(Just to avoid any misunderstanding. The Tiger beast man hero here isn't Tiger from the anime. The guy from the anime isn't even a tiger.)

Outside the bank.

"ORA!" shouts a lion beast man as he cleaves the air with his claws.

The target, a tiger beast man jumps back slightly and evades the attack. Large wound apparent on his body with blood flowing out slowly.

The lion beast man is smiling wide as he sees the state of his opponent.

"Do you see cousin? I have been training freely while using the immense amount of money I have been making. Unhindered by duties and all that has been taking your time because of being a hero! I am the true Alpha! Hindered by nobodies rules!"

He says with the purpose to humiliate the tiger hero and break his psyche.

It is true in a way. Tiger is one of the strongest heroes of japan. He is out patrolling most of the day. When he isn't out fighting crime he is either sleeping or working on his reputation with interviews and tv channels. He hasn't been training correctly for a really long time.

But Tiger doesn't break his stature. He cant let himself be affected by his words. If he dies now what will the poor police men do? How will the people at home seeing him through TV be affected by his death? Would he allow the kids watching from home see him get his stomach opened and hir organs gushing out?

Of course not!

"Come on cousin! The winner of this match is evident by your state! I'm barely hurt while you are at deaths door!"

Lion says with his hand raised in a fist and his smile the widest it has ever been.

Ever since childhood he was the strongest kid he had known, and he was proud of it. Affected by a Childs immaturity he felt like he was destined to be the king of the world. But then his fathers sibling moved in the building next door.

He heard that his untie had a son. 'A very strong tiger' his father used to tell him. Lion went to their house while they where moving to meet his strong cousin. In his mind he was unrivalled in his generation.

He was the king of the jungle! Destined to rule all!

So he wanted to challenge his cousin and make him a part of his group of lackies.

But he was proven wrong that day. His cousin not only exceeded his expectations but even used his magnificent golden fur to clean the floor.

That was the day that their rivalry begun.

Tiger didnt think much of his stupid cousin challenging him, he was stronger and grew faster. In his eyes he would never loose. And that proved correct.

No matter how much lion trained to beat him he always lost.

The reason for that is because Tiger was training too. It wasn't to beat his delinquent cousin, it was because he wanted to be a hero. He had a great quirk, boosting his physical abilities to great extent and even giving him claws, proving him a deadly fighter. So he wanted to use his strength for a living. He also admired heroism and justice. So of course he chose to be a hero.

But lion wasn't like that. Lion just wanted power, to dominate every enemy.

Lion was left in the dust by his cousin. And he couldn't forgive him.

He dropped out of school, subsequently he entered the world of crime. On the premise that he will be a the strongest villain and beat his cousin with all the power he would have accumulated over the years.

There his horizons widened further. Strong people where everywhere. Some strong enough to force him to bow his head to them, making him swallow his pride. He learnt that he could never become the strongest villain no matter how many lives he had.

Instead he steeled himself and trained. Trained to one day beat his life long enemy. Through his training he met many heroes and killed them. Honing his skill for his life long goal. To remove his face from the earth.

The face he hated the most. Every fiber of his being set to overcoming his life long rival.

Tiger.

He would rip him to shreds and show him who the strongest feline was!

He just had to wait for the day to come, the day where he meets with him again. Himself as a villain and his cousin as a Hero.

Today he was supposed to be robbing a very big bank. He was supposed to work with another strong villain by the name of Rhino and two overpaid mercenaries.

He had money so he wanted to refuse at first and train. But it was 'His' order. Death was better than what 'that' person would do to him if he refused.

And he also realized that his cousin would be patrolling close to that region. A fire ignited in his soul at the prospect of finally getting to show his cousin who the strongest one was.

He was also given a secret weapon. But he didn't want to use a drug like that to achieve his victory. He wanted to earn it with his own power.

And here he was. His cousin riddled with wounds while he only had a couple small scars.

He had won, finally beaten his cousin who always was ahead of him. Fulfilling his purpose.

He was overjoyed.

He was laughing, beaming in joy.

"Come on Tiger! Show me that you still have some fight in you! I will make you feel the pain that I've gone through all these years!"

He shouts with his arms stretched out. Flaunting his muscles and 4 giant white canines.

Lion attacks tiger with his claws again only to narrowly miss. After he evaded lions attack tiger left five open wounds on lions side with a swipe of his own.

"I might be injured but that doesn't mean you can look down on me Lion!"

Lion grabs his right side where the bloody wounds are and growls loudly at Tiger that was now to his side.

Lion takes the offensive and starts swiping his claws at tiger in a rage. Tiger evades most attacks, barely being grazed.

He doesn't keep it up for long as another one of Lions attacks lands on him entirely and throws him a couple meters away on the ground.

Another gushing wound is left on Tiger with blood rushing out.

Tiger tries to get up but most of his strength has already left his body due to the intense blood loss.

"Ha Ha Haaa!"

Lion strides to tiger confidently.

"This is your end tiger! You are going to die at the hands of Lion! In front of the whole world to see!"

Lion steps on Tigers back, pushing him further into the ground and making him spill even more blood from his wounds and mouth.

