39 Just a man child seeking attention!

The restaurant the decided to have breakfast in was only a few minutes away from the University. It took 15mins to reach.

Just when they very descending the cab, black Trumpchi GS4 came to halt beside their cab.

A man dressed white mandarin collar casual shirt and light blue Sullivan slim stretch jeans alighted from the car.

The shirt was half tucked in jeans while the rest of the half as hanging out. It gave the man a youthful yet mature look. His fair skin was shining bright in the morning light and his black eyes were searching for the familiar person.

When he spotted that figure getting out of the cab, his serious face flashed a radiant smile as if he had seen the ray of light in the dark void.

Mo Hua got down from the cab. She was dressed in a pastel green feminine dress of Korean style which was made of tulle and laces. She had paired her look with white casual sneakers giving her a youthful look.

Her soft and supple skin was looking brighter due to the color contrast she was wearing when combined with morning light.

Her bright watery eyes landed on the person in front of her who was looking at her in complete awe. Even by one look, anyone can point out that the person was completely mesmerized by her looks and presence.

Mo Hua blushed hard and took small steps towards Yan Xuan.

"Hey! Morning." She smiled at him radiantly.

"Hey, beautiful! Morning to you too." Yan Xuan said with his eyes still looking at her in a daze.

Cough! Cough!

XiXi cleared her throat when she saw them looking at each other without even blinking eyes.

"Are you guys going to stand here and keep looking at each other?" She asked shamelessly.

"XiXiii.." Mo Hua chided at her friend while Yan Xuan laughed lightly.

"What? Am I wrong?" XiXi turned towards her friends to confirm.

Li Mei understood what XiXi was intending to do so she decided to went with the flow and said, "Yes MoMo, she is not wrong. Your tummy might get full after looking at each other but we singles need real food and not the dog food you guys are feeding us."

Mo Hua turned beet red and glared at her friends for being so shameless.

"What would you single girls understand, how it feels to have a partner!" Rong hi who had just attended the call after getting down from the car joined in the conversation.

He was donning a black anchor print T-shirt and ripped blue jeans. He was looking masculine yet young in that attire.

XiXi was drooling on his looks when she saw him previously but now when she heard him talking, her mood turned sour.

"Pffft… See who is talking. Man, who himself is single. Haaha.." She teased him purposely.

"Aww! Poor you Miss XiXi. You need to update your database you know. Babe…" he stretched his hand to help another figure get down from the car.

"This is Mia, my girlfriend. She is from Canada and joined our university in an exchange program." He smirked at XiXi while putting his arm around Mia's waist.

"And babe these are my friends. This is Mo Hua – girlfriend of Xuan, Xi Mian – Sheng Tao's girlfriend and Li Mei – she is the vice-president of social welfare group of our University"

"Hey, Mia." Everyone said in unison.

Mia smiled and greeted everyone. But later she was eying Mo Hua with the malicious look as if she bore some hatred towards her. After a few seconds, she noticed someone's angry gaze on her so she averted her eyes towards the person and saw XiXi glaring at her angrily.

"Honey, who is this girl?" Mia pointed at XiXi disgustingly.

XiXi was wearing a simple blue crop hoodie and high waisted white mini skirt. Her straight hair was tied up in a high bun with few har strands cupping her face from both sides. Even though XiXi was 1.6m in height, still seem petite in front of the 1.7m tall Mia.

Mia was a had runway model figure and was dressed in a pink bodycon dress. Her curly blonde hair rested on her shoulders and her feline eyes just as fierce as fire. Her hot pink pouty lips enhanced her sensual look.

When putting together, Mia was just like a diva whereas XiXi was looking like an innocent schoolgirl.

"Ah! her? It's XiXi. Don't bother to know her. Let's go in." Rong Chi pulled Mia away with a smug look on his face.

"You!!!" XiXi was angry with his response and wanted to crush him then and there but Mo Hua and Xi Mian stopped her from acting recklessly.

"What's wrong with him?" Xi Mian asked Sheng Tao while pointing towards the departing figure of Rong Chi and Mia.

Sheng Tao was dressed in a simple white casual t-shirt paired up with a checkered blue shirt and slim-fit black jeans. He was wearing white sneakers to enhance his sporty casual look.

It was perfectly matching the outfit of Xi Mian who was wearing a blue checkered high waist skirt donned with white crop top and a light blue woollen shrug.

They were just looking like a cute couple wearing the couple's outfit.

"I don't know babe. Although Rong Chi was not accompanying her she was sleeping in Rong Chi's bed when I woke up in the morning." Sheng Tao shrugged in puzzlement.

"XiXi, don't mind him. He is just a man child seeking attention every time. Let's go." Yan Xuan comforted XiXi while wrapping his arm around Mo Hua's waist and nodded her to walk inside the restaurant.

Mo Hua was stunned when she felt a warm arm wrapping around her waist. When she sneaked a glance at Yan Xuan, she saw his warm tender gaze from him. Her face was reddened and she quickly averted her gaze and smiled inwardly in embarrassment.

They entered the restaurant followed by everyone and saw a young handsome man sitting at the corner of the restaurant with two more people accompanying him.

He was looking extremely handsome with messy wet hair as if he had just walked out of the shower. His sharp jawline and hypnotizing gaze were the most attractive part enriching his charm. He was wearing a black hoodie and tapered light blue jeans with sexy black sunglasses hung in front of the hoodie.

"Little Mo." As soon as he saw her, he walked towards her and wrapped her in a tight hug.

Yan Xuan's grip on her waist tighten which made Mo Hua glare at him angrily.

"Liam. Are we late?" Mo Hua tried to ease the mood.

"Naah! I came a bit early to catch up with a few friends. Come let's take our seats." Liam replied casually.

Everyone was settled but someone was fuming in anger.

When Mo Hua got settled, XiXi sat on the left side of her and Yan Xuan was about to sit on her right-side seat when Chen Liam grabbed that seat.

He ignored Yan Xuan's presence completely and engaged Mo Hua in serious discussion.

Poor Xuan! Only two seats were left on the opposite side of M Hua. With a desolate face, he walked and sat on the leftover seat.

Mo Hua glanced at her right-side expecting Yan Xuan to be sitting beside her but it was XiXi. She raised her head and saw gloomy Yan Xuan sitting on her opposite side.

'Why are you sitting there?' She raised her eyebrows and tried to communicate with him with eye signals.

'Your friends are really bad. What can I do?' Yan Xuan pointed at her both side and then made a sorrowful face.

Mo Hua smiled and then looking at his depressing face, she sighed inwardly.

She saw the empty seat beside him and was just about to get up from her seat and sit beside him when a person walked towards the vacant seat. Pulling the chair, she took the seat beside him.

"Hey, Xuan." She said mellifluously.
