One thing is clear - The author has done hard work and so has his Friends, which is revealed in the book just from the first few chapters. The story is good with a little slow but the comfortable pace for a romantic-slice of life story, honestly I like the calm pace. Characters are well written, English and grammar are near perfect and if I have to give my personal opinion it seems like a novel for an anime which is honestly very amazing. I will be looking forward and wishing my best to the Author and team. Keep it up and never forget why you started writing. cheers!!!
Moderator here~. In asking about characters, I want to bring the insight that no one is actually bad or good. There is a thin line between conscience and insanity. Of course, there are many negative traits within the characters, for people always mistaken and nothing is well-structured in the world. No one is fearless, though no one doesn't have the ability of insensitivity. It's just students and their lives. ~ Also, for justification, the overall story is divided into three volumes, where each volume is individual in its mood. The first volume will have the most chapters written. Once the narrative is ended, there will be no side story things, the plot is complete.
After developing this complex and difficult work for 1.5 years, me with my friend were finally able to give it our all and try to impress readers with the detailed and intriguing plot of our book. In a nutshell, the Story is complete beforehand and has many, MANY glassy moments. It is sure to cause the reader feelings such as: depression, wariness, and anxiety. The Story is not at all what it seems at first glance, and, remarkably, it is full of many twists and turns. We have tried very hard to emphasize Character and Story Development. Since the action takes place in Tokyo, we tried our best to describe the beauty of the city and the Tokyo vibe itself. The Story won't be long or endless, for it has a written and finished finale that we can't wait to tell readers. If you like genres like teen/drama, this is the perfect book for you.
let's see! from where to start...you know, I read quite a lot of chapters and I will be reading more but I came here to write a review as I remembered it in between that I have to (if you know what i mean). So, let's see the world building and writing quality ー simply astonishing, while you read, you can imagine most of the things...these guys wrote things in such a sophisticated way, that I couldn't stop reading. Updating stability is good. And as for story development, I think the pace of the story is set from the very start from intriguing to slowly transiting across the plot. Overall, you want some romance, you want some slice-of-life with a little melodrama, Go ahead this novel is for you then! Oh my gosh! my hands are numb after reading for so long (≧▽≦) [p.s I slept in between]
Ryou is a little bit contradictory, but I'm looking forward to understand this character, to finding out how much his vehemence towards unfamiliar social interaction limits him, or the relations between him and the girl he offered to "fake-date" Also, I really am enjoying the lyrical style, that "nature-ry" flow that equally describes girl's lips and characters in general. Good stuff!
One thing is very prominent in this writing- the effort of the authors. They not only have brought out the romantic element to the writing but also such "taboo" topics regarding depression, lack of self-confidence, and esteem. I like how the writing flow is smooth yet each and every word can grip you and pull you. Perfect grammar and transition to scenes. good job!
I really wanted to like it more, but maybe I'm just not used to reading the LN style of novels. For me the writing felt too stiff and constricted to be enjoyable the whole way. I think you could improve by balancing description with action/dialogue especially in the first chapter, and consider which words to put where would make the story more cohesive and make more sense, or flow better. Sometimes it seemed like there were too many things being described, like his whole routine from morning to evening without any major events to keep audience interest. However, what I liked was the attention to detail. I did think it is cool that you made the scenes so intricately put together, and the amount of details was enough. Well done on this novel, and with further consideration on the style of writing and expression of what you want to show readers, I think it can be an even better and more wonderful book than it already is with such a great concept.
I must commend your writing quality. There is something about the way that you write which captivates me. I read the first few chapters and I just love the storyline. I love Ryou's character and every time I read about him, I wonder what goes on in his mind. What is he thinking? Keep up the good work!