Raising his claws in the air Lion pauses his movement.

"Any last words? Cousin?"

Tiger moves his head slightly, barely conscious.

He looks at Lion and spits on him.

"You are too late fucker."

His head falls to the ground unconscious.

Lion is enraged at Tigers actions and swings his claws to his neck, not even stopping to think about tigers words.

But his hand doesnt come down. Lion feels a large hand grasping his arm.

He tries to remove his hand but it doesn't budge.

He takes a look at who is behind him and his face turns a couple shades whiter.

A man slightly taller than him at 2 meters tall wearing white suit with a pink tie.

His skin mostly dark blue with a white chin and white areas around his red eyes. His dark skin forming multiple deformities. A fin on the back of his neck, two long and thick pieces resting on his chest and a cape like extension on his back.

"Take him to the hospital. Fast!"

A figure clad in dark suits come from behind the figure and take the gravely injured Tiger hero efficiently. Taking him to the ambulance right behind the police.

The big black and white figure looks down on the villain mincingly with his red eyes.

"G-Gang Orca!"

Lion is extremely afraid as he realizes the gravity of the situation.

Gang Orca is one of the strongest Heroes, his spot in the top 20 heroes of japan.

With immense physical strength, speed and durability he is one of the physically strongest heroes. And his main ability allows him to discharge hypersonic waves from his temple to paralyze and even hurt anybody unlucky enough to take the hit.

Lion attacks Gang orca with his free arm in desperation but before his attack manages to reach him Gang orca already landed a blow on his rib cage, breaking a couple bones and throwing him off to the building wall nearby.

Lion looks up from the ground at gang orcas tall and menacing figure walking towards him slowly.

'F*cking shit! What is this bastard doing here?! Right when I was about to kill Tiger too!'

Lion tries to get up despite his injury but doesn't have enough time as gang orca reaches him and sends a hard kick to his chest, throwing him to the air as his whole ribcage cracks due to the impact.

"Fighting back is useless."

Lion lands on the ground a couple meters away on his back.

He didn't know what to do at this point, there really wasn't any chance for him to win. if he was at top condition he might have been able to land a hit but that its. Now he already is tired from his fight with Tiger and he is injured as well.

And then he remembered.

Trigger

He was given a new trigger version produced by one of kyodais laboratories. It was stronger than the illegal trigger in America that recently appeared. but it is still in a prototype version. He moves his twitching arm and takes the trigger from his pocket.

He didnt want to use it against Tiger since he wanted to beat him with his true strength. But now his goal has been completed, there is no reason to hold back on it.

"I'm gonna kill you!"

He shouts as he punctures his neck with the greenish-red drug.

His body starts to deform as he shouts in pain. His body heals its previous injuries as it transforms. His mane grows longer and his muscles bulge even more.

Gang Orca looks at what is happening in front of him and turns serious. All the heroes of the country of course new of the new drug from America that has been entering Japan. Trigger.

He didn't think that the villain Lion would have some and use it. But this trigger looked diffrent from the briefing. This one was greenish red rather than pure red. This could mean bad news.

He clicks his tongue at his mistake. He should have apprehended him faster instead of taking his time. Now the situation might get grave since the strength of this trigger is unknown.

"Evacuate the vicinity. The villain has used a altered trigger."

"Ok boss!"

The orca gang members run and inform the police of the Orcas order. Heroes are not in the position to order the police but the situation could turn dire fast. And Gang Orca has a lot of weight to his words because of his high rank and strength.

The leader of the police teams orders the police men to move their positions further away from the fight just about when Lion was finished with his transformation.

The new Lion is around 5 meters tall with bulging muscles to complement his new hight, his mane growing up to his wide shoulders.

He roars in rage as his now red eyes open.

Gang Orca gets in his fighting position and attacks the villain with a right straight punch.

Lion doesn't evade and tries to tank the blow.

The punch lands on his stomach but lion doesnt sustain any damage as he swings his large claws to Orca, who in turn jumps back and evades the blow.

The palm scrapes through the ground and rips the asphalt of the road like its soft jelly.

unaffected from ripping a chunk out of the ground lion continues to swing his arms wildly at orca, his roars making a small shockwave that passes through gang Orcas body.

Orca evades the hits and land some of his own on lion with the help of his hypersonic waves that slow down the villains movements. His attacks deal more and more damage to the villain.

The more attacks Orca lands the more the damage he has inflicted builds up and burdens the villains movements.

Still Orca pays heavy attention to evading the blows of lion. Trigger has boosted his strength beyond the levels that where discussed in the briefing. Any of his attacks could afflict substantial damage to the hero. The claws of the beast cutting through everything like butter.

Suddenly lion stops swinging and pounces at gang orca with a hook.

gang orca didn't react fast enough to the change in movement and resorts to blocking the attack with the bracers on his arms.

The attack lands , producing a loud metallic impact sound as Orca sinks his feet in the ground to keep himself steady.

He is having a hard time withstanding the hit. His bracers cracking due to the ongoing collision.

He is dragged a couple meters backwards before he directs the blow to the side. Making the Lion smash through the thick concrete walls behind him.

