Trial of Heroes Vs Villains! Team Todoroki Vs Aki I
As tension grew between Aki and her classmates her smile couldn't help but get bigger turning into a mocking smile which made everyone feel more eager to beat her. "So, Sensei. Will I be the first to battle? Or will I go later?" Aki questioned her teacher.
"You will go first so everyone will see what it's like. I'm pretty sure you have more combat experience than anyone since your mother is a-" Before All Might could finish his reply Aki stopped him. "Yes, you are right. But I'm not the only one who can't forget about Todoroki. He must have had some type of combat practice."
"You may be right. Would you like to go against Team Todoroki then?" The number one hero questioned. "Why not. I might get a warmup." Aki said but immediately thought something very differently. A warmup? Yeah right. Muscular was barely one.
When Todoroki heard that he was just a warmup he was furious. Me, a warmup?! Todoroki thought and subconsciously started to release some of his ice. The room temperature suddenly dropped, and Aki looked at the cause of the problem. She gave a smirk which got under his skin. Gritting his teeth, he made a promise to wipe that smirk off of her face.
"Young Todoroki! Calm yourself. And you Ms. Gero. Stop antagonizing him." All Might shouted. His booming voice was immediately heard by all of class 1-A. The room temperature slowly rose back to normal, and Aki started to walk towards the area where she will be fighting team Todoroki which consisted of Todoroki, Ojiro and Toru.
Shoto Todoroki is a moderately tall and rather muscular young man who is well-built for his age. He has quite long hair, though it doesn't pass his neck, and wears bangs, parted twice so as to not obscure his vision.
His hair is evenly split between two colors: white on his right side and crimson red on his left, this unusual coloring being due to his Quirk. As another result of this, he also possesses heterochromia iridium, which causes his left eye's iris to appear turquoise, while his right is a brownish dark gray. His eyes, in shape, are quite thin and reserved. Additionally, he has a large burn scar on the left side of his face, which reaches from his hairline to halfway down his cheek
He wears a plain off-white shirt with matching pants and boots, with two gold-colored straps going over his shoulders. He has what appears to be a material resembling ice covering his whole left side, even his head, although it is detachable, which he wears as a way of rejecting the fire aspect of his Quirk.
Mashirao Ojiro is a young man of muscular build and has short blond hair swept to the front of his head. He has thin eyes with no lower eyelashes. Mashirao's hero costume is a plain karate gi, tied with a black belt, its collar partially lined with fur. He also wears black boots with sand blue details.
While he does get some admiration from Aki for learning Martial Arts to accompany his lack of raw destructive power such as Bakugo, Midoriya and Todoroki. Compared to her he really isn't that special.
A bit later Team Todoroki and Aki were stationed at their respective battle area. Todoroki, Mashirao and Toru were outside waiting for Aki to finish placing the bomb and All Might to give the green light to start the training exercise.
"Villains have finished placing the device. Heroes you may enter and defeat the villains." All Might's voice sounded throughout the speakers around and inside the building. Getting their go-ahead Todoroki was the first to move. Quickly going into the building, he placed his hand on the wall and activated his quirk. Ice started to cover the wall, the ceiling and the floor becoming an ice age. With a smile on his face thinking he had one and took out Aki who got under his skin and called him a mere warm up he couldn't be any happier.
While he was fantasizing about wiping the annoying smirk off of Aki's face, he suddenly looked at the display in surprise. "W-what?!" Todoroki muttered, unable to hide his surprise. The scene in front of him wasn't anything like he pictured. The ice that covered the building was disappearing like it never existed. Soon a feeling of inferiority was slowly crawling up his back.
Shaking his head, he activated his quirk but this time he didn't half-ass it. He used more of his power over ice making it even colder and harder. But these two ended up in vain as it didn't even leave the hallway this time. Taking his hand off of the wall he gritted his teeth in anger. It's not going to be easy like he thought it would be.
"Com'on. I'm getting bored up here. Hurry up and stop me. Your time is running out. Tick tock, tick tock. That's the sound of the clock." Aki's unamused voice sounded throughout the building making it clear that cheap tricks like this wouldn't affect her. In fact, it would only annoy her.
"Tch." Clicking his tongue in annoyance and frustration. Without any instruction or notice Todoroki started to run up the building trying to find Aki. The girl that is humiliating him. Anger was slowly welling up inside of him, making him remember his terrible father. Now filled with even more desire to beat her he quickly stormed the building trying to find Aki. The team of Todoroki quickly followed while discussing their own plan.
Toru didn't forget to mention that Aki could sense them which surprised and made Ojio question just how powerful his foe is.
