Pillow of Hearts: A tale between the warm hug and cold coffee

Moon Young Jae’s homophobic family considered him a disgrace and held his freedom in their clutch. Even with being obedient, he was not free from their abuse. Young Jae was almost blinded and crippled by his father when he stood up for himself for the first time. Left to bleed and die, luckily, he did have a family who wanted to save him. It was twin cousins, who were disowned long before him, who saved him. Sad and hopeless, Young Jae became curious when he met his cousins’ friend, who understood him better than anyone, even without words. Curiosity got the best of him, and he ended by handing his heart, love and soul over a plater as a price. Slowly, Young Jae fell in love with everything about and around Min Jun and eventually fell for the man. Calculative Wang Min Jun entered Young Jae’s life accidentally. He challenged Young Jae's belief with a warm smile and flipped Young Jae’s world upside down. Min Jun read Young Jae like an open book. He planned to get over the little crush he had on his seniors' cousin brother but failed miserably. Min Jun did not like the often-visited ‘frown’ between those beautiful eyebrows and even the always singing of ‘sigh’ through those sinful lips. Min Jun made it his mission to change it only to fall for everything about Young Jae. Wang Min Jun carried his share of baggage, but he was well-prepared to meet the demons from the past head-on. But Young Jae became a mess whenever his past demons decided to pay a visit. He realised he did not have to face anything alone as he has a wonderful boyfriend who cherishes everything about him. Both faced their past demons and trauma together. When a person betrayed by a family fell in love with a person who holds his family above everything, sparks flew, and hearts soared in happiness. Will their story has a harmonious bell, or would it be a sea of misery? Teaser: Files were shattered all over Min Jun’s bed, and his laptop was placed on the bedside table. It chimed once in a while, indicating a new email for him to check. The work was piling more and more as he was diligently finishing it. Young Jae walked into his boyfriend’s bedroom to witness his handsome lover working hard. "Jun Jun! Are you busy?" Even though Young Jae did not want to disturb his lover, he knew he needed some help to impress his boss. "Never for you, love. Tell you what you need?" Min Jun did not lift his head from the file he was going through, but the warmth in his voice reached Young Jae's heart without fail. "Do you have a minute to help me in reviewing my monthly internship report? I have to present to our boss tomorrow morning." Young Jae pouted as he asked. Min Ju looked at his adorable tokki and smiled mischievously. "You are brave, asking your superior to help you sneakily. I can't do it for free. I need a huge bribe to help you. What are you planning to offer?" "Be serious. You have too much work to do." Young Jae chided his shameless boyfriend, who never failed to seize every opportunity to make him moan and groan as he takes him to the pleasurable heaven. "Exactly. I have too much work to do. If I am taking my time to help you, I need something in return. Something so tempting that I don’t mind cramping lots of things later." Min Jun smiled like a devil he was as he grabbed Young Jae towards him. The little rabbit who fell into the cunning wolf's lap did not even get a chance to protest as he was devoured breathlessly. Young Jae forgot why he entered the wolf's lair altogether. Min Jun pushed the files away to make space for his little rabbit to lay down comfortably. Young Jae’s report was long forgotten as a treacherous hand started to caress him again under the shirt as a sinful sound filled the room. The Garden Breeze III

Choi Na Ri planned to deal with Moon Chin Sun, Chin Hwa's younger sister, who was often compared with his daughter by everyone in the family. Her father-in-law always dotted on chin Sun. The chance of her getting a considerable portion of inheritance was high. Choi Na Ri swore never to let that happen.

When Chin Hwa becomes the heir, everything would be easy for them. Based on the affection he had for her precious daughter, he will take care of her. She was determined to make sure he cares for his step-sister till the end of his breath.

Choi Na Ri planned her next move not aware of two people who heard the family's third young master's state. One was stunned to find out how his so-called daughter-in-law ruined his grandchildren's heart and life. His precious grandson's condition pained him even more.

At the same time, the heart of the other almost stopped knowing her son's state.