Gang Orca thinks back at what just happened and realizes that he had gotten to used to the villain doing swipe attacks. He didn't account for a punch and was caught off guard. hence he couldn't evade it.

His arms feel numb due to the force of the hit but he didn't sustain any further damage.

He turns around to face the villain that has fallen to the ground and takes the opportunity to land a series of blows on his head. Knocking him out.

The now knocked out Lion shrinks back down to his original form.

Now that this villain is done in he can focus on whoever else is in the bank. He start walking towards the Bank entrance.

Suddenly from the inside of the building loud impact and breaking noises can be heard. Quickly the noises become louder as whatever is making them is coming closer. The trembling of the ground becoming more acute

Orca gets back in his combat position ready for what is coming next.

He doesn't have to wait long as the thick bank wall ruptures with a big grey figure flying through.

Gang Orca looks at the big grey figure on the ground. It was one of the villains he was informed are here when they called him for reinforcements. Rhino.

Rhino didn't have many achievements but in the short fights he has been in his combat ability was shown to be quite high. He doesn't know of martial arts or anything decent but his immense punching force and the very durable body of his is more than enough to carry him up to the higher rankings of the villain hierarchy.

Quite a bit higher than Lion.

gang orca looks back to the new opening in the wall as he hears footsteps coming from there.

A short figure appears, walking out of the hole leisurely.

"See? isn't it better out here than inside. I swear the staleness in the air and the constricted atmosphere was harmful to our hygiene!"

A robotic voice rings out from the short figure. It was evident that he was using a voice changer. And that he was joking.

Gang Orca seems familiar with the figure. Searching through his memories he remembers a specific conversation that was happening when he was called to a hero meeting about the trigger.

One of the first trigger shipments was interrupted by a vigilante. Not only that but he defeated a strong pro hero right after without any injuries. His quirk was initially though to be a passive strength enhancing one but that was later proven wrong when he caused a white flame to surround him and strengthen him. As well as causing a explosion from his hands.

On a more normal situation this would be reason enough to cause a manhunt for the vigilante. They knew his active locations and the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. They could find him easily.

But it seems that the vigilante is quite capable in keeping criminals in check in his region, as well as smelling out and shutting down any trigger research labs.

So the government opted to not hunt him yet. Instead just let him loose until they have more info on him and they have enough manpower to deal with the research labs by themselves efficiently.

Until then he is not to be directly hunted down. But if someone comes into contact with him they are allowed apprehend him. Considering they have the necessary combat strength to accomplish that feat.

Imp looks at gang Orca who was already eying him. He looks surprised seeing the dark blue hero.

Suddenly Imp rushes towards Gang Orca at very fast speed, enough to take him by surprise.

Gang Orca quickly moves his hands in front of him to protect himself from Imps attack.

'He is fasts! Wasn't he supposed to be as fast as Rocketeer? Is rocketeer this fast?'

Imps reaches in front of the hero but suddenly stops 2 meters away from him. Confusing Orca who was expecting to get hit.

"Gang Orca! I wanted to meet you for a long time!"

Imp looks up at the surprised hero who is currently processing the situation. His voice was genuine. He truly wanted to meet the heroes of the main plot, especially the strong ones.

Orca doesn't waste any time and gets in a fighting stance.

Imp sees Orca getting in his fighting stance and moves his hands in a blocking motion.

"Mr. Orca Im honestly friendly! I do not want to fight you, it is not my intention! I'm just kind of a fan!"

Gang Orca is troubled slightly at the vigilantes words. Going by the info he has on Imp he knows he is quite friendly to heroes. So he knows he doesn't have to necessarily get in to a fight with him.

But he is a hero, and Imp is a criminal according to anti vigilante laws. Its his duty to apprehend him. Especially on live TV.

Gang Orca makes up his mind and attacks Imp with a punch. Only for Imp to vanish.

'What was that? That movement was way faster than his previous dash!'

Imp appears right next to the hero.

"I guess you are not much of a talker huh"

Orca looks to his side at Imp and attacks with his other arm. only for it to not land yet again. Imp reappears a couple meters away.

Gang Orca looks serious

'There is no mistaking its ! He is way faster than the reports! His speed Is comparable to the heroes in the top 10! I dont know about his power but I cant keep up with his speed, I will have to land a hypersonic wave to paralyze him'

A waves travels from Gang Orcas head towards Imp. So concentrated that they distort the air.

Imps was expecting the move and evaded yet again, this time appearing behind Gang Orca.

"Why so much on the offensive? Cant we just talk?"

Gang Orca doesnt listen to him. He continues trying to fight Imp. Not landing a single hit.

Further away on the ground Rhino is getting up from the spot he had landed.

He was previously attacked by Imp multiple times. Each hit at the limits of what his body could take without severe damage. and faster than what he could react to.

But he noticed something. The punches that he suffered where not normal punches. They where weird, looking at it back now imp wasn't dealing impactful damage his hits where more like strong pushing.

Imp wasn't being serious. He was playing with him. From start to end. He was much stronger that he has shown.

