*inside the captains quarters*

It looks very fancy with a bed, a table with a couple chairs, and a closed in rack with multiple bottles of alcohol. The captain and Levine both go inside and sit at the table across from each other. "So tell me in detail, what happened with that shark thing?" The captain said with a concerned look on her face

"It is as I said before, I won't withdraw any information as I truly wish to learn more about it, however everyone seems to be against it because I gave him kind treatment when he came on board." Levine was agitated from the captains way of addressing megalodon. "He? From what I saw of him, I couldn't determine any gender and I have been studying fish men for years." The captain respond while being confused

"I spoke to him with telepathy and his voice in his head was definitely male as he seemed to be of this world or at least the surface for just a day and I've confirmed that he has no reason to lie to us since he is friendly, which gives us the opportunity to understand why he's more intelligent then the rest of the Carchos" Levine wasn't pulling any stops as this was her chance to keep megalodon on the ship.

"Even though he's friendly and says that he was only here for a day, that doesn't mean that he doesn't have secrets. You will be in charge of him while he's on he- wait did you say Carchos?"

"Yes I did, he was a massive one that was swimming along the ship. I believed him to be of a regular Carchos and I tried to pull him out of the water, he got out of my grasp and when we turned around, since I wanted to try and get him again, he used water magic and rocked the ship. After that I tried to communicate with him in telepathy and he spoke back. It surprised me and I took the opportunity to get him on the boat, after having him transform into a humanoid. Then I-" she was stopped by the captains finger over her lips

"you can stop there, I heard enough. Just keep him under control and I'll make sure that no one messes with him" she says that while looking out the window at him "for now I want to see a couple things" she then opens and goes out the door.

I'm still sitting here when I see the door to the captains quarters open and the captain come out. Looking straight at me. She doesn't have that aura so I believe Levine calmed her down at least. I get up and watch her as she walks towards me, I keep my eyes up as I'll start drooling if I see the two mountains swaying back and forth. The others didn't do the same as the captain looks off to the side, I look where she's looking and quite a few guys are quickly scurrying away from her gaze. It sends shivers down my back. I look back and she is right in front of me. I am considered a little taller than most since I never really gave a measurement on how tall I transformed into, but I look back and my eyes are to her neck, thank god I wasn't any shorter or I'd have a waterfall down the corner of my mouth.

"So you are megalodon, right?"

I nod. Where's Levine, I need her right now.

I look up and her gaze has no emotion to them, as if I'm looking into the abyss. Which is weird since her eyes are more of a red tinted brown, but the lack of emotion seems to dampen them severely.

"For now Levine will be taking care of you in terms of keeping the guys from turning you into roasted fish. But you can't stay here for free, you need to provide for the boat. You understand, don't you?"

Again ZERO emotion is coming from her so I just nod

"Levine will decide on that job, but for now I need to see something. I heard that you were a huge shark. Why don't you show me?"

Shit shit shit. Where the fuck is Levine?!

I look back towards the captains quarters, and she's watching from the door. Ok so she can't help. Welp fuck it, no regrets. Hey elder, can you change me back when I say? (Not an issue, just know that transforming requires energy, and you only have enough for one more transformation after this next one.) ok I understand, not yet as I need to do something.(ok)

I quickly take my clothes off, which gives a raised eyebrow from the captain. Once they are off, I get on the railing and jump into the water. Ok elder do it now. (I hear you, doing it now)

Like before but the opposite, I start expanding with a glow(in my head) and just growing in size for anyone else watching. After a moment of transformation, I see that the glowing water has surrounded me again, helping me breath without having to move. I swim around, showing the captain how big my body is(I know at the beginning of that sentence people will have their heads in the gutter,I know because my head was there as well ;)) I see her call out to something and I see Levine coming next to her. Then I feel the connection again "so the captain wanted to see what you really looked like, you can transform back and come back on."

"Ok I'm going to come up in a moment"

Hey elder can you change me back right now?

(Yes but know that you will have a hard time since you've already used a lot of energy) ok I'll manage

As I say that, I start changing back. When I'm done, I go and go up the ladder. As I go up, I can feel that my energy is indeed low. "Hey Levine, I am running low on energy. So I can't transform anymore until I sleep" I get to the top but sluggishly get over and barely catch myself from going face first into the wood.

"Very low, let me get the clothes on." I quickly shake myself off and get the clothes on. I sit down by the railing and try my best not to sleep.

"He's very tired it seems, Levine, you can assign him a job later, it looks like transformation is tiring work, isn't it?" The captain says while looking at me trying to stay awake.

"For now he'll sleep near the bottom with the rest of the seamen. Take him down there, would you Levine?" She looks at Levine after saying that.

"Sure, I'll be right back up after I'm done." She looks at me and grabs my arm and supports me like a soldier would for an injured comrade whom they can't pick up on their back. "Thanks for the help" I say in her head "not an issue" she says back cheerfully.

We go down and I can't really get where we're at at any point as I'm trying to focus on walking and not force too much pressure on her. We reach what seems to be the bottom and she takes me into one of the rooms and puts me on one of the beds.

"Have a good rest, the rest of us should be sleeping soon as well, so you shouldn't have to worry about much." After she says that, I look out the window and I see that the sun is indeed falling and it's getting dark out. I look up, close my eyes, and sleep.

When I open my eyes, I'm not on the boat anymore, all I see is darkness. What's going on?! I hear a familiar voice from behind me. (You're in your mind) I turn around and what I see absolutely shocks me. Many would think that the voice in my head would be another orb like from the synopsis, or maybe a dragon for those who think that it's an elderly voice, but nope. When I turn around, I'm greeted with what looks like a leviathan, It's absolutely ginormous, if I was the size of a person on the ship, the entire ship would be the size of the things head. Keep in mind when I say that I'm seeing a ginormous beast with a blackened skin, sort of like an American eel, except large enough to swallow the ship in on whole without any issues at all.

I'm stunned with a shocked face, I instinctively kneel as the aura the "elder" has around him will make a dragon kneel with respect. If it wasn't for the fact that I have slowly been building a relationship with this being. I'd be begging for my life. (You can rise young one, I have no intention to harm or dominate you) I slowly rise to my....feet? I can't feel anything under me but I stand. I have one question I need to ask elder.

My first question then, are you really connected to me or do you have a body of your own?

(...........I do have my own body but due to an unknown reason from a voice from above. I have

been asked to assist you and raise you like my own child. So I have tasked myself to do such as in this world, there is only one god of everything, and we all listen to him. I have spoken directly to him before and his omnipotence isn't one to be trifled with. So when he asked me to help you, I was not going to go against him)

Then my second question is, if the case that I ever need it, will you directly ever help me?

(I am going to have to say no as I have my territory to stay in, and you aren't in my territory. You started your journey here but the ship you're on as well moved away from my territory. So the best I can do is help you from afar with my mental abilities, such as, but not limited to, forced ability usage, telekinesis, and illusions.)

I feel myself wake up but the captain is here and she has a worried look on her face as Levine is next to me on the brink of tears.
