As the car came to a stop, two men descended and walked up to Li Tian.

"Good day sir, are you Li Tian?"

"Yes, I am" came a reply from Li Tian.

"We've been sent to escort you back to the base. I believe you were informed of our arrival?" Said the leader amongst the two men.

He was tall and had a bored expression, the way he spoke to Li Tian showed that he just wanted to be done with this formality. Li Tian had already probe the man's strength and knew he was at the level of foundation and probably a strong one.

The man had already observed the surroundings and knew there was something wrong. The house Infront of him looked like a hurricane swept pass it. However, he did not even bother to ask anything of what was going on. He just slightly revealed his aura as a warning to them. The only thing that surprised him was that Li Tian was able to face these people without the slightest fluctuation in his expression. He had no fear for them.

'it seems this kid is not ordinary ' thought the man.

"Yes, I am packed and ready to go" a reply from Li Tian interrupted his thoughts and he nodded towards Li Tian and made an invitation gesture toward the car.

Li Tian got in and they soon disappeared from the vision of the six onlookers.

When Li Yan and Zhang Ming got this information, they were not happy about it. Dealing with someone who had no backing and dealing with a member of the most powerful organisation in the world were two different things all together.

It had made things more complicated as Li Tian's disappearance would raise questions. But it was not impossible, they knew they just needed to make sure their timing was right.

"That kid is pretty lucky, who would have thought just when we were about to get our hands on him, those people would arrive?" At this moment Zhang Wei was very upset. They were still on their way back to prime city.

"I don't think we would have been able to capture him even if those people didn't come" replied Li Mei

Zhang Wei turned to look at her with doubt on his face.

"What do you mean?" He asked

"Brother Zhang, your anger towards this guy is blinding you...let me ask you, what was his cultivation level?" Li Mei asked with a look that indicated she was hinting at something.

In anger this was lost to Zhang Wei as he replied "Qi manifestation stage "

"Ok, consider that when fought him he was at the Qi refinement stage and we were in no way a match for him, now at Qi manifestation stage he sent our peak xiantian subordinate flying with one strike. What makes you think three more peak xiantian would have made a difference. I say we should not underestimate this guy and send a force after him that he cannot possibly resist. Preferably foundation realm cultivators "

After listening to Li Mei's explanation Zhang Wei felt that it makes sense.

"Yes, you are right. It is better to be save than sorry. We will take the necessary precautions when we go after him again "

Thinking about everything that happened at Li Tian's house he became even more agreeable with Li Mei's suggestion.

It dawned on him at this moment that if her assumptions were correct and they were not interrupted earlier, they might have possibly been in danger.

They soon became silent and gloomy as they returned.

Li Tian had already arrived at the training camp and after going through all necessary procedures he was shown to his dormitory room. This is where he would spend the next month learning what he needed to know as a sergeant.

Two weeks soon passed and in this time Li Yan and Zhang Ming had tried to get him to no avail. The security within the camp was overwhelming.

They decided to wait, it would not be too late to get him wherever he was assigned to after the training. They were not ina haste primarily because the treasures with Li Tian were too numerous and it was impossible for him to finish them. In fact they were sure he would not even be able to make a dent in it.

During this time, with the help of the system, he had reached the peak of high-level Qi manifestation stage and was soon preparing to enter peak xiantian. Due to the pills he consumed and his cultivation method, the dragon aura around him was increasing by the day as he became even more powerful. His bloodline awakening had reached 18% and  his cultivation in the dragon fist technique had made a little progress.

He realised that the only way to comprehend the one-strike extermination Saber strategy was during battle as otherwise you will be completely wasting your time. His progress on the nine steps of the dragon god technique was mediocre to say the least.  He still had a lot of work to do. But he knew it was just a matter of time and that was something he did not lack.

The curriculum of the training camp was exactly as he expected, there was nothing that he could learn from here so he spent his entire time training.

Another two weeks went by and Li Tian was already at peak xiantian. His Qi was vigorous. Observing his dantian you will see many dragons swimming about and roaring in a deep lake. He had already successfully converted all his Qi into liquid and was just waiting for the opportunity to lay his foundation. He knew he couldn't do that now as his training course was over and he'll soon be moving to his new post and he needed to gather the necessary materials to forge his natal weapon. When all his preparation was done he will charge into the foundation realm without delay.
