"I will let me make some coffee for us " he answered.

She cut a piece and dipped it in honey," here have a taste "

He bent down opening his mouth, she pushed the fork inside. He smiled chewing on the piece." It tastes amazing, well done "

She laughed," We both know who made them ".

"Yes but you helped so yes you did well "he chuckled.

"Can I have some milk? "she asked.

"Go ahead, "he said.

Alex moved to the fridge and grabbed the milk, Nathan who had turned to pass her a glass knocked into her dropping it.

"Watch out, "he said as it dropped. Alex jumped away towards him and it shattered into pieces on the floor. His eyes moved to her," Are you okay " he asked.

"Am sorry I didn't see you get close" she said.

"No, it was my fault I didn't see you move back" before she could say another word he bent down, his hands grabbed her waist and propped her up. She landed at the top of the kitchen counter. "it's dangerous now don't move until I clean this up "he said with his arms still at her slim waist.

She nodded. He let go and grabbed a broom to clean up the mess.

"You can go ahead with eating, while I finish this, "he said
