This is just me scribbling nonsense, don't take it too seriously... Basically, MC is a Martell, he was born before the war of the usurper and right after the war of the nine penny kings. he would lead the Dornish to the road of independence, with guns and cannons... MC x Ashara, not a harem. This is more of an idea rather than a full story, you can tell by the way I wrote it, so I probably won't update this at all. also, it's an IDEA, don't complain about short chapters, I'll turn it into a full story once my other fanfic is finished, assuming that nobody wants to pick it up. lots of cringy sentences, illogical events, etc. you have been warned lol. if anyone wants to refine it or rewrite it entirely, feel free to do so. In 264 AC, Prince Morian Nymeros Martell, the last son of the ruling Princess of Dorne at that time, was born as the sun dawned at the east of Sunspear after a long and gruelling birth process. His mother would be severely weakened after his birth, as she was already old and never supposed to bear a child again, but fate tells a different story.
As the birth went by, the entire entity of the Old Palace was praying to the seven, praying for the Princess's health and Morian, as the Princess of Dorne had a history of having a child that died in the cradle. They were nervous, especially Doran and Oberyn, Morian's brothers, they were worried about the baby, and their mother.
Thankfully, the worst didn't come, the Princess of Dorne recovered, though not entirely as she was severely weakened, and the young Prince lived. That year, Sunspear celebrated the birth of Morian Martell, the vassals of house Martell sent gifts for him, and the Martells opened the Water Garden to the smallfolk as a sign of celebration. To them, it was just a celebration for the birth of a prince, but what they didn't know was that in the future, that boy would become a fierce leader in the time of war. Known to his countrymen as "the Sun of Dorne" or "Morian the Wise", while his enemies will call him many things throughout his life, Among it, were 'The Monster of Dorne', 'The Miracle of the desert', and the most famous of all, 'The Black Hawk'.
One thing to note about his birth, is that he has a feature that none of his brothers and sister have, his eyes are different, he has clear blue eyes, like his Andals ancestors before him. His sister, Elia, adored the eyes, she said that 'it looked like the colour of the clear dornish sky in the afternoon.' her brothers also agreed, as Oberyn, his brother, also commented that the babe's eye shape was like a hawk's head, and he hoped that his brother would be as sharp as a hawk, and later on, he will know that he's right on his guess.
