to do whatever the heck I wanted to do. Make use of all that I have looted from the Old World and exploit this corrupted system as much as possible. If anyone even dares to try and stop me, they would get what was there for them. Hero, Villain, Vigilante, government or businessmen, whoever.

I would be all over this world doing what I want whenever I want. But first…

A bone sprouted from the ground as I tested out my new ability.

Me: Time to find out what this Sans is about.

-Shortcut: A Teleportation Ability in which location and distance no longer matters as long as user has previously been there or can clearly visualize

-Gaster Blaster: Named after Dr. Gaster. A Skull Structure capable of shooting out great beams of energy.

-Karmic Retribution: Attack an Opponent's SOUL directly. The more Negative Karma they have, the more damage they receive naturally over time. Similar to poison state; Incurable

-Bone Manipulation-Blue Mode: Opponents are affected by Gravity.

-Telekinesis: Sub-ability of BlueMode. Can move and slam opponents once they are affected by Blue Mode

Game Breaking: Defy Stats.

Strength: Smashed a branch too heavy for Frisk like it was nothing

Speed: Dodged every attack. Reacted to attack while sleeping

Durability: Was able to limp away and speak after receiving 9,999,999 damage before succumbing to wounds

Conclusion: A VERY Overpowered Ability

Racial Ability: Fish Monster

Water no longer drowns or harms you

Eternal Youth: Monsters don't age silly

Abilities Granted through Determination:

-Strength: Exponentially Stronger

-Endurance: Continue to fight with fatal wounds. Insane HP Tank

-Speed: Comparable to Teleportation (Crossed house, Waterfall, Snowdin, and mountain range in seconds)

-Skills: Spear Art. You are a natural prodigy with the spear…and you have an infinite amount of spears

Tips: Don't run while wearing armor. Don't try to Cook…trust me.

Conclusion: A very powerful and versatile quirk.
