Is the Cosmic Thearch Earth?
In part of the Transformers series, Earth was once set as the Cosmic Emperor. For example, in the anime "Proof of Leader", the Cosmic Emperor was set as the core of the Earth. The Earth was formed by the star fragments gathered on the body of the Cosmic Emperor during his sleep due to gravity. In the movie "Transformers", the real body of the Earth was revealed to be the Cosmic Emperor, but at that time, the Cosmic Emperor was in a state of sleep. As the series restarted, the Earth was no longer the Cosmic Emperor. However, in other settings or plots, Cosmic Monarch was a mechanical sphere that devoured planets everywhere in the universe, not Earth.

Which urban novel's protagonist possessed extraterrestrial technology and successfully defeated the Cosmic Thearch?
I think the two books, Spaceship in the Body and Pioneer of Super Technology, both meet your needs! In " The Spaceship in the Body," the protagonist had the technology brought by an alien spaceship and gradually rose to become a universe monarch. In the end, he displayed his powerful strength in the battle with the Cosmic Monarch. In " The Pioneer of Super Technology," the protagonist obtained super technology through the space door and became a tyrant. He continued to grow in the confrontation with the forces of other worlds. These two books were full of science and technology, and they were very enjoyable to read. I hope you like my recommendation. If you need anything else, feel free to let me know!😊