Old Master of the Moon family finally returned to the mansion yesterday only to find out what transpired. He was powerless. His son and wife took all the power from him long back. He also gave it away willingly for enjoying the bliss of retirement. But everything changed after that. He was the last to be informed about anything that happens in the family. His words were treated as a fart. He became a powerless puppet.

Old master wanted to find his grandson right after returning to the mansion after spending a short vacation with his old friend.

Gay or not, Young Jae was still his grandson, and he was injured. His grandson needed help. He wanted to be there, but Chin Sun assured him that Young Jae Oppa was under Chin Hae's care and recovering well. No one told him the details of the injuries. So he assumed something mild and not this severe.

Old master's eyes moved to his second daughter-in-law who had tears streaming down her face. She was pale like someone had ripped her heart out while she was still alive. He felt even more powerless not being able to protect anyone who cared for him. He wanted to storm over to the three and beat them in the same way Young Jae suffered in their hands.

"I have another good news. You remember the CEO Park of Health life hospitals. He is asking the hands of Chin Sun for marriage. Help me convenience father and grandfather for accepting his proposal. That way, we can secure the next project. He is rich, and he will take care of her.  Withal, this relationship will benefit us in business too. Please, mom." Chin Hwa spoke of his intentions as if it wouldn't ruin the life of a 19-year old girl.

Moon Sana broke the silence first. "But his younger brother is married. He doesn't have a son of marriable age right. His son is not even in middle school. For whom did he ask?"

Her naive words made him smile at her dotingly. Moon Sana and Moon Chin Sun were of the same age but with the difference of a couple of months.

"To him only." Chin Hwa's word brought delight to Choi Na Ri.

But for Old master Moon, it was a fatal blow. He had difficulty to hold his bearing. His breathing became erratic, and his leg could not hold him anymore. He almost fell on to the ground, but his daughter-in-law Ko Yun held his hand and supported him to walk into the house for rest. Her mind had only one thing in the mind. The image of her son pitifully lying in the pool of blood after he was thrown down the staircase.

Ko Yun helped the Old Master to his room. She desperately wanted to leave the room to make a call to her nephew Chin Hae and enquire about her situation. She would inform him to take his sister away as soon as possible. But the old master was still heaving and gasping for breath. She waited till him to get a little better.

She reached the door and wanted to run back to her room to get her phone.

But Old master Moon had other plans.

The old Master Moon felt stuffy. At the moment a doubt deeply sprouted at his heart about Choi Na Ri's involvement in what happened with Moon Chin Hae. Choi Na Ri led one of his grandsons astray and destroyed the life of his two grandchildren. He would not let any more of his grandchildren's life to be ruined.

"Ko Yun! Call Chin Hae. I want to talk to him right now." Old masters words came out with difficulty, but he was determined to protect all his grandchildren and atone his sins.

Moon Young Jae frowned when he received the call from the number which never called him in years.

He did not even want to greet the person on the other end. "What do you want?"

Old Master became overwhelmed when he heard his grandson's voice. "This is your grandfather speaking. I want to talk to you."

Chin Hae was losing his patience. The very thought of the old man made his skin crawl. "I know who is speaking. I asked you what you want? Either you answer me or don't waste my time with meaningless talk."

Old master knew his grandson despised him for what he did back then. Clouded by pride and others word, he went to Chin Hae's school and asked them to dismiss him for behavioural misconduct. The punch he received on his face by a boy determined to protect his grandson failed to wake him up from stupidity back then. He sometimes felt the ghost of the pain in his jaw even now. "You can't even call this old man grandfather now?"

"Respect is given because of behaviour not due to age. At least not for me!" Chin Hae spat out the words.

Those words were not new to either of them. Chin Hae's mind went to the boy little older than him, a stranger at that standing up for him. BB said the same words to the Moon family's old geezer who wanted the school to dismiss him, but BB tried his best to voice out the reasoning with the old man.  But BB lost his cool when the old man spoke about BB's upbringing. He threw a solid punch on the old man's face and spat out the words.

If Chin Hae's mother was a minute late that day, BB might have beaten the crap out of the old man.
