Meeting Whitebeard

We had been flying for about a week. The location that Whitebeard had given us was practically on the other side of the New World. We had been flying all day and taking a break within a nearby island. Nothing interesting had been happening while we were flying asides from viewing the occasional pirate fights and sea king disruptions that we watched below. By the eighth day, we managed to find the Moby Dick, accompanied by its other three replicas, sailing towards a nearby island.

From what my Observation Haki told me, I could sense that there were no signs of human life within the circumference of the island. Indicating a perfect place to meet and address some issues within the pirate group that outsiders had no business knowing. I quickly landed on the deck of the ship where Whitebeard sat and let Stussy come down before I turned back into human form. Stussy had changed her clothes into a white dress along with a sun hat with a white feather on. Whitebeard smiled at us as we turned to look at him, he hadn't changed a bit after all this time. His golden locks flowing as brightly as ever, the hat on his head beared the symbol of the Whitebeard Pirates.

He gave out a hearty laugh before welcoming us, "Gurarararara!! How have you been, my children? Did you enjoy your adventure?" Stussy smiled and said nothing, pegging me to respond for the both of us. I could only sigh tiredly before telling him about the events that had transpired before we made our way here. Pop's face looked grim as he listened to what I had to say only to respond, "It seems that she's going to make her debut soon, when the time comes, let your father handle it! Who is Charollette in front of me, Whitebeard!" the crew, who had also been listening to my recollection of events, let out a hearty cheer following WhiteBeard's declaration. Whitebeard let out a hearty laugh before taking out a sheet of paper and throwing it my direction. The paper soared quickly without any wind interference as I caught it to read its contents. WhiteBeard said as I read through its contents, "You've been making waves throughout the New World, yet they don't even know your name!"

The paper appeared to be my first bounty, the picture was taken when I fought Admiral Zephyr back when we were still members of the Rocks Pirates. On top it read 'Wanted : Dead or Alive, 'Storm Dragon', bounty: 500,000,000' Stussy leaned close to read my bounty off my shoulder. She chuckled a bit while reading the name 'Storm Dragon'. I could only shrug as I threw out the paper, what else could I do? It's not like I hadn't expected something like this to happen while I was patrolling the territories.

I could only reply, "It was to be expected" The rest of the crew seemed to be laughing at my predicament as we had finally reached the shore of the Island. We waited for another week as more and more affiliates of the Whitebeard Pirates began to converge to our location. By the seventh day, the island was full of pirates who came from different walks of life. Whitebeard slowly walked out of the ship and stood before the entire crew; all 11,600 of them. All the pirates had to quiet down as they awaited WhiteBeard's Speech.

"My children! No words can express how proud I am to have you all gathered here! Alas! We can't fit you all within my fleet, As such, I will be splitting you all into divisions and affiliated ships!" The entire crew cheered in unity at his declaration. Whitebeard continued, "Now, I will appoint the leaders for all 16 divisions!" Whitebeard went on to announce the would be division leaders of the Whitebeard Pirates. I never really payed attention to who Whitebeard had appointed on the ship up until the top ten division commanders, Which were Curiel, Blenheim, Namur, Rakuyo, Blamenco, Vista, Thatch, and Jozu. Those were the tenth upto the third division commanders respectfully. The second division commander was a man by the name of Chameleone, a rather lizard looking individual who had golden earrings on both ears. He tried his best to hide his smug expression when his name was called up to become a division commander, an emotion that was noticed by nobody except me. I decided that I would be keeping an eye on him for a bit.

For the first division, WhiteBeard appointed Marco as the head of that division. The crew cheered as they saw Marco walk up to stand by Whitebeards side. The young man was proud, the crowd had continued to cheer for quite some time before WhiteBeard could talk again. Finally, WhiteBeard spoke again, "Lastly, I would like to appoint a commander for one more division. This division will be led by who I consider to be your older brother. He will be helping all divisions when they experience trouble concerning their members. This division will be known as the 0 division of the Whitebeard Pirates, and that will be: Xebec D. Boris!" The entire pirate crew cheered again as I slowly walked up to Whitebeard's side. I could hear talking within the crowd, many were referred me as the vice-captain of the Whitebeard Pirates.

WhiteBeard looked like a proud father as he looked at me. I looked on expressionlessly at my fellow crew mates, or family. WhiteBeard slammed the butt of his naginata down on the ground once more to silence the crew. WhiteBeard kept talking, "The crew members will be divided into the 16 divisions and affiliated pirate groups." As he said that, a bunch of ships could be seen in the distance. They all bore Whitebeard's Jolly Roger as they approached the island. Whitebeard continued, "These ships will be what you all will be sailing in as you patrol our territory. Let those who dare cause trouble face the wrath of the WhiteBeard Pirates!" The crowd cheered as they were dismissed, they quickly ran into the ships that took a liking to. Soon, all 16 ships were full as they awaited orders from their division captains.

Whitebeard gathered all the division captains and said, "Patrol our territory and take down any pirate crew that is trying to cause trouble. I used to make Boris do that, but I feel like the crew has grown enough to do it without Boris' help. However, just in case, take his number in case there is a group you can't handle. Big Mom and Kaido have begun to cause stirs within the New World, so don't do anything stupid!"

The division captains all hummed in unison as they began to spread out and get on their respective ships, and soon enough ships began to sail off to the distance. Soon to be enforcing WhiteBeard's will on pirates who dare to retaliate. Just as I was about to go see my division's ship, Whitebeard stopped me to say something; "Boris, make sure you take care of your little brother's. The sea is going to become turbulent in the days to come!"

I looked up to one of the two ships that remained on the island. It was a big ship, like the others; however, what set this ship apart from the others was that this was painted black with yellow highlights. Whitebeard's Jolly Roger waved proudly on the highest point of the mast. Stussy joined me as I slowly walked up to the ship. On the deck I saw a bunch of pirates prepping the ship for sailing. They all were talking excitedly as they performed their various activity when they finally took notice of me.

They immediately stopped what they were doing and rushed over to welcome me. They were very friendly people, but I knew friendly wasn't going to cut it. Especially during the war, Stussy stood quietly by my side as I began to address my dear little brother's, "Listen, it is our duty to protect our family and territories. That means we need to be strong, for our family; and for our father, understood?" The crew immediately cheered in agreement as we left the shore of the island.

I messed up,

I over-estimated the number of pirates within the crew initially I thought it would be something around 50k byt it turns out I was wrong.

I might shave the numbers down as time passes so I can get back to canon numbers or keep them. After all, there were more than 100,000 marines in MarineFord during the War.

But let me know what y'all think!!!

Love y'all!!!!