And by the looks of it he is even stronger than Gang Orca himself. Something that he would have never believed if he didn't see it with his own eyes. Gang orca hasn't landed a single hit, and through Imps demeanor he can see that he wasn't even taking Gang seriously. He was still trying to persuade gang to talk.

If he wanted to escape now is the best time. Both dangers where fighting against each other. not paying him any attention.

But he didn't want to. His pride was defiled when Imp played with him like a toy. Someone so small and care free. Someone who is supposed to be a simple vigilante.

He was searing in hatred. He wanted to slaughter him. And he was given the power to do it.

It wasn't just Lion who got the Ideo trigger prototype. He was given a capsule as well. It could end up quite badly since its just a prototype. Side effects are sure to happen.

But it was worth it.

He placed the capsule on his neck and punctured the needle in his body.

The red-green liquid was being emptied in his bloodstream. Pain took over as his body was starting to mutate at impossible speeds. He screamed and as he started banging the ground. Causing the ground to tremble.

Both Imp and Orca stopped moving and looked over to Rhino.

Orca was conflicted. The Trigger boosted Rhino is a very big threat. But the vigilante next to him was exceedingly strong as well. From the fact that he can make out that he truly isn't Imps opponent. At least in speed.

So the realistic thing to do is fight Rhino. Whom he can probably beat. But he cant just leave another criminal by himself. Since there are no other heroes here.

But it is true that Imp up until now had not been aggressive at all. He didn't even try to attack him even though he had all the chances in the world to.

"Do you need help?"

Orca hears Imps mechanical voice and turns his head towards him. Imps was standing with his arms crossed looking at Rhino. His body language showing that he wasn't taking Rhino seriously. Which is quite surprising since he should also know the power of the drug. He was continuously involving himself with the trigger labs.

He was still considering if he could trust the friendly vigilante. But time is running out. Rhino is about to end transforming.

'I guess there is no other option.'

"Imp. Can I trust that you have good intentions?"

Imp looks back at Orcas serious gaze. He slimes slightly under the mask. Imp is pleased that Orca decided to trust him, even if slightly. This will help secure a friendlier relationship with heroes.

"Yes. I though that was clear already. "

At Imps reply Orca nods. It didn't look like he was lying. He knew better than to believe him. But Imp most likely wont attack him.

Rhino raised himself completely of the ground with explosive strength. He raised his head and Roared loudly with madness in his eyes. His current body was filled with even more muscle and standing at over 9 meters tall.

Orca got ready to fight Rhino who became a beast because of the trigger. A strong one.

"A Hero cant get the help of a vigilante. That would make us look bad."

Imp was looking at Orcas stubborn expression, he understands that a hero working with a vigilante will cause many issues. Especially for a high ranking hero like Orca. He wanted to tell him that it was a better alternative than getting his ass beat. This wasn't normal trigger, and it was a pretty strong villain who is using it.

But he wanted to see Orcas strength in person. And who knows. Maybe Orca can beat the villain. Its quite possible with his quirk.

Rhino stared at the duo with his crazy gaze and run towards them at full speed. His enormous muscly body defying logic and accelerating faster than it should be. Trying to ram into them.

Orca was surprised at his speed and evaded the attack by side jumping. imp jumped in the air and landed on the bank building behind him. A not so well thought out move as Rhino collided with the building, tearing through the walls like they where made out of paper.

Imp quickly jumps over to the next building as the bank collapses on Rhino. The multiple floors falling like dominos due to the loss of support.

You would think that he would have been injured with all the tons of concrete and metal that fell in him but he was barely affected. His Thick skin having prevented most damage. Rhino pushes all the concrete that fell on him apart and gets out of the rubble.

He searches for his target and rushes at Orca who he happened to find first. Gang Orca doesn't miss the chance and discharges hypersonic waves towards Rhino. The closer he got the more it affected him but it was still not enough as he punches down at Gang.

Orca evaded the hit and took the chance to counter with a punch of his own, The hit land but its ineffective as Orca does not have the necessary power behind his attacks to deal damage to the armored beast.

From then on started a spree of attacks from Rhino. Breaking the ground with every missed hit. Orca evades the attacks just like before by either side stepping or jumping away. When he can he takes advantage of any opening and delivers attacks to the giant body of rhino.

Slowly he deals more and more damage. To Igarashis surprise If he can keep this up he can beat beat the villain.

As Igarashi waits on top of another building for his time to intervene he feels the ki signature of someone kind of strong entering his ki sense range. The person in particular is flying quite fast in a zig zag motion.

Igarashi looks towards his location. The hero seems to have grappling hooks imbued on his hands. His grappling hooks penetrate surfaces and then pull him towards the location.

As he gets closer to the ongoing fight he shoots a hook at Rhinos hand which was delivering a hit to gang orca. The hood lodges itself into his skin, not really bothering Rhino.

He then aims the same hand launcher towards the ground and shoots again.

Suddenly the metallic rope that connects both ends starts to decrease in length. It would be more accurate to say that the hooks where pulling on each other.

Rhinos punch was dissuaded from the original target and hits towards the left, the place where the grappling ho--. No. The tether, is lodged into his skin.

Seeing that his move worked a smile appears on his face. And he finally shouts his Identity.

