After several months, Jeanne had gathered many civilizations under her alliance. She decided that it was time to implement the plan.

Jeanne ordered all the allies' civilizations to stop accepting the orders from the Liam civilization and to start rebelling against them.

During these months, the Liam race has started investigating why their fleet were annihilated when they attacked the Rikos civilization, but they find nothing, so there were worried about what could happen.

At this time, they realized that a lot of civilization who were under them started to disrespect them by not following their orders.

The same day, they received a special call.

"Hello, I'm Jeanne Leroy, the General in chief and Director General of Earthling."

"We are a level 3 civilization, surrender to us, you have no chance, we have even near all your subordinates under us." she said.

The leader of the Liam race was shocked.

Since when the Andromeda Galaxy get another level 3 civilization?

He wondered what he should do, if they accept, they won't be able to pay the other level 3 civilization, and they will get destroyed.

But if they don't accept, they will get destroyed sooner by this civilization who has appeared.
