* *<Investigation Report on the Phenomenon of College Students 'Internal Examinations>** * * I. Introduction ** With the increasing social competition and employment pressure, the college students 'college entrance exam is becoming more and more serious, which has become a social problem that has attracted much attention. The inner volume referred to the excessive competition between individuals in the same field for resources due to limited resources. Through the investigation of college students of different grades and majors, as well as some college teachers and administrators (using the methods of survey, in-depth interviews and literature analysis), this report deeply analyzed the current situation, causes and countermeasures of the phenomenon of college students 'inner volume. * * 2. Manifestation of the inner scroll phenomenon ** 1. * * Academic pressure ** - College students generally felt that the curriculum burden was heavy and the competition for exams was fierce. In order to achieve better results, they had to invest a lot of time and energy in their studies, even sacrificing their rest and entertainment time. For example, in order to get high marks in the course, students not only had to complete a lot of homework and exams, but they also had to participate in various extra-cursory activities, competitions, and clubs. This led to lack of sleep and physical fatigue. 2. * * Extra-cursory activities ** - In addition to their studies, college students also faced competition in clubs, student unions, volunteer activities, and other extra-cursory activities. Although these activities were conducive to personal all-round development, there were cases of excessive pursuit of quantity and quality, and students were over-participating in order to increase their competitiveness. 3. * * In terms of employment pressure ** - In the job market, in order to improve their competitiveness, college students participated in internships, part-time jobs, examinations, and other activities, causing their personal time to be severely compressed and their quality of life to decline. 4. * * Mental stress ** - The long-term competition in the inner papers increased the psychological pressure of college students, causing anxiety, depression and other psychological problems to occur frequently, affecting their physical and mental health. * * 3. The cause of the inner scroll phenomenon ** 1. * * Education System ** - Under the examination-oriented education system, grades and rankings were important criteria for evaluating students. This prompted students to pursue grades and rankings too much, which led to the inner test. 2. * * Social environmental factors ** - The economic downward pressure and the grim employment situation made college students full of uncertainty about the future. In order to improve their competitiveness, they could only respond by increasing their "gold content", such as continuously improving their academic performance and accumulating practical experience. 3. * * Personal factors ** - Some college students had high self-expectations and lacked a reasonable career plan. They blindly followed the trend and participated in various competitive activities, which further aggravated the inner scroll phenomenon. * * 4. The influence of the inner scroll phenomenon ** 1. * * Impact on students 'mental health ** - Long-term competition in the internal exam may lead to anxiety, depression and other mental health problems, affecting their overall mental health. 2. * * Impact on students 'all-round development ** - The internal exam paper might make college students neglect other aspects of development, such as innovation ability, interpersonal skills, etc., which was not conducive to their long-term development. * * 5. Coping Strategy ** 1. * * Education reform ** - Colleges and universities should pay attention to cultivating students 'innovative ability and practical ability, reform the evaluation system, reduce unnecessary examinations and assessments, and reduce the academic burden of students. 2. * * In terms of social support ** - The government and society should provide more diverse employment opportunities and career development guidance to reduce the employment pressure of college students. 3. * * Mental Health Education ** - Colleges and universities should strengthen mental health education and provide psychological consulting services to help students deal with stress. 4. * * Personal development ** - College students should establish correct values and professional views, plan their personal development path reasonably, and avoid blindly following the trend. To sum up, the college students 'internal exam was a complex social problem. It required the joint efforts of the government, universities, families, and all walks of life to effectively alleviate the pressure of internal exam and promote the healthy growth and all-round development of college students.