"I am Tether! I have come to assist the situation!"

Gang orca looks towards the new figure for a second and nods his head in acknowledgement. But his enemy doesnt give him time to rest.

Rhino breaks the tether with relative ease and continues his rampage.

With the new hero tethering different limbs of Rhino to either himself or heavy objects Rhino find himself in a even bigger disadvantage. And Orca lands more hits on the beast.

The hits dont really damage the berserker but they have to tire it out eventually.

After a little boring while of watching the heroes fight the giant in such a simple manner a new person entered the scene. Or should I say re-entered?

One of the mercenaries, the daughter, had woken up.

Igarashi can sense her body movement indicating her coming back to consciousness. But he doesn't pay any mind to it and continues watching the battle.

As time passes she gets up and recovers.

That is when she noticed it, The state of her mother. She might have been a awful parent to her her whole life, but she was still her mother. She loved her regardless.

At first confusion takes over her, but she breaks out of it and starts checking every injury she has.

She starts crying as she sees the damage done to her. She know she wont die from it. She can lay there for a while until she is in urgent need for a doctor. She has passed threw worse injuries in her carrier.

Nevertheless though. Her knee was busted for good. It wasn't a fracture or any 'normal' injury. Since she was a professional she knew that was made from a grip. Which means she will likely remain with a single leg the rest of her life.

Which is same with death.

Its as such because if she isn't working as a agent for 'the company' then she is just another person who could 'spill the beans' to enemies. The company themselves will kill her eventually.

Tears start rolling out of her eyes, getting more intense until her eyes resemble open taps.

She hugs her mother with love. Something she hasn't done for many years. In her eyes. her mother is already dead. What is another couple days until the company sends someone to kill her?

She now realizes how important her mother is to her.

And her injuries?

They are his fault!

HIS FAULT!

She gets up fast and summons a sniper with her quirk. Her quirk can make any already existing hot weapon. Other than big bombs.

Her mothers was similar yet different. She could make cold weapons and control their size/length.

The more her mother comes to her mind the more she feels sad and the more rage that clouds her thoughts. Gritting her teeth until they are at the verge of breaking.

She walks outside of the bank and doesn't even care about the earthquaking fight happening only 50 or so meters away from her.

"WHERE ARE YOU BASTARD!"

"WHERE DID YOU GO YOU FUCKER!"

"IM GONNA SLAUGHTER YOU AND AVENGE MY MOTHER!"

"SLAUGHTER YOU!"

She screamed in her raged state. Only thinking about taking her revenge.

The heroes where too busy with Rhino to pay enough attention to her, they only listened to her words and nothing else.

Igarashi doesn't respond either. He has a inkling feeling that things are about to heat up.

And heat up they do.

The crazed woman realizes that he isn't responding to her and she has no clue where he is. So she opts for another well known tactic.

She aims towards the heroes.

"MOTHERFUCKER! WONT YOU COME AND PROTECT YOUR FRIENDS?!"

At this point the heroes where forced to pay attention to her and specifically the barrel that is aiming at them.

Both their faces pale, they cant fight Rhino while under fire. And they cant split up in time for one of them to take her down while the other keeps Rhino occupied.

The mercenary puts her finger on the trigger. ready to shoot at Tether.

'DONT TELL ME I DIDNT WARN YOU!"

The Heroes at this point where trying their hardest to get out of her line of sight and find cover, but they couldn't due to Rhino

She makes the motion of pressing the trigger just as both heroes change their focus to her.

'This is bad!' x2

And at the same moment Igarashi lands in the way of the shot faster than the speed of sound.

The trigger was pulled and the bullet came towards him. Hitting him in the chest.

The heroes watch as the young man gets shot by the high caliber rifle.

Even Rhinos attention was taken from the heroes and looked to wards the rifle, where the loud noise came.

The woman was about to celebrate as she saw him taking the hit.

The heroes where stunned.

The vigilante took the shot for Tether? He had literally nothing to gain and everything to lose.

In their mind the Vigilante was not capable of taking the shot to the chest and survive. That was a modern high caliber sniper.

Even Orca who knew that he was strong was droughting if Imp could survive that shot.

But their worries proved needless.

Imp takes his arm that clenched his chest and raises it forward. Opening his palm, the destroyed bullet fell on the ground.

"Sorry to break your dreams but. You have to get something stronger than that."

His voice was playful rather than serious.

The mercenary gets angry yet again and starts shooting continuously. To no avail as Imp grabs each bullet reaching him with ease.

The mercenary stops shooting as the magazine has been emptied. The sniper disappears and another gun appears in front of her. She uses both arms to hold the gun correctly from the handles and aims at the short figure in front of her.

Imp raises his brow at the new gun. A M134, a gun that shoots at 3.000 Rpm. He bends his body down and puts both hands in front of him. His palms open and ready to catch everything that comes to him. Not because he needs to. But because it will be more fun that way.

The heroes also notice the new gun while fighting Rhino and they get distracted.

'Why is he not running to cover? He might be able to catch a sniper shot but that is completely different from grabbing tens of bullets in milliseconds!"

The realization that Imp was bullet proof didn't come to them even though he literally grabbed sniper ammunition mid air.

