Looking around all the dead bodies, Isaac's eyes fell on Elyon's corpse. There was something about Elyon that caught Isaac's attention. It was the crystal blue bracelet that Elyon was wearing on his left hand.

What caught Isaac's attention was the runes drawn on the bracelet. Isaac's knowledge of runes had greatly increased after getting his Rune King class. Even though at his current level, the third former prince of the Aetas Empire cannot comprehend the complex words, he still can tell just from a glance that this bracelet was a very valuable item.

After removing the Bracelet, Isaac closely began to inspect the bracelet. The words written on the bracelet were very small and written in some complex language that even he wouldn't understand.

Isaac was beyond happy seeing the functions of the bracelet. The system only allowed Isaac to see others' levels but didn't reveal anything about their class. But with the bracelet, Isaac will have more information on his enemies which will give him a big advantage in a fight.

"With the addition of [20+] mana, my mana also has broken the 100 mark which is a huge thing considering the fact that I still haven't broken into gold rank or above level 25."

Isaac didn't have much time to waste. "I also need to pay the unsettled debt." Isaac's eyes turned colder thinking about Xavion. From the beginning, he knew that it was a matter of time before Xavion betrayed or tried to do something to him.

The Bracelet of Elf Emperor started working and showed Isaac the level and class of every people. The group had 13 people in it. From their low levels, it was clear that these people had started leveling up yesterday. Before the apocalypse, they were slaves and peasants living in the slum.

"Let's see 9+13 is 22. Adding all the other evolvers fighting at the front, it looks like the leader of this base is better than Xavion. If the evolvers of this base were given a few more days to level up, then I fear with their numbers of evolvers they easily could have taken our base which only had 7 evolvers."

Without saying anything the group of 13 evolvers started attacking Isaac seeing the dead bodies of their seniors. Among the group, there were a few mages as well.

Isaac reacted quickly. Like a wind, he appeared on another roof. Turning around, Isaac saw the house get destroyed by two attacks from the mages. Seeing how destructive these mages' attacks were, Isaac decided to start with the mages first.

Unfortunately for group C, Isaac was an irregular being in this world. Not even 5 seconds had passed since the group had started attacking Isaac, Jamie Coppershadow who was one of the swordmen in the group looked around in fear as his entire body tremble.

"But how?" Jamie looked at the corpses of the people that he started calling comrades less than 24 hours ago now were lying dead around him.

"Hey!" Jamie almost jumped out in fright feeling someone touching his shoulder.

Hearing the unfamiliar voice and the killing intent, Jamie felt his entire body stiffen. Like a robot, Jamie turned his head around only to see the handsome-looking man whose entire body was soaked in rain. This was the same man who had killed his so-called comrades in less than 5 seconds.

"Wh....what do you want?" Jamie fell to his knees as his body started to tremble. Unlike other people, Jamie had a weak heart. He is scared of many things. Even a rat can scare him to death. Jamie still remembers how frightened he was when the leader of the base bought a half-dead level 1 zombie and ordered him to kill that zombie.

Seeing the innocent look on Jamie's face, Isaac changed his mind. He had purposely left Jamie alive to gain more information on the enemy. Isaac had made up his mind to take out both base enemies. For that to happen smoothly, Issac would need some information and people like Jamie who had a weak heart was perfect information supplier.

"Jamie, why don't you tell more about your base?" Hearing the cold tone, Jamie was even more frightened. The little bit of intention to not open his mouth instantly disappeared.

Isaac left Jamie alone as he knew that people like Jamie who had weak hearts won't be able to survive in this apocalyptic world.

From the information, Isaac got from Jamie. Isaac learned many things. The base was called Mutant base. The base had two leaders who were best friends. One of them was Alex and the other was his best friend. While Alex was the brain of the base, his best friend was the body and power that quickly made the Mutant Base this powerful in just two days.

According to the original plan, Elyon was supposed to kill Isaac and then join the Mutant base. Alex was sent there to bring Elyon who had the power of beginning gold rank cultivator. With Elyon, the Mutant base had enough forces to kill Xavion.

But due to Isaac's appearance, the whole plan was destroyed. Silver who has Alex's best friend and also the leader of the Mutant Base got worried when Alex didn't show up in time so he sent group C to investigate the reason.

According to Jamie, Alex and Silver forced every survivor in the base to level up at least a few times so that their bodies would be stronger and the chances of death will be lowered.

The Mutant base now had 38 more evolvers. One-third of them was fighting in the southwest, fighting Aleesia. Since Elyon had betrayed Xavion, he naturally had sold all the information Xavion's base evolvers.

"Meaning, Aleesia, and Aymer would be occupied for a while."

While chaos and bloodshed were taking place in the southern part of the slum area, a certain figure freely flew in the air. The rain or the strong wind doesn't seem to affect the figure. The figure moved faster than the speed of light.

About 20 km above Eastfox city, the figure stopped moving for a moment and curiously looked at the certain figure that has managed to catch its interest.

"Now that's interesting. I have never seen such an abnormal soul before. It looks like I won't be bored for a while." In the dark, rainy storm when the whole world was evolving because of the evolution system, the figure stood 20 km above the ground, in the sky like and began to observe the irregular soul that had captured her interest.
