Truth II

Zatanna looked at me in confusion which had me confused as well. I was dead in front of her face and she's a superior race I'm sure her hearing is impressive.

"Oh, that?" She said and smiled as she gave me an intense look, "You were hard to get a hold of so I settled for the next best thing. I originally wanted you but you were just too elusive. Kellian was a target but someone else had set their eyes on him so I was forced to look for another." Zatanna explained, "As for Zantar...who even wants him?" She asked with disdain.

Seriously, what did this fool do?

"Honestly, is there something about Zantar I don't know about?" I asked, perplexed at why Zantar was so hated. It wasn't exactly why he was hated but because people with such high standings hated him. Zatanna and Zantar have never met, which I'm sure of as the only time Zantar has had any interaction with the Immortal Blood Sect was when he hit on Tanya.

Needless to say, that didn't go well. I remember me and Duan Ru Feng had to step in personally to stop her from killing him. Looking back at it, it would've been for the best if he did die back then.

"Yes," Zatanna confirmed, making my fears a realization, "Zantar's lineage traces back to the Original Imperial Bloodline of Demon Qilins from the Primeval Universe." She revealed.

My eyes opened wide in shock at this news. The Original Imperial Bloodline is one of the most powerful bloodlines in the god-beast realms. It's said that the Original Demon Qilins were feared knights and generals of the Nine Hells. They were so powerful that you would only see them leading armies of Princes and Kings of Hell.

People say that during the Infernal War of Demons and Devils, the strongest among them escaped to the Godbeast Realm during the turmoil and started branching off and creating descendants as they spread through the realm.

"So Zantar is a descendant of a branch of the Imperial Bloodline or is from the main line?" I asked. It looks like this bastard has more worth than I thought, it's clear that my uncle didn't know this, or else he would've told me to capture him and bring him alive at all cost.

"We have no idea but we know for sure he is from that ancestry. We planned to intercept him and deliver him to the Primeval Universe for benefits but when we got to him we found him crippled." Zatanna said as she gave me an intense gaze.

"Why are you looking at me like that-"

"Cut the shit Hakari." Zatanna cut off with a glacial stare, "We know that you had something to do with the attack on Zantar. Although you may not have dealt the fatal blow, you definitely set the whole thing up."

I chuckled darkly. I would've lied but there's no point in doing so and if Zatanna wanted to kill me she would've just done it and bothered talking with me.

"That's true. But why press me on this?" I asked, "It's clear that you guys need me for something," I said softly as I walked closer to Zatanna.

"Or maybe," I said in a barely audible voice.

Zatanna took steps back and stopped against the wall. Her facial expression showed fear but I could see the lust and desire burning deep within her eyes.

"You're doing this for personal benefits. To satisfy your deepest desires." I whispered as I traced my fingers up her armor with my left hand and cupped her face with my right.

"So, Zatanna" I whispered seductively as I kissed and licked her neck, "What is it you really want?"

"~MMMM~" She moaned to my touches. "~I~I~I know that you're going to the Primeval Universe. I want you to come with me when I'm about to leave~"

I stopped and snapped my head back akin to a snake as I looked at her with a murderous stare, "How do you know that?"

"I didn't I just guessed since you seem to not care about whatever is going on behind the scenes." Zatanna explained with a smile, "Turns out I was right."

I stepped back as I nodded my head, "I'll give that to you. Good play and you're right I don't care about what scheme is going on in the shadows. I'm too weak to do anything anyways and even if I did I probably wouldn't stick my nose in such complicated business."

"Also, why would I want Duan Ru Feng's leftovers?" I asked as I turned around and walked away, "I refuse to let that prick have anything over my head imagine me getting his sloppy seconds. I would rather get sent to the gulag."

Before I could walk through the door Zatanna appeared in front of me and lightly pushed my chest. I flew back to the wall and her face was in front of mine as soon as my back touched it.

"Who said that I fucked him?" She asked with a smile.

"You're telling me that you didn't sleep with a Black Dragon that has a celestial bloodline?" I chided, "I find that hard to believe especially with your nature." I said

"I was tempted yes but he only has a minuscule amount. Besides, there are plenty of Celestial Dragons in the Primeval Universe, while they might not be as strong as the ones from Elysium they are still not to be messed with."

"Seems like you learned a lot under the teachings of Alucard." I commented

"I have" Zatanna grinned as she brought her face close to mine, "I also know that you are not a Black Dragon. So tell me Hakari Kenji, what are you exactly?"

Sorry for the late upload again, college essays are a punishment I swear lol. My MacBook Air just came today (Yes, I've been writing on a Chromebook this entire time) so I don't know how long it will take for me to set everything up since I'm sure I can't transfer all my files to my MacBook since they're two completely different products. I'll just continue writing on here if it becomes too much of a hassle. FCO is coming soon (Even though I'm currently halfway through chapter 3 lol)
