34 Is there something which I am not aware about?

"Uncle, Aunt! I am back. Come sit and have breakfast." Chen Liam entered the hospital ward with tiffin boxes in both hands.

"Oh, is this for Little Mo?" Shi Yi tried to take the breakfast bag meant for Mo Hua from his hand but Chen Liam moved towards her bed and said, "Aunt, I will feed her. You go have your breakfast."

With that he took seat on Mo Hua's bed and started to feed her.

Mo Hua was happy with everything around her and suddenly thought of something. She eyed Chen Liam with hidden message.

Chen Liam nodded in denial but Mo Hua eyed him angrily.

*cough cough*

Chen Liam cleared his throat and said, "Uncle Mo, what should we do about Mo Hua's college? It's not safe for her to go back to the same college as there will be acquaintances and friends of Wang Xi there. Also, his cousin brother is professor there. We should not take the risk. Right?"

"I know Liam, and that's what is troubling me. I think we can send her to Tsinghua University. What do you think?" Mo Ren replied to Chen Liam engrossed in deep thoughts.

Mo Hua wanted to prompt in between when Chen Liam eyed her to keep quiet. He mouthed few words by looking at her, "Let me handle. Okay?"

She annoyingly mouthed, "Okay!!!" and pouted her face.

Shi Yi was observing every exchange happening between both o them and was amused. She never thought this duo in front of her had such close relationship.

She was brimming with joy... 'Dear God! let the ship of Little Mo and Liam sail smoothly.' She was praying inwardly while smiling at the couple.

"Uncle, I think MoMo should go to Beijing University. They have very good academic resources when it comes to engineering and technology than Tsinghua University. Given MoMo's major is computer science so we should consider the former one."

Seeing Uncle Mo giving him his full attention, he continued, "They also have good placement offers and the campus life is really safe as well as lively. She can live in one of the dormitories on the campus. I know few friends there and they can help us settle her there easily."

Uncle Mo eyed Mo Hua and smirked, "MoMo, you asked Liam to convince me, right?"

"Dad!! What are you saying? I didn't say anything to him…" She tried to refute and showed her displeased expressions. 'How can her dad see through her so easily. Humph... I can't even hide anything from him…'

"Hahaha, I know you little brat. You must have asked him for sure." After moving his gaze towards Chen Liam, he continued, "Liam. I am not sure about this but if you insist then I will leave this matter to yo.." Before he can finish, a loud squeal was heard.

Mo Hua was jumping in joy.

"Dad!!! thank you.. I love you so much…" Mo Hua was on top of the world when she got approval from her dad.

"But…" Mo Ren interrupted Mo Hua's small celebration.

Her smile faded when she heard her father, "But what dad?"

"You will have to visit us every long holiday and vacations you will have. I won't allow you to skip that. Is that okay?" He laid out the condition.

"Yes Dad."

"Yes Uncle Mo."

Mo Hua and Chen Liam both replied at the same time and then smiled.

"Look at both of you in sync... It's so adorable." Shi Yi said while happily smiling at lovely duo.

"Liam.. Why are you so happy? Its Mo Hua going to Beijing, right? Is there something which I am not aware about?" Mo Ren asked teasingly. He had always like Chen Liam and treated him as his son.

"Uncle Mo, of course I am happy. If MoMo is not around, I will get more attention from my parent as and you guys when I visit next time."

Mo Hua slapped his arm and said, "Keep dreaming. I will be always closer to my parents and yours as well."

After few days Mo Hua was discharged from hospital and she started preparing for Beijing University admission process.

Few weeks went by. Nothing eventful happened. Mo Hua was busy in her preparation and Chen Liam was enjoying his vacation.

Wang Xin was in prison for different charges. Even his ex-girlfriend came forward when she came to know about Wang Xin's situation. She also reported about abuse and **** charges against him.

It was well known fact that getting admitted in Beijing University was very challenging.

So, even after few weeks, when Mo Hua didn't get any acknowledgement for her application, she felt disappointed.

Mo and Chen family knew she had very high IQ so she would definitely clear the admission process. So, they boosted her confidence time after time and kept her distracted from overthinking.

Few weeks later Mo Hua received acknowledgement for her application in Beijing University and she was feeling overjoyed.

"Mom-Dad, Liam, Uncle-Aunt Chen !!!! Yayyyy. Finally. I got admission... I am going to my dream university soon." She was dancing and running in entire house while screaming at the top of her lungs.

Everyone gathered and congratulated her.

"MoMo you are amazing. I am so proud of you dear." Shi yi hugged her daughter with tears brimming in her eyes.

"Daddy is proud of you Little Mo." Mo Ren also pecked on her forehead lovingly.

"Little Mo, now that you will be away for a while, you will have to take good care of yourself." Uncle Chen patted her head gently.

"Don't worry MoMo. Aunty will help you pack. I will give you some tonics and supplements as well to take along with. You will need them" Aunty Chen added.

"Hehe everyone. There is still sometime before I go to Beijing University. And Aunt Chen, I heard that they have good food in their canteen. So, don't worry."

Everyone started planning on how to help her in her smooth transition to Beijing University.

"I will take her to Beijing University." Chen Liam replied while looking at her happily. He was extremely happy as she got to fulfil her dream just like him. He knew how much she needed this.

And that's how Mo Hua came to Beijing and started her new life. She was hoping that she would get an opportunity to enjoy the life to fullest and fulfil her dream to be a computer programmer.

With dreams in her eyes and promise to Liam in her heart that she will never let anyone get close to her heart, she entered the premises of University. Little did she know that her life was going to take a drastic turn and certain someone will turn her life upside own.

Will it be in a good way? (Let's hope so…...)