They wanted to help the vigilante but they where preoccupied with Rhino. Who outstandingly still had not run out of stamina.

"EAT LEAD BITCH!" shouted the enraged woman and started shooting.

As the bullets came towards Imp his hands where speeding up and becoming a blur. Impossible to follow their movement. Grabbing almost every bullet coming towards him, with others redirected to the side or blocked by his skin.

The machinery in the gun didn't stop working and the gunpowder never stopped exploding as bullets where raining on the vigilantes hands. Incapable of hurting him.

But they did have another effect. Distressing and disorienting the two heroes.

Tether miscalculated and tethered the beasts hand to a chunk of concrete on the ground. But because of Rhinos immense strength the chunk was being flung around like a weapon.

With the constant gunshots they where getting increasingly worried about the state of the vigilante, so they tried to sneak in glances to check on him every couple seconds. But this sort of distraction was making them miscalculate.

A punch that Orca would have normally been able to evade landed on his protective gear, flinging gang in the air and landing harshly on building rubble. He wasn't tremendously injured because he was fast enough to block, but it certainly will impede his fighting capability.

"Orca! Hang in there!"

Tether was grappling on the buildings as fast and as complex as he could. Since gang was injured the only thing he could do was buy time for him to recover.

He is having a very hard time though as his stamina is ending and Rhino has barely gotten slower compared to when he started.

In the mean time the M134 finally pauses its rapid fire. The mercenary seems to be unable to summon more bullets due to her lack of energy. Her guns barrels touching the ground as her strength fails her.

"Thats it? Where you not like, super angry?"

Igarashi got out of his battle stance seeing his foe unable to fight. Completely unscathed, not even tired.

The woman feels enraged that her mortal enemy wasn't even fazed by her assault.

"Curse you! Curse you for the rest of your st---GHUAA?!??"

Igarashi covers the distance between them in a blink and lands a punch to her liver. knocking her out a second time.

"Quite pathetic for a last stand"

Igarashi could have just taken the bullets since he is bulletproof but he wanted to show off his speed for a little while. So he kept catching, blocking and redirecting the bullets for around a minute until the bullets stopped.

The truth of the matter is that it actually served to train his ki sensing abilities. As he was mapping and feeling the bullets flying towards him in real time. He felt himself getting better at following many small and fast objects.

But now was not the time to dilly dally.

Rhino had changed his target from the 'annoying fly' to Orca who was still tired and recovering from his previous attack. He was landing a series of hits on Orca who could to nothing but block, his metal bracers having broken a couple hits.

Tether was helping by slowing down and directing the hits to the side as much as possible. He was immensely helpful but there was a obvious limit on how effective he could be, as he was already tired from before and Rhino was just too strong for his tethers.

Another attack was coming to the injured and bleeding gang. His hands still in a blocking position even though they had already gave out.

Orcas eyes where closing as the fatigue and his injuries where getting the best of him. But he never gave up.

Just as Rhinos punch was to land on orca it instead landed on someone else.

"You did a good job! But since you are injured I am going to be taking over from now."

Imp had appeared in front of Orca and stopped Rhinos attack by blocking with his right forearm.

Orca and Tether look at the little body which just took the full brunt of the attack without any damage whatsoever stunned. Orca experienced the explosive power those fists held and was almost flabbergasted by Imp who was unfazed yet again.

In truth, Orca didn't even realize that the mercenary was out. He thought Imp was still blocking bullets, with many of them injuring him greatly. Even the possibility of him being dead could not be written off.

He was relieved that Imp was still in tip top condition. And with such speed and power they can be rest assured that they can rest for a little while. More heroes Should be arriving any time now to assist the situation.

He didn't think that Imp had many chances of winning. He doesn't know if Imp is just masking his fatigue or if he is truly not tired, and he wasn't sure about imp having received zero damage from the collision or the bullets from before.

It is logical to think that Imp could just be building up damage and eventually just give out. Or end up tired after a little while.

But for now they could only rely on him.

Imp looked up, his eyes meeting with Rhinos.

"Missed me?"

His tone was playful rather than burdened or tired. Further helping the heroes relax.

Rhino seemed to have gotten angrier as he got sight of him. It seems that his hatred for Imp had passed over even after the trigger dose.

He roared loudly as he cocked his fist back, suddenly accelerating it forward with a sonic boom. Imp was indifferent as he met the attack with a fist of his own. The collision booming with a small shockwave.

As both participants where unharmed they started repeatedly exchanging blows. The heroes, police men and the people at home being given another surprise as Imp was unharmed while facing Rhino at his own strong point.

A blond woman was cleaning the dishes while her green haired friend was helping her by cleaning the kitchen.

The Sudden booming from the tv startled her slightly, almost making her drop the plate. She turns around and looks at the Tv livestreaming the event that is currently happening.

She sees a very big grey humanoid figure delivering hits back to back at a small figure barely the size of his fists. The sight confuses her and she walks closer to the Tv to get a closer view.

"Oh? what is this?" She looks with even more interest, her eyes widening. At first she thought she was mistaking it but it was actually true that the beast is fighting evenly with a person the height of a child.

