Ohara Pt. 1

"What do you want mean we have a problem?" Percy asked into the den den mushi as he sat on the lawn chair on his battleship sailing in the Grand line.

It's been a year since Percy and Orange had their little "vacation", and they have yet to return back to Marineford. Since then, they have been wandering around the front half of the Grand line, going nowhere in particular.

"Ever heard of Poneglyphs?" Sengoku asked from the other line

"Of course" Percy answered honestly.

"Well, we got word from cipher pol that a group of archeologists were doing research on the Poneglyphs again. This has been a taboo subject since the founding of the world government over 800 years ago" Sengoku stated.

"Right..." Percy lazed on, "and how does this concern me?"

"I already talked to the gorosei, they want you to lead the charge. A buster call has been issued and we want all evidence to be erased."

"From where?" Percy asked as if he didn't already know.

"Ohara" Sengoku said solemnly

"Is this knowledge legit? Who gave it to us?"

"Cp-9. The head is Spandine" Sengoku answered

"Can he be trusted" Percy further questioned.

"I collaborated his answer with other sources, he is correct. Ohara is indeed researching Poneglyphs. We need to end their research once and for all. I will send Borsalino, Kuzan, Sakazuki, Julius, and Take with you. They are all potential admirals in waiting. I want you to evaluate how they handle the situation and report back to me. Don't interfere unless necessary" Sengoku gave additional orders. Against a single island, an admiral was already too much firepower, let alone 5 vice admirals.

"Understood" Percy said as he tried to formulate a plan. He needed to reach Ohara before the buster call did; that or the revolutionary army had to. After he hung up with the fleet admiral, Percy dialed dragon's number,

*peroperopero peroperopero peroperopero*

*katcha* "It's unusual for you to call me-"

"no time for all that now" Percy cut Dragon off. He started to head towards his personal office where he would be alone. When he knew he was alone, Percy sighed and sat down at his desk. "This needs to be done quick. If done right, we could have a weapon that could shift the war in our favor in the future."

"I'm listening" Dragon urged on, not commenting on how Percy interrupting him. He knew what the tone in Percy's voice meant.

"Ohara is about to be destroyed. I'm heading there now with a buster call. Not just any buster call, but with Sakazuki and Borsalino with me as well. Sengoku wants everyone on that island dead. We need to make sure that does not happen."

"What's so important on that island?" Dragon asked curiously.

"The past" Percy said seriously. "They are researching the void century"

"The void century!" Dragon almost shouted. "Isn't that something you should have led with?!"

"Well...I could have" Percy admitted. "You need to get there as soon as possible. I will try delay the buster call as much as I can. But cp-9 is adamant that I do this now, so my hands are tied up to a point. I can only guarantee only so much."

There was a pause as Dragon calculated with one of the navigators in the room,

"Give me 3, no, two and a half days and I can guarantee that I can get the researchers off the island."

"Someone has to be there" Percy said in a low voice which made Dragon pause. "We can't show up and find a completely empty island, it'll be too suspicious."

"...You're right, I'll talk with my commanders and we'll come up with a solution. We'll let you know" Dragon said in a serious tone.

"You can't. After this, I will be rendezvousing with my vice admirals and then we will be heading to Ohara. I cannot be seen contacting you. You will have to be creative on your own. I trust you Dragon" Percy said confidently.

"Next time we talk, we will have men and women that can read Poneglyphs in the army, BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA" Dragon laughed as he hung up.

[just like his father] Percy shook his head as he too hung up the den den mushi.

"So, what do you think?" Dragon asked his commanders that were sitting in the conference room.

"Vi think that storming in there is the worst case scenario- hee haw!" an effeminate man said from one of the chairs.

"I agree with Ivankov" Bartholomew Kuma said in an another tall chair, "we are given a god-sent opportunity. If we can have these people read Poneglyphs, perhaps they can helps us narrate what happened during the void century."

"Who care about that? What about the weapons? That's what's more important. I hear that the Poneglyphs hide ancient weapons that can destroy entire islands. We need those if we want to destroy those nobles" a mink said as he tinkered with a weapon at the table.

"Is weapons all you think about Lindbergh-boy?" Ivankov asked

"No...mostly...yes....mostly" Lindbergh responded as he didn't look up.

"What do you think?" Dragon asked as he looked at the last person sitting at the conference table. He was bald, wearing a crow mask over his face, and his body seemed to be constantly moving all at once.

"......."

"Vhat Karasu-boy?"

Veins bulged out of his head as Karasu adjusted his speaker and repeated his words

"I told you, the problem isn't getting to Ohara, it's staging the accident."

"Crow-boy is right hee-haw" Ivankov said nodding his head, "without someone taking the fall, all fingers will point to our man rhino-boy."

"We can't have that" Lindbergh said as he continued to tinker, "he's our only source of information at the moment. Until Doflamingo successfully infiltrates like he says he would, Percy's all we got."

"We need a solution then" Kuma said as he turned to Dragon, "should we frame a pirate group? We can easily make this happen. It should be no problem for us."

"No" the leader said as he shook his head, "Sengoku is far too intelligent to fall for a ploy like that. If they smell anything like a conspiracy underneath their noses, they will tear the entire Grand line apart searching for the Ohara researchers. We need something real."

"Ven what do you suggest Vragon hee-haw?"

"Either some of the researchers stay and fall with the island or... we think of another solution while we sail there. We have two and half days to get there and get everyone off that island. Let's go."

Dragon stood up followed by the rest of the commanders. As they exited the conference room, they were greeted by thousands of training soldiers and samurai preparing for war. Oden and Toki were running around with their children Momonosuke and Hiyori. The scabbards watched on as they saw Dragon and his commanders leave the building.

"I'm surprised that you came with us?" Dragon said as the family followed the revolutionary leader towards the docked ships at the harbor.

"Well, Wano is boring right now. I can't negotiate to save my life. The old geezers are dragging their feet. We decided we want another vacation WAHAHAHAHAHAHA" Oden laguhed.

Dragon smiled which surprised everyone. It was rare to see their feared leader show any expression on his face.

"Where are you headed?" Toki asked curiously

"West Blue" Kuma said pointedly.

"I smell adventure" Oden's eyes glinted, "I will come with you."

"Mhmm" Toki nodded her head in agreement

"Vhat about the children Toki-boy hee-haw?" Ivankov asked confused.

"They were with us when we traveled to Laughtale, they will be fine" Toki shrugged it off. "Anyways, think of this as thanks for taking us with you after helped restore Wano. We don't even know how to begin to to repay you guys."

"No problem hee-haw" Ivankov smiled

"How far is it from here?" Hiyori asked as she was sitting on Oden's shoulders

"Around two days" Lindbergh said as he floated in the air with his air contraptions

"That's not that far then" Momonosuke said as he cuddled into his mother's breasts

"Vno Vit's Vnot" Ivankov agreed, "luckily we are close. If ve vere still in Vano, Then ve vould van veen veen in vig trouble Momo-boy hee-haw"

Dragon nodded in agreement. They were in paradise at the moment which was a stroke of luck for the revolutionary army. If they were any further, or if they were in any other base, this could have gone worse for them. Fortunately, it did not. This it did however reinforce the idea that the revolutionary army needed more bases and commanders spread throughout the world just like the navy.

"Let's go. Time to save lives."
