Each director entered with different expressions—some wore anxious frowns, their brows knitted in thought, while others donned hopeful yet guarded smiles. It was evident that everyone was brimming with ideas yet hesitated to unleash them, weighed down by the impending challenges.

"Thank you all for coming," Lara began, her voice steady and clear, slicing through the charge of the room. "I know we're facing significant challenges, but I genuinely believe we can turn this around if we work together and remain open to feedback."