She turns her head slightly to her friend without taking her eyes of the tv.

"Hey Inko. You might want to see this!" She speaks with slight excitement calling her green haired friend over.

Inko looks over at her friend.

"What is it Mitsuki? Is something happening to the heroes?"

She walks over and also takes look at the Tv

News reporter-- " This is completely unexpected! The vigilante 'Imp' took the place of the heroes and is fighting Rhino! Despite his miniature frame he is delivering punches with the same power as the mad giant! The shockwaves can be felt all the way up here!"

The sound was being muffled by the helicopter but the reporters voice could be heard clearly. and the sonic booms from the fight being loud enough to shadow the helicopter noise. Even though both women are not knowledgeable about combat they still understand that both participants of this fight where at the top of the food chain!

But this isn't the main issue. It is one of the participants!

Nobody would expect a small figure could withstand even a single blow from such a beast! Never mind fighting evenly!

Inkos eyes widen at the scene. She places one hand in front of her mouth.

"Oh my. Who could this be?"

"I dont know. the reported said that it was a vigilante! Incredible! Do you think that your son might know of him?"

Inko thinks for a moment. Her son was a big fan of heroes even though he was still a child. Constantly updating himself with the new info through Tv and her tablet.

A sweet smile appears on her face as she replies.

"He might just know. That kid always watches heroes on the news. The only reason he isn't here right now is because of Bakugo."

She turns around and looks at the door as she shouts lovingly for her son.

"Izuku! I need your help! There is a hero on Tv an I was wondering if you know who it is!"

Small sound steps can suddenly be heard from the hallway as a small izuku dressed in a adorable all might costume hurriedly makes the turn and comes into the kitchen. A small all might figure in his hands.

"I want to see I want to see!" He said while raising his hands up to his mother.

Inkos smile and heart gets warmer at the sight of her son. She carries him in her embrace and helps him look at the tv.

"Can you teach mommy who this little guy is? The news say he is a vigilante whose name is Imp!" She points at Igarashi.

Izuku brainstorms for any info on the vigilante but he quickly gives up.

"I dont know anything mom. But he is very strong!"

His eyes shine with excitement as he sees a person around his size being so strong. He was engrossed in it.

Inko and mitsuki giggle and izukus response.

"Your son is soo cute while watching heroes! Mine doesn't behave cutely at all!"

"Cute is for extras! Im the main character!" Shouts young bakugo from the open door.

Mitsuki became angry as her son was speaking with a disrespectful tone again. She opened her mouth to shout at him but she was interrupted by the tv. The booming sounds suddenly got stronger all of a sudden.

All four looked at the tv simultaneously.

Both participants where doing the same thing as before, but the little figure was now completely overpowering the giant rhino man. Every punch dealing damage to the beasts hand and arms.

Imp lands another hit with great strength, breaking Rhinos fist.

The four looked at the giant who was backing of while clutching his broken hand is surprise. Where they not even? Did Imp power up?

"Wow! It seems the vigilante is stronger than was expected! He was holding back all this time!" shouted the reporter, answering the listeners question.

They looked intensely at the screen. Making sure that they didn't miss any detail. They where now hooked on the fight!

'Exchanging blows feels good and all but its getting boring.'

Thought Igarashi, today he was taking his time but he wasn't going to wait until 20+ heroes appeared out of nowhere.

He understands that his playtime is almost over. So he has to start wrapping things up.

"Time to end this" he says. nobody hearing him.

He punches with more force and breaks rhinos hand. As Rhino was roaring in pain Igarashi didn't stop his assault. he bent his legs and jumped towards Rhinos head, smashing the ground and reaching him in a instant with his leg landing a good kick on his face.

Rhinos face deforms and his neck gets stretched backwards trying to stay connected to his head. His body falls back as his brain was racked up too much and lost sense of gravity.

Igarashi doesn't give him time as he uses him as a footing and jumps from his chest to the sky. Rhinos chest caves in. His body collides with the floor and breaks it further with the combined force of his weight and the jump.

He is almost knocked out completely but he still has some fight in him.

Igarashi skyrockets upward. Passing right by the news helicopter. As he reaches the epitome of his height he takes a breath of air and takes a short look around the city.

'Its quite beautiful from up here. I should go flying some time.'

He thinks while looking at the large city.

His body starts accelerating downwards. He repositions himself, straightening his body and falling with his legs first. He accelerated himself downwards with ki to make the force of the attack stronger, but not strong enough to kill Rhino. Normally from this altitude the fall would have enough strength to knock out Rhino. But Igarashis body didn't have enough weight due to his age.

He also was guiding his fall with ki to make sure he hits his target.

His body became a blur and couple seconds was all it took for his legs to connect with Rhinos face. His whole body caving deeper in the ground.

The force of the attack making the ground quake more that it had ever done that day. Rubble from the ground jumping upwards and the policemen loosing footing for the moment that the attack lasted.

In their eyes Imp attacked Rhinos face and then stepped on his chest before disappearing. Then after a couple seconds a blurry thing falls from the sky and hits Rhino. Causing destruction around the landing spot and dust to come up and hide everything in the middle.

