Reincarnated as Android 21

In a void of colors there were two beings that had different shapes. One was a woman with brown hair and blue eyes. She didn't wear anything. Instead, there was a thick sheet of colors that were similar to the void covering most of her body. The other being was a man with silver white hair and red eyes. He wore a modern suit. He was fairly muscular.

"So have you decided on your wishes?" the man asked the woman. The man was a ROB or a Random Omnipotent Being. All he wants to do is have fun so he chose a random mortal so they could entertain him. But he may have messed up and got caught killing a mortal. So the higher up punished him in the concordance of Gods.

Although the Higher Gods may have done the exact thing, they were a bit smarter and didn't get caught. So, he pretty much got the short end of the stick. So now he has to grant the person he killed some wishes. Of course, by roulette. But she got a bit lucky and scored a 5. He was now patiently waiting for the mortal to pick her 5 wishes. Of course, he told her the rules but changed some of them as well. Such as you must wish to keep your memories. the world would be chosen by a roulette.

The girl did want to complain but kept quiet because she could feel the irritation coming off of him. So, she kept quiet. But she still has five wishes. "Yes, I have. My first wish is to keep my memories," she said, "My second wish is to have the appearance, abilities, powers and Intelligence of Android 21 from Dragon Ball FighterZ."

"Since I am so nice, I will allow all of that to be one wish. Next wish." the R.O.B said to the woman.

"Nice. Then I wish to have full control over hunger. I don't want to be in the same situation as the original android 21 where there is an evil version."

"Okay that's fine. I wouldn't want you destroying the world you'll be going to next either. Next."

"How about Infinite Potential."

"Granted. Last wish, think carefully."

"Hmmm… How about Ability Creation?" The woman asked unsure if her wish would be granted.

"Hmm… Very well your wish is granted. Now then it's time to spin the wheel of worlds." Snapping his fingers, the R.O.B summoned a giant wheel with the names of multiple fictional worlds. "So spin the wheel and see where you'll end up." he said, giving a simple explanation of what she needs to do.

Nodding her head, she walked up to the wheel and gave it a big spin. The wheel span of many minutes until it finally stopped passing High School DxD, Hunter x Hunter, landing on My Hero Academia.

"My Hero? I remember now. The one with the quirkless kid and buff smiley guy, right. Will my powers be a quirk?" The woman mumbled and asked.

"You are correct, and your powers will technically not be a quirk. So, they can't be turned off or copied by quirks. But it will show that you do have a quirk. You'll unlock your powers at the age of four just like everyone else. As a favor I'll also have you receive your memories at the age of four, so you don't have to live as a baby." The R.O.B said to the woman which surprised her but nonetheless accepted gratefully.

"Thank you very much!" She said bowing her head with gratitude.

"Hm don't worry about it. Well then this is goodbye, try not to die." R.O.B said joking a bit before turning the woman into dust reincarnating her into the world of My Hero Academia with her wishes.

In a hospital somewhere in Japan there is a woman in labor. She has brown hair and blue eyes. She was huffing and puffing and screaming when the baby started to move out of her body. Hours later the baby was finally born.

"Congratulations Mrs. Gero, it's a healthy baby girl." The nurse said to the woman named Gero. The woman had a smile while her face was covered in sweat and her hair messy. "Haha… Can I hold her." The woman named Gero asked the nurse who gladly smiled and carefully handed her the newborn. "Ahh, my sweet little girl. Your name will be Aki, Gero Aki. Welcome to this wonderful world." Gero said to her child Aki.