"What the crap just happened? Did you get that!? Did you get a good shot!?" shouts the reporter to the cameraman on the helicopter. She was too excited about what she just saw to keep professional about it.

The dust gives everyone a short time to recollect their thoughts and think.

The dust settles down and Rhinos upper body is deep in a crater on the ground. Completely unmoving. On top of his bloodied head is Imp, leisurely standing on his face with his hands crossed.

"So. I think im done here."

Said Imp. He sensed around with his ki and found Orca being treated in the makeshift infirmary. There are people with healing quirks that work on sight. it seems that even though they are rare one was in the area. supplied with the items in the ambulance they are capable of treating Orca and Tiger here rather than wasting time traveling to the hospital.

Igarashi runs and jumps over the police barricade, to their dismay, and goes straight to the infirmary.

The policemen where confused. What do they do to him? Shoot him? They already saw his resilience, and all their guns combined still cant shoot at the speed of a M134.

What is the point? And from what it seems, he is friendly to the heroes and them anyways.

Igarashi was about to enter when he was interrupted by the leader of the policemen here.

"Stop! Nobody is allowed to enter the infirmary while the patients are being treated"

He spoke, he was obviously scared of Igarashi. He wasn't some extremely strong hero, there was nothing he could do to stop him if he disobeyed the rules. But he had a feeling that the young man was going to listen to him.

And luckily, Igarashi wants to be as friendly as possible with the law. So he stops and looks at the leader.

"I just want to check his injuries. Could you perhaps tell me a general view of his condition?"

He says. There was no hint of disrespect or aggressiveness in his voice.

The policemen around feel relieved as this action proved that he was no enemy.

The leader was startled at the demeanor of the vigilante. He composed himself and replied.

"His arms are heavily injured but treatable. The rest of his body is in a way better condition as Rhinos attacks where all centered on his forearms. He will need a couple days to completely heal his arms."

Igarashi nodded. He didn't need to ask about Tether. He wasn't at all hit during the fight. He should be ok.

Suddenly, he finally senses multiple strong signatures coming here in groups. The heroes had finally arrived after all this time. Talk about slow response speed.

"Well then. Thank you for the hard work!"

Igarashi jumped swiftly on the nearby building and started running at high speed to get away from the area. The heroes in the helicopter seems to have changed their course. They are trying to follow him. It seems that now that Rhino is done their objective has changed.

The government is now paying way more attention that it would have normally after this incident right? Well who wouldn't? A vigilante stronger than Gang orca, a top hero, being left to do whatever he wants. Not exactly a good move.

I should be one of the top priorities right now. A lot of heroes will be stationed in my original city. Which mostly means two things.

1. I need to go train. I might be capable but I cant use any ki attacks. Since they dont seem to know I have that ability yet. And even with ki certain heroes are just too strong. Namely Endeavor and All Might are my main issues.

I'm sure All Might can use my long hair as a mop if he want to. He is at his peak right now. He isn't someone I can even remotely challenge. He is supposed to be around 60 times stronger than the injured version of himself.

That is scary as all hell. I aint going to get into a fight with him until I reach way higher power level.

2. Whenever I do go out I need to make sure to both cooperate with the heroes if needed and also keep the fighting to a minimum.

I am still adamant with cooperating with the law. It is very likely that my identity will be found out eventually. I dont know when. But somehow someone will. I'm certain.

And when that does happen if my record is clean enough I should be able to escape being a wanted man. I'm sure by that point I will be too strong for anybody other than peak Might and Peak All for one, so the government wont try to antagonize me too much.

Enough of that though. I still have two helicopters filled with mid ranking heroes (at least by ki signature they are mid ranked) that i need to escape.

I start running faster. On the rooftops. Jumping from one to the other at speeds way faster than the helicopter. But that isn't going to be enough. They have to completely loose me for me to escape.

Meaning that I have to be kilometers away to be sure that they cant find me. And I dont have much time before I need to be back home. Its almost time for food. If they cant find me all hell will break loose in the orphanage.

I could do the easy thing and fly into the clouds and then go inti the training space for a while until they leave. But since I haven't shown my ability to fly I would prefer to not.

Up until now they have only 'seen' 'two quirks'. Powering up and the ki blast from my hand. They must be thinking that it is a single quirk that can do both. If I show any more abilities then they will come to the conclusion that I'm somehow related to All for One. That means that everyone will immediately become my enemy and hunt me down. Especially All might.

Sends shivers down my spine.

My saiyan side wants to fight him. But I value my freedom. He wouldn't kill me, Im sure of that. But I will be taken somewhere in a government facility. Maybe even raised to work under the hero public safety commission if I'm lucky. But then I will have to find away and leave them without being considered a criminal.

I seem to have built up a large distance between me and the helicopters. Around 3 kilometres. But that isn't enough to be safe. I change my direction. In the far off distance, around 15 or so kilometers there should be a forest with a mountain range. Japan is a vey mountainous country with many forests.

If I go at maximum speed I should be able to reach that in 2 minutes.

I start using ki to reduce my weight and run at my top speed towards the forest. The helicopters being left in the dust.
